This is a nice place to get an Oil change and for tires. They will inspect your car and let you knowledge what all needs to be change and that s totally your choice. But genuinely MIDAS is a Recommended place and it is highly affordable to your car.

Had brakes done by Midas and 12k miles later they re telling me I need new brakes. Their warranty for new pads is a joke and you will end up paying basically the price for new brakes with labor and rotors alone. Would not recommend using Midas for anything other than oil changes.

Car repairs are awful but the folks here at Midas on Main truly go out of their way to make it bearable. I trust them more than the dealer where I bought my car and that trust has paid off as they ve saved me money on repairs countless times and the quality of work is outstanding. Thank you!

The visit was fine, but the wait time was long even with a appointment and they never sent a text when they finished. And after getting my car back I realized there was black grease / oil all over my steering wheel, whites seat and car which are almost impossible to remove especially since the seats are cloth and white. I understand it s not a clean process but it was kind of upsetting.

Jacob was great and super friendly! He was able to look at the bottom cover under my car and tell me what could be reattached and what had to be taken off. They were quick and straight to the point.

I scheduled an appointment yesterday for Pep Boys to have my alignment checked and possibly adjusted because I just bought a brand new set of tires from Costco. When I got to my morning appointment, on time, they said they won t be able to get it in for a few hours, basically like my appointment didn t matter and that they overbooked themselves after my appointment was scheduled and that I now have to wait and to top it all off they had with a terrible attitude about it like I was the one inconveniencing them! So I told them I m going to take it somewhere else and left super frustrated thinking I m never going to pep boys again!On the way home I see a Midas and decide to pull in, I receive a very friendly greeting at the door from Jacob and Leo, I asked if they do alignments and if they could get me in today. They were happy to accommodate me and said I can get you in right now and got me checked in and my car on the rack immediately. Within 15 minutes they come in and very honestly reported that my alignment was good and that I didn t need an adjustment after all. They could have tried to sell me the alignment but on top of being very friendly, accommodating, and professional they were honest and trustworthy.Definitely recommend! Don t bother with Pep Boys just go to Midas!

Five negative stars.I am a customer of Midass for 5 years with 3 cars,But I had a problem with this location in the last 4 months.The day before I went to Midas, I made an appointment to change the oil of 2 cars at 8 am.I visited at 8 am on Saturday and they told me that we are busy, I visited at 8 am on Saturday and was told that we are busy and the oil change will take 1-2 hours. Leave the car, we will call you.I came back at 10:30 and was told that it was not finished, while other cars were being serviced.I came back for the third time at 11 o'clock and saw the workers sitting down and The location of the oil change service pit it's empty, I asked again it was finished or not. Telling why you came, we will call you today to complete the oil change of your car.This means that I have to wait for Midas to call me all day Saturday to change the oil of my 2 cars that I had previously scheduled.I took my car keys and took them to another Midas Location and They were busy as well but they did it in 20 minutes.If this Midas location wants to work like this and does not value the customer and their time, it will lose customers one after another.Thank you

Thoroughly checked everything over when my tire pressure light came on. Very kind and knowledgeable. I only stopped here bc it happened to be close by when my light came on but will definitely return for maintenance.

Riley was so great , so was parked they are experts at installing anything and anything from lights , wheels , oil changes. You name it they can do it . Keeping this brief, yet poignant.I made the choice to drive from Raleigh, NC (7hrs) to specifically have Mike Evans and staff service my vehicle. I did this because on the rare occasions you find excellent, honest, and reputable specialists; you keep them.My Audi Q5 continues to be worry free because I make the choice to see a true specialist. Whether Euro, Japanese, or USA made Mike is your man.Top notch service, honest & detailed explanations, along with stellar customer service.I will continue to make the drive for that peace of mind. I took my 1999 F150 in to get a new muffler and tail pipe. after getting an change at another location about 1.5 months later, it was noticed that the tail pipe was installed too close to the back shock. It melted the shock housing.I went back to Midas to show them the problem. The mechanic agreed the mistake was made, but they would have to get permission from the regional manager, Erik Passaro, before they would correct problem and replace the shock. Expecting a call the next day, never happened, In fact, Erik never called me, so after stopping by to get he issue resolved and waiting 2 weeks, I had to call Midas corporate and got a case #, but was told to give it 10 days for a reply from Erik. Again no reply. I called back corporate and they said the repair was approved, and they were a bit surprised I had not receive a call to schedule appt. to fix.Finally, after about 6 weeks from my initial notice to Midas about the mistake, Erik did answer my phone call and we schedule an appt to fix tail pipe position and replace the one shock.I made the request that both shocks should be replaced, (a common practice) and that would be will to pay for the part cost for the one shock, but felt the labor portion should be covered by them. Midas agreed, but then went on to tell me the cost of one new shock would be about $250. I said that seemed pretty high. So they said that a medium cost would then be $150 for one shock. I ask them the brand and type shock, and then called an auto part store to get my price for two and my assumption was correct. $190 for two Monroe Performance shocks at local parts store.At this point, I felt like I was at their mercy to get the problem corrected so agreed to pay the $161.63 (after tax was included). When I looked under the truck to see if both replaced, the shocks were two different colors. I mentioned this to Midas and their reply was that they came that way.At this point I just gave up and left.Bottom line is the customer service here was some of the worst I have ever experienced. This could have all been avoided if when the mechanic realized he installed pipe wrong, he had the authority to set up appt right then.I'm not sure what the regional manager's job is, as he never called me once. I I never met him even though he was there at times (but always busy)I would give 0 stars if I could.

The time the repair took was decent, the brake and rotor repair seems to be of good quality. The vast majority of the staff is good. Matthew is awesome. The supervisor/manager guy (I don't know his name) upcharged me /added things in on a repair that I didn't need(wheel bearings). I also wasn't given much info as to why the wheel bearings were bad or needed replacing, it wasn't cheap to replace them either.

I travel over an hour to go to this specific Midas, Alpharetta Main St. I have always felt like they give me a clear understanding of what and why the work is being performed. I have gone and gotten estimates from others and their quote is always within range or better.

Jacob and Mike were absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere in the lobby was awesome and turned what could have been a scary situation into a very good one for me. I will recommend and definitely be back.

Jacob was awesome from check in to check out! Very impressed by the customer service and personal treatment from all the staff. Have been going to another place for oil changes/all service issues since 2017 - but I will now be forever going to this store as the comfort level and honest employees won my business! I will be recommending this store to all my friends and family in dunwoody, Sandy springs, johns creeek, Milton and Alpharetta to go here! What a blessing it is to have found such a great group of mechanics and overall staff! Thank you!!!!!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I always get great service from this location.I am always greeted warmly and promptly regardless of what I am there for . I usually bring in both our cars for emissions, air in the tires and minor repairs. I always leave satisfied with the quality of work. I have been coming here for 7 years now!! Every single time without fail I am treated so kindly. Thank to the upper management because it always trickles down from the top. David the manager is awesome. Jacob and Joseph are just so incredibly kind. I do not feel taken advantage of here ever and I appreciate the prompt response to helping me and my families vehicles. It is rare to find a good mechanic and this business is most definitely a gem because of the staff!!Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

David, the store manager, was incredibly kind and got me in and out in 15 minutes for an engine light diagnosis and tire pressure fill up. He figured out what was wrong without having to do the $150 diagnostic check. If you are a female getting car work done on your own, give this location a chance to earn your trust as well!

If you think you need help from these people, just go. Get in touch with Luke and he will take care of everything. I needed a small work done, Luke explained very nicely and did it quickly. I will definitely recommend this place for your car s need. I would go back when I am in need. Because I live nearby and also, it is easy access on highway 9.
