I took my F-Type in for its annual maintenance. Pete Alvarez provided excellent customer service from checkin to checkout. There were no issues this year, just routine service. Last year he and the service team did an outstanding job of analysis and finding the fix for a very illusive rumble type vibration. They attempted several solutions and numerous test drives until they found the cause. It was a loose Cellphone antenna connection in the roof. Great Detective work and kudos for not giving up!Also the new service plaza is a great improvement to the dealership.

Been going to them for 7 years now and very happy with the personalized service I have received. It's a no stress environment and they go above and beyond to take care of me and the car. On a more personal note Pete the coordinator has been looking after me over the years and is always up for a conversation and listens to my asks and requests. Amazing.

Service advisor Jermaine, made our experience exceptional! He explained everything provided a loaner and the work was accomplished in the time estimated. The other service staff members were friendly as well. Kudos to Jaguar and entire staff!

I went for my yearly service and advise that my maps are no longer available for my car. They pushed me to a website to have my maps updated. The reason I bought the car was because of the directions on my windshield. They did not assist or help to have info uploaded and I still have not been able to get the car updated. This should have been handled by Jaguar as part of their service.

I had a problem with my Back Up camera it was a elusive problem with a default in the wiring that caused the camera to go in and out on its own after being told by a service manager that it was a camera module that had to be replaced and it still might not last at a 3000.00 price tag, initially I contacted JLR North America. And a Executive Representative got back to me and after performing a couple of checks that was required of me to show what was happening they got a technician assigned my vehicle and had it diagnosed repaired my vehicle for me.Service: Electrical repair

I had my 64000 mi tune up. A lot of items were additional charge. Also finding the drop off area was difficult. The service valets were not visible from parking area. Customer parking spaces weren t an option for service appts. My service advisor was excellent and the service dept did a great job on my car. It is running much better.

I have had nothing but excellent service with Pete at JLR North Atlanta. It's easy to make an appointment and my car is always ready on time. Everyone is friendly and Pete goes above and beyond for his customers!

They were unprofessional and dishonest in my opinion. First I booked an 8 am time. My wife and I got up early to accommodate. Once there, I was told they couldn t look at the car until 1 pm. Then they attempted to sell me the 80,000 mile inspection for $775 dollars which was essentially an oil change which I just had done, and my car has only 41,000 miles.Then they quoted me for brakes on the rear axel and I must have misheard them as the bill was larger. My mistake but once they took my car apart they determined they didn t have the parts though that was a misrepresentation in my opinion as my brake light was illuminated and said I needed brake pads. Hence, they could have and should have looked to see they had the inventory before taking the car apart. Of course they then told me it would take two days to get me my car back. Three days total.They figured I was Very upset and somehow got parts in on day 2 so it wasn t as bad as it could have been but less bad is not good.Next visit will be less convenient but at the other local jag dealer.Not what I d expect from Jaguar.Service: Auto brake replacement

Brought it vehicle to diagnose leak in coolant system. Appointment was for 7:30am. Left vehicle at shop. Finally text to get update at 4:00pm and the service rep said they hadn t look at it yet, it may be tomorrow morning. When I went back to the shop at 4:30 to get my vehicle the service rep said they had run a pressure test and couldn t find any leak. They then ran the car through the car wash which basically cleaned the front of the car and gave it back to me.Services: Auto water leak repair, Auto maintenance

I had an 11am appointment for an oil change and told them I was going to wait there. After waiting for over an hour, I went to check how things were going only to see they hadn t even brought my car back to the service garage. I was told they would move it back there now, but would be well over another hour wait before they could get it done. I didn t have 3-4 hours to sit for an oil change so I left. Complete waste of time. Save your time and money and go to a quick service oil change and avoid this place at all costs!

Please read before choosing to leave your car here. I have a Jaguar XF and I alwats service it at the Henessy Jaguar Buckhead location and never had any issues. Since we moved to Roswell, I wanted to try this location and gave my car for annual service. They suggested changing brake pads and I did that. Piad close to 3000$ just to change the brake pads and service. They also made a multi point inspection and other services. When I got the car back, the car started limping when I try to start and the whole system was getting reset every time the car starts. And random dashboard lights started appearing and would go off. So I messaged them that this is happening and no reaponse for a week. And then they said ok bring the car back, we will look into it. When I got it back to them, they said they need another 250$ just to look into it. I asked them but this is happening right after the service. I never had this issue before. But they were really adamant on getting the 250$ and said we wont touch the car until you pay this amount. Really really disappointed with the way Curtis spoke and was never ready to even accept that this could be a something that happened during the service. If you want to screw up your good running car and pay a lot of money for it, then choose this location !Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake replacement

I want to start by saying that I never leave reviews but I couldn t wait to leave this review. I scheduled my oil change and was greeted by Pete upon my arrival. Pete reviewed my car history with me and was very thorough in explaining what the technician would check when they changed my oil. Pete walked me through the dealership and made me feel at home. My service was performed quickly and Pete reviewed everything with me and walked me out to my car. The exceptional service that Pete provided during my time at the dealership was by far the best I have ever received. I am not only excited that I found a dealership that treats me like a customer but that amazing folks like Pete are still around.Service: Oil change

Went for a low battery message on my dashboard. They are very attentive and I went around 7:30am. The Lobby was clean and nice. They broke down the cost of everything before working on my vehicle. What I like the most is they didn't force me into more repairs or pressure me and also took me in a as personal customer. This was my first time going. They also wash the car and test drove it and check out other parts with breakdown of cost when I come in next time. They printed me out sheets to take home as well and had realistic recommendations what needs to be fixed or repaired. Overall they take care of you.Service: Battery

Iv called 4 times to try and schedule service for my XFR. Oil and transmission fluid change, drive belts, AC and can never get through to a person but sales of COURSE!! I have decided this is not the place for me.

My service advisor, Pete Alvarez is always cordial, accommodating, and knowledgeable. In addition, if he is unavailable when I call, he always returns my calls expeditiously and treats me like family. I recently purchased a new car from here and David Evans was the salesperson. He was personable, patient, and knowledgeable. In addition, he took extra time to demonstrate all the new features and amenities of the car. He also brought several vehicle choices to my home because I was uncomfortable with coming to the dealership during the pandemic, Pete and David and phenomenal and should be applauded for going the extra mile.Service: General repairs & maintenance

RECONSIDER PURCHASING ANY JLR PRODUCT. This review is not a representation of my service advisor Curtis who was fantastic. Since purchasing a "certified pre-owned" Jaguar F-Type R the vehicle has been in and out of the shop 7 times with MAJOR mechanical failures (ENTIRE Engine replacement, catalytic convertor, O2 sensors, several lines, too many issues to list) just about every issue imaginable has happened. These issues occurred within a year, and with less than 10,000k miles driven. $70,000k in repairs later and my check engine light came on again after picking up from the dealer a week ago and driving less than 100 miles, out of the 10-15 times a may start my vehicle monthly (I work from home) I can count on the vehicle either not starting or seeing the yellow illuminated check engine like 50-60% of the time. The dealer/retailers solution a few weeks ago to an issue that could not be fixed was to "trade it in to them before the CPO warranty runs out", essentially sell JLR the vehicle to pass on to the next unknowing consumer. I am writing this to help the next consumer thinking they are getting a deal on a used CPO JLR product, my experience has been awful to say the least. If JLR cannot fix the issue at hand, their final solution is to return to the customer if the issue at hand does not affect drivability (my issue was drivetrain and paddle shifters) which apparently doesn't affect drivability (yeah right). JLR Corporate has been even worse, if $70,000k in repairs in less than a year and less than 10,000k miles driven doesn't warrant a buyback or repurchase I don't know what does. I would not recommend Hennessey or JLR. Had an excellent experience from check-in to check-out. Nice, clean and comfortable facilities with TV, snacks and drinks. Kept informed of status. Minimal contact....can pay bill online while there. The car is working well. However I was not pleased with the service I received. The car was kept at an unusual long time and I was not informed as to the progress being made. In fact I don t believe the car was touched for five or six days after being brought in on appointment date. As a customer for more than 17 years I really expected better treatment. Had to leave town, needed four new tires for my Jaguar F Type R AWD . Call all the Jag dealers, all booked solid, totally unsympathetic called North Atlanta location and had the good fortune of getting Jermaine as my service advisor!! North Atlanta was booked solid as well, but after explaining my circumstances, he gave me three times he could work me in, I chose the earliest, only to discover my battery was dead and ALL my neighbors were sleep and I was without jumper cables . Two hours later I managed to get car powered up, and Jermaine insisted I still come out . They worked my car in, resolved my battery issue and did it ALL without taking up my day as I was on call ! Can t say enough good about Jermaine , his professionalism, empathy and determination to facilitate my needs in that crisis. While it s a distance for me, this type of service is worth the drive in my estimation. I will be bringing my wife s RangeRover here for service as well! Excellent service, fast and accommodating! Ask for Jermaine but my impression was the entire staff is on point from the first phone call!5 STARS!!!!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Battery

I took the car to the service because air conditioning in my Jaguar is not blowing cold air. They said they checked everything and couldn t find any issues with it. However when I took the car back and started driving I noticed the air conditioner is still not blowing cold air and it getting worse as I drive more. I scheduled another appointment for the same problem. I m disappointed that they didn t even acknowledge the issue and gave my car back telling me everything is fine.
