Performance Auto Collision did an amazing job repairing my 2019 BMW X3, after an unfortunate accident that damaged my left rear door and left rear quarter panel. The damage didn t look that bad at first, but it turned into quite an extensive job!I really appreciate Brian Jennings keeping me informed and working with Progressive to get my X3 repaired it s so close to being paid off, but was so very close to being totaled!Brian also worked with me to order and swap out my roof rails to black from silver, once I found out they were able to move forward with repairs. The option wasn t available when I built the car, but I have always wanted the black rails. Since they pretty much had to take my whole car apart for the accident repair, it made for an easy install, considering the headliner was already removed!I have to make special mention about the paint job it is flawless. There is not a single fish eye and looks like it just came out of the factory! You can t even tell there was a repair work done, I am beyond impressed! A stellar job!!!It may have taken a bit longer to go through PAC, since it wasn t a preferred repair center with my insurance company, but it was so worth the wait. They really pay attention to detail and get you back to a feeling of new. I intend to keep my car as long as I can and PAC made that possible! If I ever find myself needing bodywork again in the future, I will certainly be coming back. I highly recommend Brian Jennings and the team at Performance Auto Collision!!

As a car guy and a perfectionist, it's hard finding shops that I can truly trust to do a great job, but Performance Auto Collision delivered. They repaired some pretty extensive damage on my Veloster N after being rear ended and the quality of work was nothing short of excellent. I would never know that there was any damage looking at it now. Their communication is also very good. It is always possible to get someone on the phone who can give you an update which seems to be pretty rare these day. Overall I couldn't reccomended this shop enough. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I have any body or paint work needs in the future, I'd come back 100%. Thanks PAC!

Best body shop in ATL! Justin and the team have worked with me and my insurance company on 2 occasions and each time the process was smooth and fast. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs bodywork on their high end vehicles. Their slogan rings true, a quality repair is invisible A+++

I went to have an estimate for paint repair for a minor paint scratch that crossed two panels. I had considered using magic eraser or one of the other internet tricks but didn t want to ruin or scratch my paint job and make things worse with amateur work or weird chemicals. I can t remember the name of the guy who came out to help me unfortunately but he quickly buffed it away for me at no cost instead of extorting me for a more expensive job. Really grateful for their honesty. Drove out of town to see them because their work looks fantastic.

What a class act. This past Monday I picked up my Cayenne GTS from PAC and I was very impressed. The repair was completed to my total satisfaction and they truly went above and beyond the industry standard. There's a very good reason why Freed Performance, Porsche Forums and Porsche Hennessy use and recommend this facility over all others...nothing else compares. Not only was the work performed absolutely excellent but my car had been nicely detailed (inside and out) prior to delivery. My principal point of contact was Hunter York and I found his degree of professionalism to be exceptional. I might also add I found this to be true of every employee at PAC that I dealt with. Phone calls were generally answered on the first or second ring, I was never placed on hold, emails were answered almost immediately. Unfortunately this is definitely the exception rather than the rule in this day and age...but PAC delivers and checks all the boxes. Thank you and Cheers.

I was so impressed and pleased with how well my car came out. They did an amazing job! My car looks brand new. I really appreciate the promptness in getting the car in and out. I dealt with Justin who kept me updated on the progress of the work being done. His estimate was right on the money and the final bill even came out a bit less than the estimate.

Great body shop. They were super easy to work with and I couldn t tell the car was ever damaged because it was such good work. They painted nearly half of my car and it matches perfectly. Jeff was super responsive and went over the top. I would recommend this body shop.

I am not sure if Justin Graves is fit for this company. He does not represent the things I was told about PAC and the reviews I have seen other employees receive. I wish I had asked for Dwight or some other rep I ve heard great things about from my referrals great experiences. Justin- Poor communication over talks you cuts you off mid conversation does not follow up when he says he will and continued to lie about his updates. If I ever need work done again I will be sure to ask for a more reputable source there. He is lazy, inaccurate with no sense of urgency and lacks professionalism. I don t mind waiting for good work/service for type of cars I drive I want the best doing the best but I do mind being lied to on several occasions management should step in and screen this guy more closely. He doesn t even walk you to your vehicle when you pick up your car not personable at all- walk me to my car show me your work- be confident do not be a buster! Respect my money and my status if not it looks like you (Justin) have an issue or problem dealing with prominent African Americans who drives beautiful cars and runs multiple successful businesses. I also get that it takes time to produce good work but nobody s high end vehicle should sit for months without turning the engine on occasionally and get the oil running through the engine. I am taking my vehicle in for a multi just because I can t trust that I got top notch service based off my rep being so unreliable. I had just got my car serviced by dealer one day before my wreck got my car back brake light is on when they marked brakes excellent, wiper sensor is on and it has wiper fluid- dealer even took a look for me having the alignment checked too because it pulls - you cleaned my vehicle but sat it outside so when I pick it up it was covered in dust. Why not keep it inside and pretty until it is picked up. I Came the same day it was done. If the multi inspection comes back with any issues I ll come and speak to management directly.

I was referred to Performance Auto Collision by the dealership when my 2022 MDX was rear-ended. I was very nervous about the process considering my car is only a year and a half old. Brian assisted me from the time I dropped off my car until the day I picked it up. He communicated every update he received so I never felt out of the loop. Brian schooled me on recovering the diminished value of my vehicle, which I had no clue about. I hate that I had to go through all of this but at least it was with a trustworthy company.

An excellent body and repair shop ran by a great group of people. I ve been numerous times for different work on my M4 and drive 3-4 hours each way each time. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and treats your vehicle with respect you won t find anywhere else. They are certified in a number of manufacturers and their work speaks for itself. At this point I really only plan to use Performance Auto Collision regardless of the time it takes to get there. Brian was a great guy to work with and was super patient and accommodating.Service: Body & Trim

I do not have enough words to describe how amazing these people are. Never did I think my vehicle would be as good as new, but they surprised me. The work was excellent, and the communication from Adam T and A.J. never kept me from wondering or worrying. Thank you everyone at Performance Collision, I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work.

This shop has done amazing work on my SUV. Full repairs were needed after it was hit badly in a parking lot. Looked brand new when I got it back and quality was top notch! Recently, I discovered bad scratches on the lift gate. Took it back to Performance and Justin recommended buffing them out instead of repainting which would cost around $3,000. Again, did a great job and gate looks perfect! Later, my midlife crisis hit and I wanted to customize my ride. Went back to Performance and worked with Chase this time. He and the group said they could do the job. He kept me updated throughout the process and when I got my truck back, it looked incredible. Justin, Chase and everyone at Performance are very knowledgeable and super customer oriented. They make sure you are very pleased with everything they do. You cannot go wrong with this company.

Took my Acura TL to Performance Auto Collision after it was damaged from being hit by a new driver while parked. They came highly recommended. However, they were a good distance away from where I lived. Besides the distance, as a woman, I was a little nervous about receiving honest and reliable service. What I received was friendly and personable service from the beginning. Dwight was my representative. The worry I had that my car was in good hands soon disappeared. He kept me abreast throughout the process with early morning status updates throughout the repair process. And we I went to pickup my care, I was EXTREMELY pleased with the end results. My 12-year old car looked brand new!! I was surprised that they gave my car a full detail! I plan to use them again hope I never have to though. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great body shop with NICE AND FRIENDLY SERVICE.

My Honda Ridgeline was in an accident and this shop walked me through the process. They worked with the at fault insurance company to collect payment. On top of that they did a great job with the paint work, it looks like factory work. Great job.

Top notch service with excellent communication. They went above and beyond just repairing the damage to my truck. It was returned to me detailed and looking brand new. I wont go anywhere else if I need any repairs again.

Jeff is hands down the best! I got into a car accident in January and I had called around to so many places who was booked out until June to have my car repaired. I called Performance auto and spoke to Jeff and he was able to fit me in within the next day which was a Tuesday. I dropped my car off the adjuster came out and by Monday my insurance company already paid them and they got started with the repairs. They had my car fixed before we left out of town two and a half weeks later. The quality of work is phenomenal. I could not believe how good my car looked after they were done. I cannot thank Jeff enough for working so hard to have my car done for me and for everyone at performance who did amazing work. If you need any kind of auto repair done I HIGHLY recommend them.

Someone backed into my beautiful Mercedes SLK and it sustained quite a bit of damage. Since I was flying out of town the next day, I drove it over to Performance Auto Collision that night and left the keys in the drop box. When I eventually spoke with Dwight (who was responsible for my car) he assured me that he would get the other driver's insurance company to agree with the shop's estimate and that my car would be repaired to Mercedes high quality standards. I felt better knowing that everything was going to be all right. It took the other drivers insurance company 11(!!!) days before they signed off on the repairs and only then could Performance Auto start work. Performance exceeded their work estimate and finished the car in 8 days. They sent me a few emails during that time telling me when it was going into the paint shop, buff department, and then re-assembly. The car looked great, outside and inside. I was so happy to get it back. I HIGHLY recommend this shop, they take a lot of pride in their work.

I want to thanks Jeff and all is help and expertise at Performance Auto Collision. I have taken my car here on multiple occasions and every time I am completely satisfied with the service and workmanship. The team at Performance is stellar and amazing. I woukd not take my car anywhere else. Jeff is one amazing person! If I had any issue he always found a way to make sure it was handled in a timely manner. The communication was amazing. I always knew what was going on throughout the process.. I will recommend this shop if you value quality work, great communication, unbeatable customer service and kind caring staff!

When I looked at the initial reviews with more luxury cars, I wondered if I will I get same service level for my Honda. But the entire process was well handled start to finish and work quality was perfect. Jeff Thomas was great right from day 1 walking me through the process, what I can expect and kept me updated all through the progress including coordination with insurance. I am delighted to have got my car work done with Performance Auto. Will sure recommend to anyone who ask me.

Performance Auto Collision did a perfect job on my 2017 Pearl White GT-R. The workmanship and quality control was amazing. They have a five star operation with many very high ended cars in their facility all at one time. I made an impromptu visit during the repair, and from observation they really took the time to ensure the car was clean with no obstruction to add more damage while they were working on the car . As many of the other reviewers has mentioned, their customer service reps were all very courteous and Jeff Thomas, my rep was extremely helpful from start to finish. He also made a point of communicating at each of the key stages with the insurance company as well as the progress of the repair. Overall, the car looks as good as it did before my accident. I have used performance auto twice now for my BMW, and my family has also come here for their Mercedes and the service has been great every time! We work with Justin Graves, and he is so easy to work with very timely with responses and makes sure you know what s going on! Performance is the only collision repair facility that I not only use for my personal vehicles, but recomend to friends and before retiring would refer clients of my Mercedes Repair Center.Todd among others does an excellent job of coordinating the repair so that while things keep moving along on the repair side, you are always kept aware of where the repair process stands and when it will be completed.There is a car rental agency that is extremely convenient and for diminished value questions and assistance they have excellent contactsas well.If you want it done correctlly the first time, call Todd and Crew at Performance Auto Collision in Alpharetta.

If you are looking for spectacular work without compromise, look no further than Performance Auto Collision. The BIG bonus is the work will be done to OEM quality or better, it is their standard. It is clear everyone at Performance Auto Collision takes pride in their work. And I'm proud to display their work on my VFII Holden Commodore!! The spoiler looked like it came with the car from the Holden factory in Australia. Thanks to Todd and the team of techs at Performance Auto Collision. None better in the ATL!!

The paint work PAC does is BETTER than manufacturer. No joke. So smooth, absolute NO imperfections at all. Get your car painted here and you will want the whole thing painted. The peeps here are absolute perfectionists and you can tell. There's a reason they paint all the high-end stuff. You might have to wait a bit but the best of the best is always booked up. Based on the ratings I went to this body shop Jan 27th, 2024; the person on the service desk was very rude from the get go!!When he saw me he didn t like either due to it was Saturday or I m being brown person!What ever it was the administration should investigate, else your company will loose customers for sure!!!
