I have been using the service department for 5+ years. The quantity of parts and work has been good, customer service has been lacking. This past visit was excellent. I hope they continue on valuing our time as equally as we value their expertise. Best automobile service experience I have had in years. Whatever the company has done in the past years, don t stop. The entire team at Land Rover was amazing this past weekend - especially Brandon in the service department!! Brandon was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me all the details regarding my Land Rover to help me make the right decisions regarding its care. He never acted like he was in a hurry, and took the time to make sure that I understood all the details. Having great customer service is incredibly important and I feel like Brandon and the rest of the staff exhibit adjust that. They are the best!!! I'm actually not surprised that you cannot find a record for my recent service as every time, twice so far, I make and confirm an appointment it mysteriously disappears from your records even though I receive reminder text messages about my upcoming appointment. Also, on February 9th when I came in to drop my vehicle off for repair I requested to speak w/ your service Manager Eldric Brown and waited 20 minutes to speak with him but he never came out to speak with me nor provided me a follow up call so I left.

Service Tech Kelsey was awesome !! She understood my needs and kept me informed with frequent status updates. Work was completed quickly and completely !! The entire experience was wonderful....that's why I drive 125 miles one way to have my service done here!!

Land Rover Alpharetta has an amazing staff! From the moment I arrived for my service I was greeted by a super nice man and he took me to my service advisor Brandon. Brandon is probably one of the best advisors I have ever had. He keeps me advised on car status and eases my concerns with keeping me informed. I just want to also say the lady working the desk in the lobby is definitely a pleasure!

My service representative, Jermaine, did an outstanding job to provide me great service. He listened to the issues I was having with my range rover and quickly developed a corrective action plan. Great customer service.

My truck was towed in because my rear lights would not go off. This caused my battery to die. The service advisor asked me if I had an emissions done recently and I told him yes,. The emissions was done the day prior. He said they have had a lot of Range Rovers coming in with the same issue and they would need to reset the electrical system. I received a call that evening and was told the battery was dead and ot won t hold a charge. I said the rear taillights staying on caused the battery to die. I spoke with the service manager and he said, the taillight came on because the battery was dying. I have never heard that before. They also found an oil leak that was covered by the warranty. They charged me $265.00 for a service fee that should have been covered by the work that was done on the oil leak. I also informed him that I was a Veteran. He never gave me the discount that was posted on the website. They also lost my key that goes inside the key fob. It has been 3 days and I still have not heard anything about it. I will take my business elsewhere next time. Dealerships are a rip-off.

Hennessy Land Rover recently did a great see job on LR4. I live on the South Georgia Coast. I brought my LR4 in for repair but it was a week before my scheduled appointment. They worked me in the same day. Made all repairs by next day. Service advisor was courteous and knowledgeable. He kept me informed on all necessary repairs. It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Hennessy Land Rover service.

My second key had finally arrived so I had a scheduled appointment and decided to get my tires rotated as well. The check in process and waiting area were great; however, when my brand new car (6,000 miles) was returned to me the back door handle was missing. They were kind to wash my car but should have never been returned to me in that condition. My service assistant handled my shock and frustration well. He did locate the piece and reinstall it so I left with a complete car. Just an unexpected, disappointing first experience with the service department.

Second purchase with this dealership and couldn t be happier! They go above and beyond and don t play games like most dealerships. I ve bought plenty of cars, new/used/certified and I know how it works and I d much rather be treated the way Land Rover treats every customer vs some places who feel they can take advantage.

I would rate this dealer below 0 if I could. The worst customer service and manager I have ever encountered in the last 11 years I owned Range Rovers. In addition, They kept my car for over 2 weeks to conduct basic inspection without offering any loaner vehicle to keep up with my daily commute especially that I just moved to GA. The customer rep Dwayne was very unhelpful and unprofessional and I also think they have an issue with management because I tried to escalate my issue a few times and I was told service director would call me, but he never did.Overall, I would highly recommend staying away from dealer to avoid unnecessary stress, and headaches.

As usually Pete was great to work with. He explained what services I needed and made recommendations. He also ensured I was able to use a coupon that I located on line. The service department provides an excellent customer experience. They go out of their way to take care of any requests or needs like getting transportation when you drop off your car. They do quality work although it comes at a price. I was very happy with the maintenance and inspections performed. My only issue was the detailing left scratches on the rear lift gate which had to be buffed out.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Marlee was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. She salvaged your rating! Before her- my service mgr didn t even know I d bought a 60 month extended warranty and quoted me $$$$ for covered repairs, then charged me more than my deductible, didn t answer my questions about oil/service intervals, didn t get the parts i asked about (windshield that s been on order for 9 months and cup holder), said he applied a discount promo (and didn t), QUIT his job after leaving me the bill, and after $1600 for 80,000 Mile maintenance, returned the car filthy dirty inside and out with black grime hand prints all over the back hatch. It took Marlee 3 hours (while i waited) but she called the extended maintenance company on my coverage, spoke with management on the charges, had a new service mgr address my questions about oil and service levels, and sent the car back for cleaning before I drove home. Dwaylon was an awesome Service Advisor at Hennessy Jaguar Land Rover North Atlanta. He explained the cost and inspection findings on the vehicle that I may need to change. The drive is a bit far, bit I prefer going to this location.

Much better then land rover in Buckhead, at birth Atlanta they kept me informed and did a good job, still should not take 10 days for simple warranty items though
