Called ahead to be sure they could change my tire without an appointment. The guy on the phone said yea no problem and I asked if I walked in at 6:15 if that would be enough time since online says they close at 7. He said yes. I get there and other employees say the tire center closes at 6. Spoke to a manager and explained and asked if there was anything at all she could do for me and she said no because she doesn't work in that department and said she didn't know why the members services rep called her. She was very sweet but the trip was very frustrating and I ended up having to go somewhere else and pay twice the amount.

Sam s tires in Alpharetta Service Reps: Courtney and Jerry are spectacular!! So thankful for their great work and honesty. Not to mention the extra knowledge they displayed during my tire replacement. Great customer service.

How good is the quality of their work here? I will never know because no one came up to the front to receive my business. I waited an hour, walked over to the bay window, called them even. So their customer service isn't good or bad, because there is no customer service at all. I took my business elsewhere and bought four new tires.

Horrible,horrible service.The guy that works here spends more time on his cellphone than on his work, on top of this he does not have the attitude of being helpful at all, just by the way he talk and walk.I had an appointment for tire installation he told me just wait 45 minutes but I waited two hours because he was just checking his face book and texting.

Dedicated service associates at the Sam s tire shop. Tire patching is an added benefit of being a member , I came to find out .Even with the long line of customer service was still on time.
