This store is incredible! John went above and beyond by offering stellar service to me at the end of the day, and was even so kind as to wait for me to arrive a little after closing. Jamesha was the most incredible help I have ever experiences at a discount tire shop. She made everything so easy for me where I know nothing about cars. She made sure it fit my budget and I couldn't be happier. I will always be returning to this location because of her and the mechanics who did such an amazing job with my car

It s hard nowadays to find someone that actually cares about helping people but Jamesha helped me get new tires and provided amazing customer service. I came in to get 1 tire changed and she recommended that I get 2 . Because of her recommendation my car drives so much better now . She didn t pressure me to getting the second tire like most places , I could tell her recommendation was genuine and true . I would only go back there again because of her!

I went in for a last minute urgent need on my car. While I ultimately needed to take my car somewhere else for the repair, the service was great here. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I have been to this location before and had a pleasant experience then as well.

After getting a nail in my tire on the way home from work, I pulled into Mavis right before closing time. They welcomed me in, patched my tire and had me on my way. Their service and attitude were very professional, even though they had to stay after hours to help me. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Tried the shop out for a set of BF Goodrich KO2s on my Lexus LX 570. The guys there were professional and took great care of me and my vehicle. Highly recommend this shop who wants great service, good prices, and friendly.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I took my car in because I needed new tires and a realignment. When I got my car back, my steering wheel was tilted to the right for the neutral position. I brought my car back in for them to fix it and they didn't even bring my car in the bay to look at. They claimed that it was actually normal and not because of their work.

Do You want to have the worst customer service possible and For your Female Family members to be taken advantage of? Well This is Certainly The Only Place capable Of Doing Both To the Highest Extent .This location installed an incorrect tire size on my sister s vehicle, this was back on 12/7/2023. When her traction control and ABS warning lights popped up on her dash after leaving the location, I told her to take the car back for them to confirm all was done correctly.She went back the next day to get the car checked out and instead of realizing they had installed the wrong tire they charged her $400 to install RPM sensors she didn t need.

So tire changed had to instantly return cause balance was off Had to return next day cause tpms was reporting low tire pressure They had to replace sensor Feel like it should have been caught when tire change was done

Mavis to the rescue... Had a tire blowout and they took care of it in a jif. They are all kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely bring my car back in the future. The receptionist Jamesha was awesome.

I mean 5 stars isnt enough for how incredible the manager John, the service tech John and the rest of the staff was. For background i am in Medschool (aka im broke) and have an old car that seems to never stop having problems. Not only have they continuously provided fast, honest and extremely reliable service. But they ALWAYS work with me in pricing, i mean they literally have given me the shirt off their back everytime. At this point, regardless of what happens to my car, what work i need done i will ONLY come to this location. Truely incredible. Honestly can not thank them enough, or recommend them enough!

I was just here a few weeks ago getting my car serviced to find out the original issue I came in for, persisted. I walked in today to notice what seemed like a COMPLETE shift in customer service and awareness, attention to detail and determination for me to leave satisfied. Jamesha, Wilfordo & Eric were outstanding from beginning to end. Kept me updated with the process, any wait times on orders that needed to be made, communication on completion and just made the whole experience a pleasure! Bravo Mavis Team!

I was robbed and had my tires slashed. The first Mavis I went to couldn t help me so something told me to call the one I went to previously. Jamisha and John spent the whole day helping me get my car fixed through my insurance. After spending 3 days sleeping in my car because of this I was so relieved they were able to help me. DO NOT go here unless you are looking to be taken advantage of. Went in to get a set of new tires for my Buick Enclave before a road trip with family. 3 tires were all the same but 1 different brand, size, road rating tires EVERYTHING not only was that a major inconvenience but I saw I was charged another $400 for sensors they did not need or have to be replaced etc. After speaking with management they did get my tire situation resolved and was told about a refund, it has now been 2 months and have not even heard back or given my money back. Will be letting everyone I know about how this Mavis location runs.

Among the most professional and gracious folks I know. Tire was busted and I needed help after a long day teaching and being turned away from a place saying they couldn t fix it. These guys went above and beyond and I m glad for them.

Great service! Staff was amazing, very kind and knowledgeable. Was able to get my tire fixed quickly on a Sunday afternoon. Also appreciate their honesty and the fact they were able to patch my tire up vs charging me for a new one. Highly recommended!

This place is awesome!!! Very legit, upfront and clear about the process and what needs to be done to your vehicle, whether immediately or not, etc.They don t lie about giving good deals either, especially if you have a lot that needs to be done. If you treat them kindly and with respect, they ll do the same for you.I was planning on taking my truck somewhere else that I ve been in the past since it will need new brakes pads and tires soon, but after coming here, I know I can t take it anywhere else.And they re dog-friendly, which is a plus
