Had tires installed and they destroyed my rims. Scratched all 4 rims badly. Called and made a complaint. Let s see if they will fix their mess up waiting to hear from the store manager since the manger I spoke with couldn t even say sorry. Knowing they messed up my rims they didn t let me know what they had done. Own up to your mistakes when they happen. Don t let your customers leave to find their rims destroyed the next day, while washing it .Pics of all 4 rims.Update:Went back to the store so the manager could see for her self. They have offered to have them refurbished and if they can t be fixed to original condition they will replace them. I don t feel comfortable taking my truck back and leaving it for days with them. Waiting to hear from the regional manager from the corporate office all week to see if they will supply a rental car or loaner set of rims and tires. Still waiting to here from corporate

Such a good experience! As a woman, I prefer not dealing with car repair people, but the manager Chelsea was professional and polite and explained everything. Connor worked on my car, resolved my issue and he was friendly as well. No complaints!

Chelsea and Ryan provided the absolute best experience while servicing my car for tire replacement and alignment. They were so friendly and honest throughout the entire process. Chelsea Is so amazing .. I called her with a little emergency because I had hit a curb and needed a tire to get home as soon as possible and she went above and beyond what I was expecting. Chelsea and her team are awesome and I wouldn t go anywhere else for it. Thank you Chelsea.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location. Don t go anywhere else! As a single woman going to auto care places alone can be very intimidating. It means the world when you find somewhere affordable, quick, knowledgeable and most importantly helpful. The entire staff was very welcoming but Alexis was the highlight of my experience. Not only did he go above and beyond in helping me, he did it with a smile and a kind spirit. As someone new to the Atlanta area, I really won t be going anywhere else for things like this and will only recommend them first to my friends and family. It s not often I write reviews this lengthy but I had to and I hope it helps someone else!

Alexis was extremely professional and while we waited I heard him on the phones handling every customer with poise and congeniality not only on the phone while it was ringing from multiple people calling in but also those in the store. I was very impressed by his customer service and knowledge. Because of him, we will be back!

Was on my way to dinner this evening and somehow my tire became the lucky recipient of a screw. This location closes at 6 and I came in at 5:15 not expecting to get immediate service. Much to my surprise Alexis met my wife and myself at the front desk and said that they could help out but there were several people being helped already. After assisting the customers ahead of us, Ryan and Chelsea sprung into action and promptly got my car on the lift. Thank you all so much for the amazing customer service and urgency to take care of two random customers in need. Though I wasn t a customer before today, that has most certainly changed.

Had an unexpected tire issue one morning and the wonderful team at Mavis did an amazing job at taking care of me! I was running on a tight schedule but Jacon, Ryan, and Jaro went out of their way to get my tire fixed up as soon as possible and on my way! Totally recommend this place! Friendly and efficient work staff!

I have been a Mavis customer for years now and I have had great experiences 95% of the time. This is my first time at this location and Alexis was super kind and made my visit efficient and comfortable and the staff were on top of things to get me out in a timely manner. Have taken 2 different cars here for new sets of tires. I'm very picky with my tire choices, and I book online. They are always able to get me in quickly and give me exactly what I ask for and need. Fantastic service. I also overheard a phone call with another customer who was in an unfortunate personal situation with their vehicle, and it was heartwarming to hear how they are giving them a bit of a break to help assure the driver's safety. Good looking out from this shop to keep us all safe on the road.

So, I had this annoying flat tire situation, and Mavis Tire Company came to the rescue! Big shoutout to Leah, one of the mechanics, for fixing me up real quick. She's a total pro and had my tire patched up in no time.And let's not forget about Chelsea, the manager. She was super cool and made sure everything ran smoothly.Overall, Mavis Tire Company rocks! If you ever need tire help, definitely give them a shout. Leah and Chelsea will take care of you like champs.

Ryan, Chelsea and Alexis were absolutely amazing! We drove over a nail on my way to my company dinner. I was so scared I was so upset and scared that we were going to get in an accident and be late to our dinner. We came in because you were the closest location, everyone was so helpful and amazing. Even though they had 3 cars in front of us and closed in a hour, they still stopped what they were doing and squeezed us in so we could make it to our dinner on time! Thank you, thank you! We will be back and refer all our friends to you!! You are all wonderful people and really care about customers and safety!

So happy and overjoyed with the experience I just had at THIS location, Chelsea & Alexa helped me out tremendously with my unexpected, unfortunate and inconvenience. I literally walked in and was able to receive a tire service, no hesitation. No hassle or wait. They were both super friendly, outgoing and both hands on trying to help me with my financial situation providing alternatives. It was truly a blessing while experiencing a hiccup. Chelsea who took in my 2018 Tesla S with both front and rear passenger side tires destroyed and wheels curbed rashed worked with me and put on new Michelin tires at a competitive price. She had all 4 wheels refinished and when I was not happy with the wheel job, she "did not charge me" at all. Offered to pay a reduced amount but she went out of her way and wanted to make sure I was happy. I take all my cars (4 currently) there and every time I am satisfied by the job and price. Highly recommended.

On Saturday I took my car to Mavis on Mansell to get two new front tires. When I left I noticed my car would make a weird whomping noise while I was driving. I took it back to Mansell location the same day and was basically told that it would be hours before they could see what was going on. So I left and came back another day. After having me there for an hour, they gave me three different potential problems that could be why my car was making that noise and said that they were 100% sure and told me to cone yet another day so they cannhave another mechanic to look at it. At that moment I felt like they were trying to get more money out of me, so I decided to take it to this location for a second opinion. The manager Chelsea was very nice! After Mike took it for a test drive, they concluded that the issue was just the treading in the tires that I didn t replace. I made a great decision of coming to this location because not only did they figure out the issue right away, Chelsea actually brought me to the garage and Mike showed me what the issue was with the tires. I feel alot better trusting my gut rather than going back to Mansell and they to fixing something that they couldn t even figure out what was wrong with in the first place.

I had a nail on my tire and went in to get it plugged. I just walked in and they were able to work me in and did a great job. Great customer service! Will definitely be back in the future!

Everyone was great! Had something in my tire which produced a slow leak. Even though it was busy they were able to get it patched in a reasonable amount of time so I could make it to my event. Really appreciate it!

I'm really happy with the service I received at Mavis in Crabapple. Chelsea is the manager and does a super job explaining the work being performed and making sure the job is done right the first time. All of my cars go to Chelsea's shop when they need brakes and tires.

This business seems to up-charge, by performing services which are not required. My wife was charged almost $50 to remove a nail from a tire. They charged for tire balance and a stem replacement. This is what we get for trying to give our business with a neighborhood business. WTH
