I had to have a last minute repair done to my car. I was online searching for a dealership to take my Mercedes-Benz, but no one could get me in for several days. I saw Speed Auto Repair and remembered that's where I got my last oil change. I had a great experience then, so I decided to give them a shot. I am glad I did!! They got me in at 8am and took care of the problem. The car is running better than ever!! Great service and great work!! I will definitely be back for any future services!

Where do I begin.. I wish I could give them 10 stars. This establishment is honest, professional, respectful, clean, very timely, and most importantly.. they communicate everything! Kevin embodies what it means to be a true professional, with compassion. Their prices are very fair, and there is no lack of transparency. Would highly recommend bringing your business to Speed Auto Repair. Y all have gained another loyal customer!

The team at Speedy Auto Repair had us in and out of the door quickly, photos of everything in question with the vehicles we brought and were incredibly thorough! We got two used car inspection done before we bought and their honesty saved us a ton of money and got us into the right car for our family! I can t express how grateful we are for Kevin! He gave us honest input and helped us stay away from a couple of bad cars. If you re in the Alpharetta area make sure to give them your business!

Friendly and helpful staff. Love the ambiance and the interior design of the waiting room. Clean and comfy chairs. Feels like you re at a quaint dealership. I will definitely be coming back again if something goes wrong with my Lexus in the future.

My 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee was past due for an oil change and my unique situation of being a caregiver does not allow for much free time. After reading all of the great reviews for Speed I called and explained my state to Kevin and he said to come on in and we will take care of you.Not only where they all very personable and professional, they did an excellent and timely job on my oil change, at a fair price and provided me via text, with an extensive Inspection Results report including pictures.I could not have ask for a more positive experience and I will definitely be back.Thanks!

Kevin and John went above and beyond for me when I went to have my oil changed and car maintenance. They work efficiently and even dropped me off back home while they worked on my car and picked me up (I live less than 3 miles away). I was very impressed with the pictures they take of my actual parts (brake pads), fuel levels etc. Highly recommend.

I brought my former SUV here before and now my current SUV. This shop is always fair priced and they don't try to scam you into buying something that you don't need.Any inspections during oil changes, etc, come with pictures so that you can see your actual parts and know what's going on with your car. They will recommend what is needed right away and what can wait.My last visit, I came in just to have an oil change done but my front brakes were in desperate need of replacing (I already knew this.) Since the job was going to take longer due to the brakes, the manager offered to drive me just down the road so I didn't need to wait at the shop for a while and wait for my brakes to get done!Prices were fair, staff was fantastic and honest. The lobby is actually pretty comfortable with couches, chairs, wifi, snacks, and free coffee/tea/water/soda. They also texted me the day after to make sure that everything was going okay with my vehicle. Highly recommend going here for service!

I ran across this place while I was in Georgia for the holidays. I was about to hit the road and noticed that I had an oil leak & my engine was smoking pretty bad . I spoke to Kevin about it and he immediately got my vehicle inspected & told me what the issues were & even provided me with a loaner while they fixed my truck . This crew had excellent customer service and did a great job getting me back on the road the very next day! I Highly recommend them!!

Kevin was very thorough in conducting a pre-purchase auto inspection. He helped me avoid purchasing a lemon!!Also, the waiting room is pleasant, it s extremely clean and has a great smell.

I found Speedway online and we used it for our vehicle for 2 years due to its convenient location and good reviews. We no longer use it though as every time we brought in our Toyota Camry they tried to get us to do unnecessary expensive services. One time we refused a radiator service and they charged us for it. We discovered it on our invoice after the fact so at that point what could I do and they did not offer to credit us. I will still never know if it was really done or not. After that experience we gave them another chance but honestly the trust was gone and convenience is not worth that. After having the same fabulous mechanic for over 20 years in another state this place feels more like a Jiffy Lube where you never build a relationship or trust with the mechanic and they are constantly trying to upsell. We found another place down the road called Scott's Auto that we have now used for all 4 of our cars for the past 6 months that does not do that and I would recommend far over Speedway.

Sharing my experience with a very knowledgeable and professional advisor Kevin Robinson. Kevin goes above and beyond for his customers needs. He offered suggestions and timeframes for parts that could potentially fault in time to help me save and budget for these expenses. Kevin is a one of the kind advisor guys like him can be few and far between and he truly cares about his customers. Two thumbs up and 5 star service ask for Kevin Robinson

I'm 59 years old and i just had one of the best customer service experiences of my life. Staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable..Bathrooms clean,lobby comfortable and they went way beyond the call of duty to accommodate my needs.

I'd give more stars if I could. I took my car here for the first time this week after an astonishingly disappointing experience at the dealership. Kevin and the team at Speed Auto Repair of Alpharetta could not have further exceeded my expectations. Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable doesn't begin to touch it. Great communication throughout. And, not only was the repair completed fast and at what I felt was an extremely fair price, when I picked up my car, they had washed it. Wow. My thanks to everyone at Speed Auto Repair who had a part in my fantastic experience there. You have beyond earned my future business. Have Used This Shop For Over a Year, Several Times This Past Week for Both Vehicles. Thomas, Kevin, and The Rest Of The Team are Very Attentive. Needed Front Rotors and Pads This Morning. Arrived at The Shop As Soon as They Opened and Was Out The Door 2 Hours Later. Highly Recommend. Feels Like Family. Thomas is a Valuable Asset!

Can t say anything about quality of work but the absolute worst price gouging shop I ve ever been to. Quoted me over $700 dollars for changing spark plugs and got a quote for $275 at a shop just a mile away. I let them do warranty work on my vehicle and they gouged in every category possible and even made up charges that I owed on the invoice that I needed to pay on top of the repair that was fully covered by warranty. When disputing it they weren t even consistent with the story and had a new made up reason that I owed when talking to them the next time. They demanded over double the amount of time needed for the repair from the warranty company and their hourly labor rate is through the roof alone. The warranty company was able to verify their charges were absolutely through the roof when speaking with them and going through invoice. Just ask questions people and don t let them immediately get you to do all the repairs they might suggest. And a diagnostic fee should not be as expensive as this shop charges. It s literally laughable

I was headed to a nearby used car lot in hopes of buying a Jeep that I thought should absolutely be mine just from the look of it. On the way there, I noticed a very nice auto shop(to say the least). A nice man held the door open for me and I decided to go in and ask if they could do a used car diagnosis? The answer was yes. The first thing I can say about this place is the word PROFESSIONALISM. The handsome young man that I spoke with was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and did not try to sell me on any extra things that I may not need. With a smile, he gave me the price for what I needed and quickly scheduled me to bring the car in for the inspection.About 30 mins later, after bringing the car in, the highly experienced mechanic personally showed me his findings about the car. He took pictures and entered all the info he'd gathered into a computer and the gave me a detailed print out of his professional diagnosis on that particular vehicle. The gentle spirited mechanic was friendly and reminded me of the good old fashioned honest mechanics that I used to come across as a young lady raised in the south. You'll feel like you made new friends in this shop. I want to add that the place was clean and had a very nice laid back feel. Nice to find a place where you're not just a number. The mechanic saved me thousands by finding the flaws I could not have seen in that used car I brought in. Keep in mind that these pros have many other services that they do and I noticed the care they took with everyone's vehicles while I waited for my results. I definitely recommend that you guys fly in on your magic carpets or whatever and give these guys some business. I don't think you'll regret it.

The Chickfila/Publix of car repair service. It s everything you wish a car shop would be, the change you are looking for from the typical text book shops we all have experienced, well this shop changes the game. The bar is set pretty high for them, no one even comes close.

Went there to get a smoke test because I thought I had an exhaust leak, they put in a lot of time trying to track it down, and were able to find it. It was actually a fuel leak somewhere else. Had already had another shop look it over and could not figure it out.

Speed Auto Repair of Alpharetta is my trusted car repair spot! I brought my car in for repairs and they gave me a ride home. A bit more needed to be done to my car to fix it, so they let me use a loaner car until they had finished with my car.The people who work there are pleasant and professional, and they did an excellent job fixing my car.

Brought in my 2015 VW Jetta in for a check engine light. Turned out to be an EVAP issue and had to replace the charcoal canister. Kevin offered the best service I ve had at any repair shop!!!

The important thing was the after-sales, with the company's concern to call me and find out how the car was doing and if there was anything to complain about to try to solve the problem, congratulations to Speed for worrying about the customer. I recommend.

My tire has been ripped off. I came to the shop to fix it. It was my first time there. The employees patched it in 10 minutes. They didn't even take the money for it. Thank you, guys, very much!
