Great work! My dented van doors look like new again! He worked with State Farm to get the adjuster to cover all the costs. Mendez also did another car without insurance at a reasonable price

Sunday, October 8th, I was in an auto accident 350 miles from our home in SE Georgia. Fortunately, no one was injured and the other driver was able to drive away while my car had to be towed. I called two body shops that could not help me so I called my nephew, a few counties away, to recommend an auto body shop. He sent me the phone number for Mendez Body Shop, which I called. After telling my story to the gentleman on the phone, he immediately told me to bring my car to him and he would fix it.I notified my auto insurance adjuster and the towing company that my car was to go to the Mendez Body Shop for repairs in Alpharetta.The owners worked with my insurance company and kept me up to date on the repairs. When they found a problem not noticed by my auto adjuster, they notified him and he sent an additional check.The Mendez owners and staff were professional, great to work with, communicated with me and I picked up my vehicle repaired on November 6th.I highly recommend them for any auto body work/repairs you need.Susan A. Thank you Mr. Mendez for helping me out. My bumper for Toyota Camry is damage , get way higher quote from other body shop and then i read good review about Mendez body shop call them on Saturday as they open fix my thing in half price what i got from other body shop and within one week. Stopped by on a Friday to get an estimate for replacing front bumper cover and trim work after getting we are too busy at other body shops. Junior was very welcoming, walked me through his estimation process and provided a great price. He ordered the parts, painted them then called me the following Thursday to have me bring in my Jeep GC and have them installed. Wow, within a week I was in and out! The workmanship was great and they reused all parts where possible, lowering my repair costs. Mendez is now doing mechanical work as well, so I plan to use them for my 100K mile tuneup. I highly recommend Junior and his team at Mendez Body Shop! Fast turnaround and great workmanship at a fair price!Service: Body & Trim

On a recommendation, I visited Mendez Body Shop and collision. I was very impressed with the knowledge and experience of the owner and employees. Unfortunately, I had couple of dings on my vehicle, which was repaired with such quality that I would recommend this business for future use. The owner, Mr Mendez, is a people person and very easy to talk with.

Avoid at all cost!!!Made the mistake of trusting Mr Mendez and payed them before project was done. Payed over $12k and wouldn't finish the job since I didn't owe them anymore. Shouldn't have trusted them. Shame on me. If you want trustworthy, dependable, and reliable find someone else

Mendez Auto shop did an amazing job fixing my SUV after a minor quarter panel and bumper accident at home! They worked with us on our insurance approved pricing cost to fix the damage and was able to fit us in right away. Other places we checked were weeks out and much more expensive with their repair cost. Highly recommended and nice to know we found a trusted body shop!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We have brought our new Camry and old Camry here. First one was a small fender bender. They were able to help us. New Camry needed new fender. We were treated like VIPs.

So glad to have my car fixed at Mendez Body Shop. They offer very reasonable price and high-quality of service. My car looks almost brand new after their work. And they also touched up some small scratches of paint for free for me. Highly recommended!

I got several quotes for paint and body and Mendez was considerably lower than most. He suggested a full paint job as opposed to just working on certain areas. He delivered on time and from the looks of it, he did a very good job. The car looks fantastic. It will take some weeks, months to further determine the durability and long term quality of the paint and materials used. For now, I give him and his dog Rambo a big thumbs up!Service: Body & Trim

I just recently brought my car here because it had front end damage. Mendez really took care of my car and I. The work that was done was amazing and the car was in and out very fast. I recommend taking your car here if you need any auto body work done. I can definitely say If anything ever happens again, I will for sure be coming here! Thank you so much Mendez!

I absolutely love the work that Mendez did to my vehicle. The front was completely smashed in from a accident my daughter was involved in and he did very professional, fast and efficient work. Great prices. I will definetly recommend him to anyone looking for auto body work.

Someone keyed my Tahoe on all four passenger side panels, deep. I got quotes from $1.7k to $3k to repaint. Mendez is only 3 miles from my house so I decided to stop by undeterred by bad reviews, and it was the best decision I have made in a long time. Ezequiel gave me an awesome quote and promised to complete the job in two days. I was extremely nervous due to previous reviews but I do believe in a good person when I meet one. So Ezequiel delivered as promised. It was done perfectly. There is no doubt I would recommend Mendez to all my family and friends. Awesome job, Ezequiel!!

They do very good work, their prices are very reasonable, and the owner will go the extra mile to help his customers out, he even gave me a lift back to my house so I didn't have to call an Uber. It's may not be a spiffy franchise shop, but they more than make up for that. I guess that's why so many of my neighbors in my subdivision's Facebook page recommended this place as their go-to for auto body work. They get my recommendation.

Took my car to Mendez for repair and paint work and deeply regret it. I was told everything I wanted to hear by the owner Ezequiel up front. Arrived to pick up the car and found a disaster. There was no quality in any part of the job. Incorrect installation, missing parts, overspray everywhere- including all interior surfaces and terrible paint quality. He had nothing but excuses for me. I will be taking it to another shop to fix their mess. Several of the problems they created will never be able to be corrected. Avoid this shop like the plague!!!

Bought a used Mercedes with some hail damage and other nicks and dents. Took it to Mendez and they made it look brand new. Great job. Reasonable price. Excellent experience!!

Extremely pleased by the work done by Mendez. I had some scratches on the front bumper of my car and he made it as if never was there. Prices are reasonable and work is excellent. Recommended!!!
