I m very happy with the services (brakes, rotors, oil change) I received on my Audi atSuperior Autohaus. Hans is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I was told from a different auto shop that I needed all of this additional/unnecessary work done, but thankfully that was not the case after Hans looked at my car. I appreciate his honesty and skill set. Thank you!!

It s in the name. Superior is the only description that can do justice to Hans and his team. Hans and Superior Autohaus surpassed all of my expectations. I was sick of taking my Porsche to the dealerships and getting charged an exorbitant fee just to misdiagnose an issue.I decided to try independent shops and Superior Autohaus caught my attention, and I am so glad it did.Hans' expertise was immediately apparent and his pricing estimates were consistently fair. This combination is rare and greatly appreciated.The service was not only efficient but the attention to detail in their work is exceptional. They consistently find and fix other issues that I did not even know of.I would highly recommend Hans and his team at Superior Autohaus for anyone seeking unparalleled service and expertise.

I have been a customer of Superior Autohaus shop with my business partner for over 15 years. today I was at the shop less than an hour after the guy with the 2 GTS Porsche cars left the shop. The owner was very upset that this particular person didn't allow him to Fix or address the problems that he felt were rude and none concerned of his emotions or expectations.I have a colleague that has a 2022 Porsche Macan that has experienced the alleged non concern or compassion from a dealership in the Atlanta area. However, The shop is very clean with plenty of parking. As soon as she can get her car away from this Dealership, she will allow superior AutoHaus to repair what she feels as inadequate repairs on her car.Also, Superior has services the Porsche Cayenne GTS , 2 Porsche Cayenne S, Audi A7 and BMW that I have owned for years.I just feel that in this case, given the chance, you get more than you pay for from these technicians.All it takes is a little Patience and understanding .Dr S Carter

I recently located to the Alpharetta area and was coming up for a service on my Porsche Cayenne GTS. I researched online for an independent reputable shop and came across the Superior Autohaus and booked an appointment online. After a tedious booking process I received an email, which looked like it came from a second grader due to the immense amount of grammatical errors (first red flag) asking the details over and over again which led to almost 6 emails. After driving there this morning for my 10am appointment I drove around the unkept lot and could not find any customer parking. Service cars were everywhere, the shop looked like a complete dirty mess (several more red flags), and the no obvious waiting area. I was not comfortable leaving my vehicle there so I emailed and cancelled the appointment. Someone contacted me back and had the audacity to say I should have come in and introduce myself and "they service much nicer cars coming here" Incredibly low customer service to support what I felt was the reason to get out of that lot as quickly as I can. I also received an email again from the same seemingly uneducated person who didn't identify themselves in email stating my appointment was actually for yesterday which I forwarded him the email for clarification purposes. If you have a Porsche don't give your business to this guy, spend the extra money and go somewhere that values the customer. Scroll through the reviews and you'll see the same pattern of poor behavior reported by others. Beware and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.Sincerely,Porsche Panamera GTSPorsche Cayenne GTS

Mr Hans is as good as it get. Honest and straight to the point. I had taken my Porsche to the dealership and was given a quote, i overheard the technician referring a customer to superior autohaus. I took it to Mr Hans who was very welcoming and did the work for 1/4 of what the dealership quoted me.I highly recommend

I have been coming to Superior Autohaus for several years now. I am always satisfied with the service and feel the team is very knowledgeable. I receive great customer service and Hans has provided me a loaner car or driven me home a few times since I live close by during my service. The cost is also MUCH less than the dealership I was going to before for servicing. I also feel I can trust Hans and that he is always very fair. It makes me feel good I do not have to worry when I come here and I will be taken care of. I had the check engine light on my 2013 Audi Q5 when I drove to Atlanta and was fortunate enough to come across Superior Autohaus. Hans was able to correctly diagnose the issue and provided quality and timely service at a reasonable price. He was also kind enough to give me a ride to my house and back. Overall I had a great experience with Hans!

I have a 2009 Audi Q5, 3.2. No one could fix it so I could pass emissions except Hans. I was ready to trade in the car or spend $5K for a fix. Hans got me on the road and passed emissions for under $500. I will always take my car there!

This is an EXCELLENT Auto Repair Shop very knowledgeable and experienced on foreign vehicles. I needed an emergency oil change to my Audi Q5 the service was excellent, very kind and respectful. He squeezed me in 15 minutes before closing (not very common at all, he did not have to) and he got me in and out within 30-45 minutes and gave me a needed gas cap free of charge. Would absolutely recommend, will be returning for any future repairs to my car. I m very grateful and appreciative of his outstanding service.

I've used Hans and his staff's services since 2003, and they have been the goto service for both of my Audi cars. I rarely give reviews but Hans at Superior AutoHaus is very superior because he s honest as well as a master technician. I highly recommend him and his service. My daughter has been having issues with her oil gauge and Hans diagnosed the issue quickly which didn t need any further servicing cost. I also bring my Audi Q5 to be serviced by Hans and I Wouldn t think of going anywhere else!

I have been a long time Porsche owner and was looking for an air cooled mechanic that could maintain my car.After 5 minutes into conversation i knew i was in the right place.Hans was honest and told me some of the things i was told i needed was not needed.After many years of being in the Porsche world it was refreshing to talk to someone who knew my car ,there are people out there who say they can do this and that but Hans can do it without fanfare.when i meet people on the streets with Porsche"s i tell them about Hans.I look forward to doing business with Him and will to continue to.There are few mechanics out there who know these older air cooled cars and I found the right one for me.Old porsche's never die they just get better and thanks toHans that slogan remains true.Hans is my man,Thanks

Mr Hans was very respectful, knowledgeable and got the work done. He also has great prices and gets the work done quickly. I ve brought my car to his shop 3 times and he never pressures me to do extra things. He recommends what the manufacturer recommends and allows me to make my own decisions. Even though he s 45 mins away from me and there are closer audi shops, i only trust him to work on my car because i know what I m getting with him. 10/10

I called to ask a question about my car repair, the guy was extremely rude and nasty! Not sure what had him be that way but I will never take my car somewhere to get fixed that the customer gets handle that way! But I remain calm and professional the entire time.

Great experience at Superior Autohaus for an oil change (January) and new battery (October) for my 2013 Porsche 911. Hans even picked me up and gave me a boost when I was stranded nearby his shop.

The Owner is a really nice guy. He was able to do my 55k miles service for hundreds of dollars less than the Audi dealership. The shop had a very welcoming atmosphere and they are very up front with the pricing. I will be bringing my car back to be serviced here again for sure. I found this place based off the google reviews and its true that the really have 5 star service at Superior AutoHaus.Service: Engine repair

Genuinely cannot say enough good things about Hans and the team at Superior Autohaus. For the last three years, they've taken great care of our Audi & Porsche and we will continue to visit them and refer friends to them as well.Service is always efficient, cost effective and with much better customer service than the local dealers in the area.If you're looking for honest, trustworthy and reliable service for your VW, Audi or Porsche in the Atlanta area, definitely give Hans and his team a chance. You will NOT be disappointed.

I bought a one owner '07 Cayman in 2012 with 35K miles on it. But over the last 10 years of my ownership, I've only driven it an average of 1000 miles/yr. Obviously I need to have maintenance performed based on Porsche recommended time intervals and not mileage alone. Hans is meticulous in tracking and recommending needed services based on the rather unique low mileage driving that I do. I appreciate his attention to details, his fair pricing, and his desire to do right by the customer. Which are all reasons why I've been patronizing his shop since 2017, and also why I was very comfortable in steering a close personal friend of mine to Hans for service on his 2016 911. I also like the fact that I'm a "person' at Superior, unlike the dealership, where I'm basically a 'number'.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had an amzing experience with Hans and the Superior Autohaus. I was having a problem with the bracket holding the license plate of my 1999 Audi A6 in place. I took my car to 3 places and no one had the parts to fix it. I found Hans through my local Audi dealership and he fixed the problem in 5 minutes. He also made sure tires were pressurized and oil level was okay. Fantastic business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The best I have dealt with in Atlanta...by far. The only shop in Atlanta that honestly diagnosed my car and fixed it. I went to 4 places in Atlanta, this was the only place with the knowledge and experience to help me. Highly recommended.

I have been bringing my cars to Hans for at least 15 years. First an Audi and now a VW. I have always been pleased with the service I have received. Everything gets fixed right the first time and the pricing is fair. There may be cheaper places out there, but you won't beat the quality of the service at Superior Autohaus. If you drive a brand of car that they service, this is the place to go.Service: Oil change

Was referred to this business my a fellow Porsche owner after another business ( i will only give initials (EF) in Snellville, GA) told me my Porsche was near death and needed like 10K in work to include a new Tranmission! The owner Hans diagnosed the problem first time and had me back on the road feeling proud! (Ssme transmission btw) Some small stuff still needs work but I will go back to him for any other repairs. First time visit and very pleased with my experience bringing my Audi here. It is a rare RS model and I'm a bit paranoid about letting someone new work on it, but I went off the other positive reviews and they did not disappoint. Fair pricing, work done right the first time, but most importantly Hans and his guys clearly know what they're doing and care about their work. Superior Autohaus - Hans and team have been performing scheduled maintenance and repairs on my Audi for the past three years. Their work and customer service has been exceptional. I am always provided a detailed explanation of work required and performed. Prices are great and timing always meets my expectations. Hans has a deep respect for his customers and I will continue to only entrust Superior Autohaus with my car.

Professional, honest, timely, available... I emailed Hans back and forth for months months deciding on which cold air intake I would use for my Audi S7. Though I was only a potential customer, he always made himself available for discussion and kept me in the loop once we ordered the products. The service was exceptional and done in the time frame that I was given. I am very pleased with my experience with Hans and his team. I ll be taking my Audi to this shop for all future services.
