John and his crew has been taking care of my 2006 BMW 525i for over 12 years. Their repairs are accurate to resolve the issue, and very reasonably priced. From brakes, to window motor, engine leaks .Great job

This shop is literally the only place I will take my M3. John takes care of this care as if it were his own. His service is first class, fast and VERY reasonable. John will not do repairs he thinks are unnecessary and always lets me know upfront when he finds something that is, the price, and how important it is. I trust him implicitly. Had used John many years ago for quality maintenance and repair on my MB 300E. Having purchased a new MB utilized the services of the dealership as kept up on all scheduled maintenance. Recently had an oil leak begin and made mention of it on last couple scheduled maintenances with most recent visit presented with a potential repair bill of several thousand $$. Thank goodness I located John's old business card I still had and was able to find him and his continuing quality of service for a second opinion and successful repair. Nothing close to the major work or cost initially quoted. Thanks John and team!!Service: Engine repair

I have worked with John and Team for over 30 years and with over 9 vehicles and I have found them to be much more inexpensive than any dealer!Their service is the bext I have ever experienced and his prices are the best - always much less then any dealer or local garage.Their expertise with Mercedes and BMW is awesome and I have never ever had a complaint or even heard of one.First Class all the way, super honest and very trustworthy.Once you work with them you will never go anywhere else!

If you own a BMW or a Mercedes this is the best place around. John is trustworthy and cares about his customers. His prices are fair and he will tell you if something needs to be replaced or if there is a cheaper fix. I drive an older BMW and if it were not for Specialty Repair I would not be able to afford the maintenance on my car. I have been going here for years and I will continue to do so.

I have been doing business with Specialty Repair for about 9 years. They currently service and repair two Mercedes-Benz I own. The service is always excellent, and professional while generating a friendly business atmosphere with customers. Their pricing is always reasonable compared to local Mercedes -Benz dealers. Not only is the owner, John Brennan, my go to guy for maintaining my vehicles, he has also become a trusted friend. As long as Specialty Repair services Mercedes-Benz and BMWs, they are the only vehicles I will buy in the future. For the quality service Specialty Repair provides, I highly recommend them to any Mercedes-Benz or BMW owners not willing to pay dealer prices.

It's a challenge to find a TRUSTWORTHY mechanic nowadays - which is why I've been bringing my Mercedes to John for several years. He's honest, very knowledgeable, and his prices are fair. I usually spend about half of what I'd spend at the dealership! I'd recommend anyone with a Mercedes or BMW to try Specialty Repair.

John is super helpful and takes the time to show you and explain what s going on with your car. Prices are good and the guys that work there are always polite and kind. I am so thankful we have found a mechanic we can trust. I highly recommend John s Specialty Repair!

Terrible job on my brakes - they are not genuine MB parts and they are very squeaky! Please check the prices with the others especially with RBM of Atlanta - I was in shock when I discover that front brake pads for my E-class cost at the official Mercedes Benz dealer $87 - John charge me for the fake one $98!!! MB is recommending changing the brake sensors with the pads but John only charge me for new sensors but according to he's expertise "it's not necessary to replace them" BE AWARE

John and his team are truly amazing to work with. They are HIGHLY informative and are very reasonably priced. They treat you like family and give you their honest opinions (if you want them). They watch your spending like it was their own. I will be a lifetime customer.

These guys are amazing. I wouldn't trust anyone else in Atlanta with my car. John is very honest and always has the best prices.If you just need a simple oil change or a much bigger job, these guys will take good care of you.

I gave them 5 stars because I can't give them 6 stars! These guys are absolutely the most honest, straight forward car repair people I've ever dealt with. They are 50-80% cheaper than the MB shop and if you don't need something done, they won't do it and they will tell you why! If you have a MB or BMW and live within 30 miles of Alpharetta, these are your repair guys!

When it comes to my vehicle, there is no one I trust more than John and the guys at Specialty. They are honest, upfront, and truly care about building a relationship with their customers. This is why I continue to come back. Nobody likes having to deal with auto issues. They make it bearable thanks to their expertise and candor.

I found Specialty many years ago. They have not only earned my trust, but a customer for life. He now services my entire family's vehicles. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I live over 30 minutes away and I would drive double that for the great service they provide. Look no further.
