This was my first visit. You had a sign out front for a sale on oil change.My oil change was quick; everything was easy.Rodney was friendly and professional. He went above and beyond providing excellent customer service. He informed me of an oil leak. I had been having issues. Because he cared enough to mention it, I was better informed and able to get it taken care of. He was also friendly and profession.Highly impressed. Thanks! Shari

ZERO STARS! AVOID AT ALL COST! Such a scam! I went just to get my emissions tested and employee told me that I needed new breaks. She came to this conclusion simply by feeling them without removal of tires. I was told it is too dangerous to be driving on the road.I then went to get a second opinion from express oil, which was amazing and they told me my brakes were brand new. I recently had my breaks replaced and a full tune up. Will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

I m sure their work is fine, but corporate-pricing makes them significantly higher than you can get at other nearby oil change places, for the exact same oil/filters.

Brutal experience with my fleet vehicle. They couldn t figure out how to operate their own system to enter the vehicle information. To their credit, they consistently called their manager on their day off to ask for help trying to solve it. But it ended up taking almost 2.5 hours for a simple oil change (when I was the only customer there).Service: Oil change

Excellent customer service! I stopped by for an oil change which was completed efficiently by skilled mechanics. Ashley was very knowledgeable, she helped to fix my truck s over heating problem and offered solutions on how to improve my brake system which had been performing questionably. I will be going here for oil changes from now on!

I don t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get ripped out your money. Imran was extremely nice but not enough to tell me since I have an oil leak don t get my oil just yet. I paid $85 for an oil change what a waste of money. My mechanic informed me all that oil had to be replaced to fix the leak. Be honest with your customers stop being greedy for money customers come back if you are honest and help them. I got the brake fluid changed also so I was getting something done. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but my experience today was pretty infuriating. I've been going here for a few years just for basic oil changes and I'm not sure why I keep returning. After today, I definitely won't be returning.The guy who greeted me seemed very friendly at first. I told him I just needed an oil change and he already started trying to upsell me on a tire rotation. Apparently my car was too heavy for their lift so that wasn't an option anyway.After waiting about 20 minutes in the waiting room, he came in and asked what type of oil I wanted. I said whatever I got last time which he told me was synthetic. They have their prices posted in the waiting room for each type of oil - the synthetic being over $100. I told him I have never in my life paid over $100 for an oil change so I find it hard to believe that that's what I got last time. I usually pay around $55 which is the price of conventional. He looked pretty annoyed that I wasn't falling for the upcharge. When I got home, I checked my old receipt and it says conventional, as I knew it would. This means that he lied directly to my face.He then proceeded to show me everything that was wrong with my car that apparently needed to be replaced or changed IMMEDIATELY. I declined repeatedly stating that my husband would take care of it, I just need the oil change today. He still seemed pretty annoyed at this.By the time I left I had been waiting for nearly an hour for a simple job that should've taken 15-20 minutes. I was also the only person there.It's fascinating to me that when my husband is with me, we are not hassled and told that we need to spend a ton of money on pressing issues that need to be taken care of immediately. But if I'm by myself, this is usually how my experience goes.I understand that it is likely not the technician's fault, but rather what they are told to do by management to increase sales. This is very poor business practice and unfortunately is my experience nearly every time I go here. After being directly lied to today, I absolutely will not be returning.Service: Oil change

How unprofessional do you need to be to try to put dry tires on rims with no lube or anything and balance them with old weights still on wheels, and they didnt put rotation on tires right direction I literally had to tell them things they doing wrong. They got the job done but 2 hours for 4 people to change 4 tires is a lot of time. They scratch my wheel (ding it to be more clear)This place SUCKS!!! Just be aware.

"I recently had a very unpleasant experience when I went to my local Jiffy Lube for an oil change. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that something was off. The manager was yelling at employees, and the atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable.Despite being the only car at the shop, it took well over an hour to complete a simple oil change. During this time, the employees tried to upsell me on a more expensive oil change, which I declined. I understand that upselling is a common practice in the automotive industry, but the way it was done at this Jiffy Lube was pushy and aggressive.As I waited for my car to be serviced, I couldn't help but notice how unhappy the employees looked. It was clear that they were being treated poorly by the manager, who seemed to have little regard for their well-being. This made me feel uneasy and I started to regret my decision to go to this particular Jiffy Lube.When my car was finally ready, I was relieved to leave the shop and get on with my day. However, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I have decided that I will not be using this Jiffy Lube location again. In fact, I believe that it's only a matter of time before this location shuts down due to the poor service and unpleasant atmosphere.Looking back, I should have paid more attention to the reviews before visiting this Jiffy Lube. Many of the reviews mentioned similar issues with the manager and poor customer service. I regret not doing my research beforehand, but I hope that my experience can serve as a warning to others who may be considering this Jiffy Lube location."Service: Oil change

I had wonderful experience with Ashley the manager and her teamShe is very knowledgeable. I actually went there for oil change but they noticed that my break fuild was very old and needs to be changed. I went to jiffy lube today to change my brake pads and rotor, they kept my car for 3 hours changed only the brake pads, they said rotor is find but it is making such a bad noise now, it looks like they really mishandled my car, they didn t know how to change the rotor and they somehow tried to cover it, I need to get it fixed as I am afraid of driving it with such loud noise like metal banging on metal. How disappointing!

Jiffy Lube fan for years, but won t come back to this location. Went in for oil change end of September. I overheard technician complaining about the undercarriage splash guard. Got home and found the splash guard not put back correctly - several missing bolts and half of it not even secured to the vehicle. I went ahead and secured it back on myself with extra bolts and fasteners I had on hand. Few weeks later, car starts dripping oil on my driveway. Took it in to aaa and oil filter was not replaced correctly. Had to refill my car with nearly 2 quarts of oil and now deal with oil all over my drivewayService: Oil change

I showed up during my work lunch hour and the auto service technician working there greeted me immediately before I even got out of my car. I asked how quickly he could do an oil change and he moved my vehicle immediately into a service bay and another service tech started the oil change. I was offered a menu of oil change options and chose the affordable, conventional oil change. I was politely escorted to a nice waiting room with coffee /TV. I will be coming back for oil changes. The entire service team was friendly, fast and provided great customer service. In a word, easy!
