I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Mavis Tire Company! From the moment I stepped in, their dedication to customer service was evident. Initially, I brought in my Tesla, suspecting I needed new brakes. However, upon inspection, the technician informed me that my brakes were in good condition and didn't require replacement. Their honesty and integrity were truly commendable, as they saved me from unnecessary expenses.Moreover, during the inspection, it was discovered that my tires were indeed in need of replacement. The technician provided thorough explanations and expert recommendations, ensuring I got the perfect set of tires for my vehicle.Throughout the entire process, the facility remained spotless, reflecting their commitment to excellence. The employees were not only kind and courteous but also incredibly knowledgeable, addressing all my concerns with patience and professionalism.Furthermore, their efficiency was remarkable. They completed the tire installation swiftly, allowing me to get back on the road safely in no time.In summary, I can't recommend Avis Tire Company highly enough. Their honesty, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction set them apart from the rest. I'll undoubtedly be returning for all my future automotive needs. I went to Mavis for break pads and rotors as soon as they opened this past Sunday 3-3-24 and service was excellent. I was helped by Aaron, he was awesome. He answered any questions and/or concerns that I had during my visit .Very helpful. The whole team is great!!! They got me in and out quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The new team at this location has exceeded expectations with communication and service. They were able to replace my wheel within an hour of coming to the store and were transparent about the process and time it would take to complete the service. They offer great prices and handled my situation with great customer service and integrity.

Stopped in to use the air machine and was Invited by jen, The manager, To have one of her mechanics put air in my tires. I did not know this location was open on Sundays.So that was good news to me. And the customer service that I received was excellent!Thank you, Jen.

Jen provided amazing service this morning. I had to stop to check my tires and had very limited time to work with. Jen made sure to not only ensure my tires did not have any issues, but also did so in a timely manner. She also provided helpful tips regarding tire care and offered a great deal for windshield wipers. I was very satisfied with the level of customer service they provided.

Great service! My Tesla Model Y recently got a flat tire. Tesla and Costco both couldn t fix it but asked me to replace it with new tire because the tire has silencing foam in it. I came to Mavis and Daniel was kind to check if it was repairable. He was able to confirm it was reparable and surely he did the repair. It s now over one week and the tire works perfectly.Great job! I highly recommend this Mavis shop.

Stopped by the other day at closing and the guys were accomodating with giving me some air in my tire. They noticed my tire treads were just about gone on the tire that needed air which I hadn't realized as I haven't looked at it. They [Mike, Trey and Ray] answered some questions about tires and I told them I'd be in this weekend. They were all very pleasant and took time to answer even though they were closing.

I had tire and brakes job done last week at this location and Jennifer took care of me really well. I got a great deal on tire and brakes jobs. The mechanic are great and they are very detail oriented. I definitely recommend Mavis tire..

This place is so awesome! The customer service is outstanding! Jennifer, Daniel and Nyah are very outstanding! They had patience and listened to my every car need. I would recommend Mavis on States Bride Road to anyone anytime!

Husband brought his Audi Q7 to get his tire patched. According to the workers they tried 3 different patches and couldn't fix it. This was the start of our problems.For whatever reason someone took the key cover off my husband's key fob saying he had to in order to start the car??? It's a PUSH BUTTON. Step on the brake, press the ignition button.The guy up front kept saying "we didn't touch it." Turns out the tech put it in the door pocket.Then no one thought to grab the lug nut covers so someone had to track those down. Luckily those were found.Lastly, one of the workers broke the tray that goes over the spare tire in the trunk. The guy up front said "we never touched it." YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT OFF TO GET TO THE SPARE TIRE!!!! We've NEVER put a spare on the car in the 4 years of ownership so it was not us.No one is taking ownership over who broke it. We will be filing a complaint with corporate to get this replaced.Will not go back to this place.

The crew at this location is great. Was greeted as soon as I walked in and they got my Jeep in straight away for my appointment. They had the tires I wanted, ready and waiting. Changed all 4 tires, and replaced my leaking spare with the best of the old tires. Replaced all my failed TPMS sensors, so no more false warning lights on my dash. They also did the alignment and a brake check. It took about 2-1/2 hours but the waiting area is clean and comfortable and the time flew by. Definitely recommend the location at 11136 State Bridge for anyone needing Mavis services.

This location has an amazing new management team. They gave me a great deal on my brakes! They also went over my manufacturer suggested maintenance based on my mileage. They included a free safety inspection and wereCompletely honest with me. I have nothing more needed at this time but because of their honesty I went ahead and scheduled the flushes and inspections recommended by the manufacturer.

Highly recommend for your car service in Johns Creek . Exceptional customer service . They explained clearly what my car needed , and were honest . Did not try to upsell me services that were not needed at all . They have earned a repeat customer !

Decided the get the oil changed on my Jaguar F Type totay, 12/22/23 believing I didn't need to pay dealer pricing for common services like these. Daniel at the States Bridge store hooked me up and when I picked up my car I was given a $361 bill for 6.78 quarts of oil, 2 air filters, 1 oil filter and the labor. I expect the labor might be a bit higher but they marked the parts up 200%. Shame on me for being too easy going and not getting a quote ahead of time. Won't make that mistake again. But $100 for an oil filter that Advance charges $25 for? $75 for air filters that Advances sells for $25 each? $104 for 6 quarts of oil that I could have bought at Advance for $25? And he told me he was giving me a break by discounting the air filter. I think I will find another service center the next time.

After hours and closing . Alexis was great and helped with my low tire pressure indicator. Tires were low in the pouring rain, but he still helped to get them filled. Above and beyond great service , with a helpful and can do attitude! Nice to see and experience this type of service on Arnold Mill Road in Alpharetta

Saturday afternoon, I was on my way home and warning light lit saying low tire pressure. There was nail stuck right in middle of one of my tire. i took it to local Mavis shop without appointment and Jen helped me even though they were busy and about to close. Jen was concerned and was able to squeeze me in to patch up my tire. I definitely recommend this place and Jen!

I pulled up to use the free air tool on my way to drop my child off at daycare before work and a very nice lady came out front and offered to help me inflate my tires because of the cold and having a baby in the car with me! This was a huge help to my morning! She had me pull around to the bay and Trey helped air up my tires and ensured they were all in good condition! Thank you, Trey!

The staff at this location is always friendly and most importantly transparent regarding services needed. In addition the service is exceptional and quick. Mavis on State Bridge is my go to for all of my tire and vehicle maintenance needs!

Great place! My tires pressure was low and I had no idea how to take care of it. I know, a simple task, but too much for me. I pulled up this Mavis location in Alpharetta and Tony helped me out, at no cost! I ll definitely be back when time will come to get new tires. Great customer service. Thank you Tony!

We stopped by this Mavis location to check the tire pressure of our car. We attempted to use the self service free tire pressure gauge out front of the shop. The manager asked if she could check the tire pressure using the more accurate gauge inside the service bay. Exceptional service and thanks for taking good care of me and my Firestone tires!!
