These days there aren't very many car shops where you would expect to receive an honest opinion about your car's needed repairs, let alone a fair price. I was referred to Rali Auto by a friend, and it turned out to be a truly great experience. My car needed a major part replaced and it took many hours for it to be completed. The owner stayed after hours to make sure the repair has been completed up to standard and the price was fair (maybe lower than other shops for the time it took to be completed). I would put more than 5 stars if I could. Excellent job! Thank you!

I was blessed to come across Rali auto shop a few days ago, after having a conversation with the highly knowledgeable receptionist. I have to be totally honest, 1st impression certainly counted. She was brilliant, so much that I took my car there today.The service was impeccable, they exceeded all of my expectations from the very start, the delivery was to a very high standard, they are a fantastic team that work brilliantly together. If you want a honest genuine auto place which delivers an outstanding service, absolutely look no further.I am 100% happy with their service and I am finally happy that I no longer have to go here and there. My car now has a permanent place for service, repairs and for everything that needs to be done.Thank you and keep up the great work. Glad I found you. Tricia x

Petyo provides exceptional care for his customers. Very professional, comprehensive, and amazingly knowledgeable about German cars. Also, the products he provides are of highest quality. I will definitely come back for any of my Volkswagen needs cause he s the best!

Excellent customer service!! They are upfront and very honest; I can easily make an appointment online and be seen in a timely manner. They truly care about their customers and I'm so grateful for that! Highly recommend for BMW and Audi.

I came to RALI Automotive for an oil change service with my own parts. The owner Mr. Petyo Petrov honestly told me the affordable price of labor. I was greet friendly by the Operations Manager, Ms. Raya. This is the family-owned business and very organized. During the service, Mr. Petyo has showed me the wrong oil that I purchased for my diesel engine, and Ms. Raya pointed out things that I should look for when buying parts for my vehicle. Thanks to the expertise, MASTER ASE Certified and many years of experiences, Mr. Petyo and Ms. Raya have shared with me the products and recommendation for the best maintenance. My vehicle was very well taken care beyond of my expectation from the beginning to the end. I am grateful and very pleased with RALI Automotive services. My experience was 10 star worthy. I was taken care of immediately even though I had no appointment. The work was done efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. The whole experience was professional and I felt that the customer comes first. This temperamental Mini driver highly recommends!

I like my sensible, old, high-mileage Honda.It has not required much maintenance over its lifetime, but recently started making noises that I just chalked up to being an old car. When those noises started getting louder (and when it decided not to start one day), I brought it to Rali.They took their time to thoroughly troubleshoot and went out of their way to replicate the noises. Raya kept me in the loop the entire time regarding the time they needed for repairs and potential cost, including what could wait and what could not wait, which I really appreciate. Turns out the noises I had chalked up to having an old car were issues that could have led to much more expensive repairs.My old Honda is now running as smoothly as it did when it was brand-new.Rali is an excellent shop if you are looking for a place in the Alpharetta/Johns Creek area.

Being in transportation industry it is extremly important to have a reliable shop to keep all of our vehicles in great shape. There is nothing like having a family owned shop that treats you like a family member every time you go to them. My experience was absolutely phenomenal. Raya and Petyo are extremely carrying and knowledgeable. I was taken care of very fast and the quality of the work and service was top notch. If you are looking for a place that will not only fix your car s issues but will make sure everything is done properly and the experience is as pleasant as posible, this is your place.

Perfect!!! I can actually get my service completed when I actually need it!!! Other places have a 3 month waiting. Staff is awesome!!! They also fixed a huge problem in my engine by really looking at it and understanding it. Dealerships were telling me I needed all sorts of things for thousands of dollars and Rali actually fixed it without wanting to replace parts that didn't need to be replaced!!!

one of the best mechanic/ auto shops I have ever been too. Incredibly honest people - Raya and her father (i m sorry I don t know his name!) explained everything they were doing to my car and actually stuck with the estimate they gave me. Not only did they fix what was wrong, but they sat me down and explained everything they did to my car - incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Will be coming here in the future

Petyo is a master! I brought him my E60 BMW M5 and he walked me through all of through all of the possibilities based on what I was seeing and provided a measured assessment. Many Specialists assume and overstate what the issue is but seldom really diagnose to solve the root cause. Petyo was a pleasant surprise and was thorough with his diagnosis and repair. Raya was also great to work with! She provided great service and communicated with me constantly on the status. Any small changes were discussed ahead of time and I am now adding my other vehicles to the rotation with them. My new Shop for sure!

Most competitive prices in the area (I got quotes from 5 other shops). It's a new family owned business and the owner and his daughter were friendly and helpful. They didn't try to charge me for unnecessary parts or try to push any unnecessary repairs onto me like the other shops. The technicians were also friendly, quick, and efficient. Will definitely be back if I need other repairs!

Visit #1.Took my truck to Rali Auto today and had a great conversation with my service advisor. The wait wasn't long, and the product seems great so far. Get Liqui Moly and no oil change for 5,000 miles. I'm with it, you should visit too.Visit #2Dropped my truck off because it was overheating badly. Losing coolant and the engine was giving me all sorts of warnings.The staff here found the myriad of issues and in 1 day had my truck running like new for a very reasonable price. I saw the old parts and the old belt, and they were trash. I've been in 7 states in the last 60 days with this truck, but I'll only go to Rali Auto for any repairs this truck might need.As an update, the owner told me about my brakes. I love the office, and Raya is awesome. This time, I need back brakes, and I'll get them next time. I'm glad they check what I need.Visit them, and I'm sure they'll be awesome for you too

I called to schedule an oil change. They were able to accommodate my request on short notice and service my vehicle the same day. Their mechanics provided personalized service and didn't recommend any work that wasn't necessary. The price was fair and reasonable. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Amazingly honest and knowledgeable people. So many auto repair shops nowadays charge you for phony and unnecessary services. That s definitely not the case with Rali Auto! I had a small oil leak that I was worried about. Instead of trying to sell me unnecessary repairs, the owner simply told me to keep driving and the leak, because it s so small and easy to fix, will be fixed with the next oil change. And this is not the first time I m consulting with the owner (the problems before were much more complicated). These guys know what they're doing! Raya was so nice and accommodating. I just came in for an oil change, which was a fraction of what my dealership would've charged me, and they also replaced the battery on my key fob! My car was on the fritz on my way to work and I wasn't sure it was going to make it. It was a Saturday and I was looking on yelp for reliable mechanics in the area. Everywhere was closed and had low reviews. I was passing Rali and pulled in just to think about what to do--luckily, they were open!!! The owner was so kind and immediately took a look to see what was the issue. The service was warm and friendly, the staff was beyond knowledgeable and professional. Their prices are outrageously reasonable and you always know what you are being charged for before you agree to it. They made sure I understood everything that was happening even though my car knowledge is minimal. They gave detailed updates throughout and never charged me for anything I didn't give my consent to. I have never felt so comfortable with and confident in a mechanic. I WILL be taking my cars to Rali from here on out! I am so so grateful. I can t say enough about my experience with this place! As a woman going into an auto repair shop alone I immediately felt like no matter what needed to be done they would over charge me. That s been my experience in the past! But that was far from the case! When I came in the first time and explained my situation with another repair shop, they looked at my car without charging me a diagnostic fee, when I returned to have the work done I dropped my car off and I was going to catch an Uber home but the owner gave me a ride! My car was finished sooner than it was suppose to be and it is running great!!! Thank you so much to all of the staff and the owner for being super professional! They fixed my car and helped me save money!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Words don t describe how amazing RALI Auto s service is. Their family and mechanics are simply phenomenal and genuinely care about you and your vehicle.I had endless issues with my car and finally made the choice to fix it after a bad oil leak one night. My boyfriend found this place and we called them to discuss my concerns. He was so welcoming and kind which is unlike most car places. So we brought the car over the same day. He told me the (many) issues my car had and said he could fix it the next day! Now that is superior service.The inside is very nice, he takes care of you and makes your needs feel met. The whole staff is friendly and pleasant and made me feel welcome to be there. I have never experienced an auto shop with superior service, amazing prices, and endless kindness and honesty. My car has never felt in better condition ( and I don t feel cheated out of my money like most dealerships make you feel after a fix !)They have so much experience as well which made me feel safe and trusted in their care.
