If you're looking for a friendly, professional, and honest auto shop, North Point is for you! I could not be happier with the recent service we received and the customer service is outstanding. Steve and his techs did a great job at keeping me updated on my repair and I was in and out the same day! I had quotes from other shops trying to charge more than double what Steve was charging and its refreshing to know there are people like Steve who are honest and look out for us. They re very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It s nice to have the peace of mind, knowing everything is done correctly. 10/10

I found about North Point Auto Repair and Steve Miller through a positive word-of-mouth recommendation. I am so grateful to have found an honest repair shop! I have brought my vehicle as well as my girlfriends and I have to say that Steve has went above and beyond. His knowledge, experience and ability to explain things in a simple manner is something that is very hard to come by. He has gained a lifetime customer in me!

We were on a road trip from Blue Ridge, GA to Tampa, FL and our passenger airbag light went off near Alpharetta and we called the shop owner and he squeezed us in as a walk in ASAP! We pulled right in, and Bruno the technician checked our car codes and fixed the issue in just a few minutes. They didn t even charge us!! We made sure to leave a tip for this awesome service - what a great company. Thank you all so much for helping us get from point A to point B safely!

Mechanics are famous for creating extra unnecessary work and like doctor visits their prices can be all over the place. I go to Steve not only because I trust none of these will be an issue with him but also I know he is the best mechanic and he is passionate about what he does.

Over all great experience, Steve one man show and this crew did good job fixing the issue, I came here to fix clunking noise. steve went out for test ride and suggested to replace Stabilizer links. Trust worthy people.

I own a Mercedes and as per usual everyone quotes you ridiculous prices because of the make of the vehicle. Steve, did not do that. Nor did he treat me as if I knew nothing about mechanical scenarios. His price was fair and half of everyone else. Not only that, but they were fast and did not do unnecessary repairs to my brakes (like most companies) ie: You need pads, new calipers and roters.Excellent fast service. Honest and fair priced. Great experience, will use and refer again and to others.

I can t say enough positive about North Point Auto Repair. They are honest (really honest) and thorough. Their work comes warranted for, in most cases, three years. We take all our cars to Steve for service and routine maintenance. They ve always treated us very well.Most recently, I had an oil leak, and my check engine light was preventing me from passing state emissions. During their diagnosis, they found both valve cover gaskets were leaking and my spark plugs were fouled. Steve said they should be changed, but since they were already in the engine, there would not be any additional labor cost (I only hat to pay for the plugs). I appreciate their truthfulness and letting me know the plugs were fouled.There is no more oil leak. I have fresh plugs for another 90k miles. My check engine light is off, and my Jeep has passed state emissions.If you re looking for someone to maintain your car, or you re trying to find the technicians to actually diagnose and fix your car s problems, I *highly* recommend trying North Point Auto.

Cannot say enough great things about Steve and his staff. Steve treats you as if he has known you your entire life, and is truly there to fix any issues at the fairest price. This is the only mechanic I have ever went to that I felt 100% confident had my best interest, and wallet, in mind. I will never use anyone else.

Had to get brake work done. They were able to get me in that morning and the work was done by lunch. Honest about the work that was needed and cost was less than manufacturer. Highly recommend.

What can I say about Steve and North Point Auto? Definitely the best auto service around. I've been using him for years and out of convenience, ended up going to a mechanic close to my home who completely messed up a simple front brake job. Steve, of course, troubleshot the problem, fixed it, and was as price conscious as any business owner could be. You can't go wrong going with Steve and his great Mechanics at North Point Auto. Just like your older brother or your dad, Steve and his crew are here for you. They explain everything and pricing is practically 1/4 what you'd pay with other "brakes" places. They cover everything except your body and frame work and are even open til 6! Good humored and truthful to the bone, you won't be disappointed!

He provided a breakdown of all of the services performed and did everything he could to lower my final bill. He truly cares about his customers and his work. Fast. Honest. Reasonable cost. 100% recommend. Tomorrow is my birthday, so I went to get my car inspected. The inspection machine wouldn't connect to my car. The nice emissions man knew it was a fuse and referred me to North Point Auto Repair. They had me fixed up in no time flat. I was so shocked, this must be some sort of record time! Then, when i paid bill, i was pleasantly surprised. This never happens because i choose to drive old cars. My Helen, a 2003 Honda Element, will definitely be back. Thank you Steve!!!

Steve and his team are fantastic. From their customer service to the quality of repairs, they are top notch. They offer great advice even when it is not to their financial benefit. They will text you pictures of what needs to be repaired along with a thorough explanation of the problem your car is having. I highly recommend North Point Auto Repair.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, superb stellar service through and through! If I could give a thousand stars I would. Never have I experienced such a professional, down to earth, educational atmosphere for my vehicle maintenance. You get reasonable pricing, full explanations every step of the process (for my ladies who don't know squat about cars like myself), and it's family owned and operated! 10 out of 10, Steve is an absolute gem in plain sight. I have found my new go-to mechanic for my car service needs. This was my first time going to North Point Auto Repair and it was great meeting Steve. They fixed everything I needed for my old Lexus and even spent the time to go over every detail of what needed to be repaired and what work was done. I have never seen a shop put this much effort into ensuring their work is done right at a very reasonable price. I would recommend North Point Auto Repair to anyone. I purchased some EBC rotors and brakes for my 2010 Miata GT and paid Steve and crew to install them for me. The price was reasonable and Steve's vast knowledge of cars made the brake job go without a hitch. He also drove the car after the install to make sure there were no issues. I plan on giving them more of my business if they will have me as a returning customer.Service: Brakes

Steve is an incredible mechanic. He was the only mechanic when I was looking for someone to do my water pump and timing belt to notice that my car didn't even have a timing belt and it would only need the water pump replaced, cutting the amount I'd owe in half. He's honest, trustworthy and will always answer your call to help. I'm sad to be leaving the area considering I'll have to pray I can find another Steve out west.Services: Transmission, Auto brake repair, Engine repair

I recently had an incident where my car would not start -- just silence when I turned the switch. The car had to be towed and in very short order, Steve had identified the issue (something with the starter and not the battery). It only took a hour or so to repair and I was on my way.I am always so comforted by Steve and his work and fair prices. All of his staff are so friendly and kind and I am completely comfortable while I wait for my car to be repaired or serviced, which is not always the case for a woman.Service: Electrical repair

Steve and his team are wonderful people. They are so friendly and kind, and Steve was so honest and helpful and really looked out for us. (Our car stopped running just before we were able to get it into his parking lot, and he and his fantastic mechanic came over to help us out.) His pricing was transparent and fair, and our car seems to be all better from her bad spell. We are so grateful because we are broke college students and really need this car to last at least a couple more years haha. The whole team did a great job at every turn, so we will be back anytime we need anything car related. Thank y all so much!!

I had a great experience at North Point Auto Repair. First, they told me to bring the car right over to assess a battery terminal issue. Steve then explained my options to address the issue and the rationale for his recommendation. The work was done quickly, but with great attention to detail.
