We loved coming here! The oil change and car wash was excellent. Best part though was meeting Andrea who works in the front office! She took such good care of us and gave us great recommendations which we appreciate since we are new to GA. We will be coming here from now on for our car washes and oil changes!!

Quick and efficient. Not to mention the free car wash with the oil change is awesome. It wasn't just running my truck through the automated washer, they hand cleaned in and out also. Well worth the money!

I ve had my car for 9 years and have taken it for oil changes every time plus have purchased oil and filter myself when a friend did the oil change for me. It does NOT have a specialty filter. I felt taken advantage of and wonder how many people they tell that their vehicle requires a speciality filter when they do not. And like me, they pay because it s $5 extra, which isn t much and not worth arguing about, but that s their game. I feel like this a scam. I had high hopes because of previous reviews but was very disappointed and won t be returning.

Great staff at this location! I take both of our cars to them every 7500 miles:)! Fast, fair and friendly. Use the Groupon and get a Platinum wash to go with the oil change!

Alex, the manager at Jiffy Lube is very professional and observant of your car s needs. I have been to other places and can get my car serviced .but Alex goes above and beyond! He is a definite plus at that location!

Everyone was so pleasant! I had My newborn with me so I was Hoping we wouldn t be there too long since it was so busy but everyone worked together and got us out in good timing. Everyone was friendly and professional and I will Be back!

The team and the service were outstanding... very friendly people, and probably the most thorough post-oil-change car wash I've ever received! My only "knock" is your affiliation/bait-n-switch with Groupon! The Groupon "deal" I bought in advance turned out to be exactly the same price as the posted price in your store! Ok, so not really a deal, just a minor waste of my time... I'll live. However, at the store, I had to pay EXTRA for a 6th quart of oil for my vehicle (apparently the Groupon only allows up to 5 quarts??) and had to pay even MORE for the oil filter... what oil change anywhere doesn't INCLUDE the oil filter?! I'm sure all of that was somewhere in the "fine print" of the Groupon ad... lesson learned for me... but it will now make me think twice about using JL again, despite the great service. My "extras" cost me an additional $30 I wasn't expecting after having already paid for my Groupon "deal". That's messed up!

My son s car was serviced twice for an oil change and twice they did not correctly replace the undercover. Twice Alex and his gang watched as my son drove off with the bottom of his car dragging underneath. The second time this happened, he came home and only drove it a couple of miles because we live close and the next morning we didn t notice the problem until we were already on the interstate. My son politely called, explained the problem and this was the second time. From that point on, over a dozen phone calls and several visits dealing with Alex occurred. I myself heard Alex retort nastily What s wrong, you don t trust me? You think I didn t order it and no man, you re not getting a receipt! when my son asked for a receipt for the part because at that time it was 3 weeks since Alex had allegedly ordered it. Alex also refused to provide a tracking number. It took from 9/23/23 to 10/17/23 before he finally got the part. Alex never once called to give an update or offer a tracking number. He did call when the part came in but when my son picked it up and asked again, politely, non confrontational for a receipt, Alex and two other employees stood up and Alex again refused, saying No and it had his personal information on there. I strongly suggest no one give these people your business.Alex could have been a professional but now they have lost my sons business, mine and my other son who all have had our oil changed there for years.

This is got to be the best oil change place in the whole us! They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes, and promised me a rain check to bring my truck back to get it cleaned inside and out! The young lady and gentleman in the shop were very courteous and informative. They told me about my tires and the sensor that was going off, and also that my car was in pretty good shape for as old as it is. I got a discount through Groupon but it felt like I paid for a full Service Plus some! Thank you so much for getting me back safely on the road !! Best Service Ever!!!Service: Oil change

Let me start by saying this, there are no less than 10 shops near me where I could get an oil change yet none would have given the level of service I received here. I found a Groupon for this location and made the drive from Brookhaven. I was not at all disappointed! The technician was helpful and friendly. The lobby was clean and inviting. The car wash staff next door were generous and detailed. After days of making calls and appointments trying to find a reputable shop for my oil change, I am so glad I landed on this one. If you're struggling to decide where to get your oil change, I highly recommend you take your car here. I certainly will be from now on!

My car would not start when trying to leave the car wash, but the employees quickly went into action trying to diagnose it. Once they charged the battery, an employee from the Jiffy Lube came iver to help install a new one. Once he finished, he opened the door and said "Your chariot awaits!" Quick and easy! Once my car starts getting dirty, it reminds me to check when my last oil change was because a car wash is free with an oil change. I've not had any issues, and the staff is always friendly.

I have had two very poor experiences at this location and that is enough for me to never give them by business again. Firs bad experience was after I had gotten an oil change on my wife s vehicle. The oil change seemed fine without issues but after her next oil change was do I decided to do it myself. I was unable to loosen the drain plug with a 2 foot breaker bar the staff there severely over tightened the drain plug on her aluminum oil pan. When I took it back for them to loosen the plug the manager had the nerve to tell me that it wasn t overtightened. Fast forward to just this morning my oil is due on my work vehicle so I decided to give them another chance because of close proximity. I got there right at their listed open time 8 AM I was told by the lady who runs the car wash that the jiffy lube will not be open because the manager did not show up for work. I asked about a corporate number and had a gentleman from the oil side come to my vehicle and mention that the business was a franchise with no real apology. Please don t waste your time with this poorly managed establishment for yourself and your vehicles sake.Service: Oil change

The best ever. Such a competent and helpful team, high quality service and all the best.Just $45 and I can get a car wash inside and outside, oil change, consultation, nice indoor waiting room and outdoor patio for customers. Looks like I'll be there each time I need any help with my car.

I will not recommend car cleaning services extremely disappointing.I used a Groupon deal, which was for conventional oil change and platinum interior and exterior car wash.I paid $8 extra for washing my rubber mates.There was anything but platinum about car wash and cleaning. I know it was not detailing. But even the vacuum was not done properly. The mates i paid extra were not even washed.The person charging me asked me if i wanted to pay tip even before I could inspect my van. After I pointed to the unwashed mates and not proper vacuum, they didn't even offer to redo it.

I went there for an oil change and a tire rotation and the crew was phenomenal when it came to taking care of my vehicle. I would like to give a hug shoutout to the 1060 crew. Got an oil change and some other maintenance done on a Saturday morning. I was impressed with the number of staff present and as a result, I didn't wait long at all. Customer service is over the top amazing, and I can't rave more about how excellent the team is. Easily the best Jiffy Lube I have ever been to. Very professional and clean. The oil changes come with a nice car wash. They have good seating both inside and outside. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Loved their service. Pretty much every single one of their staff members from car washing and cleaning to the technical aspects of car servicing were professional through and through. Got my oil changed and got my car washed and cleaned which I've been meaning to get done for a while. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back there for my next oil change, provided I can get the same discount I managed to get today.
