Best repair shop I ve ever worked with! I have brought two cars to them over 8 years and they fix things properly the first time, quickly and at a fair price - and deal with the warranty company so I don t have to. They have also been very responsive, communicative and willing to explain what was needed - as well as what to look out for in the months ahead. Highly recommend!

Great service. Reliable and trustworthy! I would never search for another mechanic to work on my Audi. Now I ve purchased a BMW and will certainly take my vehicle to them as well. These guys fought tooth and nail for me and the warranty I had on my recently purchased Audi vehicle! I really am happy I came here! I checked the area around this shop and found this location prices and services to be better than the competitors. My light on Audi kept coming back on I took it back and they treated me with priority each time. That spoke tremendous volumes to me. They got the light off and I haven t had issues since. The work was done in a reasonable time. My expectations are highly respectful of them here. It s rare leaving an auto shop where you actually feel they had the best interest of you and your car at heart, versus trying to create the most profitable in-bay experience. I would absolutely recommend Import Auto Repair and Stephen in particular who was great to work with.

Import Auto Repair were professional, responsive, efficient. They saw my car quickly, identified the problem, and coordinating with my warranty. They had parts delivered immediately and completed a complicated suspension repair on my Porsche in just a few days. I highly recommend them!

I won't be coming back after being a customer at this location for several years. They did lousy work on my car (according to two different mechanics at two unaffiliated shops). When I came back to have it serviced under the warranty for some of the parts, the desk service clerks were incredibly rude and not helpful. I had them price out several jobs that would have been some nice business for them, but the way they treated me about the warranty, I didn't feel comfortable giving them more of my business. Not even sure they actually completed the job- I'm having my new mechanic check it out. It's a shame because a lot of my family has used them in the past. My family member had a similar story and won't be going back either. It is unfortunate, because their prices are good, but you get what you pay for in this case. Avoid.

My 2014 MB; check engine light came on. After performing thorough compression tests and diagnostics, there were a few leaks, fuel filter, and a laundry lists of parts that needed to be replaced. I wasn't surprised due to age of car. Not catalytic converter thankfully. Estimate was fair and job completed in a timely manner. Car runs terrific and will post an update should that change in the next 10 days or so. My bill was 850.00 and I had a BMW loaner for a day.

I really appreciate the service that I receive from Import Auto. Always thorough, I get a complete list of photos and notes to address my concerns and also things I may not have known to keep an eye on. They keep my old Land Rover running smoothly.

What started as a simple fuel injector replacement turned into a whole new engine. Fortunately, Stephen and the team were so well-experienced with this defect that the warranty company approved the entire claim. Now I m driving a car with a new engine and will continue to look to Stephen for help future.

Import Auto did oil change and other inspections for My SUV Accura Rdx They did a good job. The schedule was booked manually but you can do it via internet also. Overall I was fully satisfied. Thanks Tamil

Great experience with Import Auto Repair. Stephen was very helpful but they were all very nice. They communicated well after diagnosis and before beginning work. Parts needed to be ordered but they did so promptly. The part even arrived early and they got right to work. I was able to pick my car up 2 days earlier than they originally projected. Stephen and his staff are amazing. I brought my 2017 Jaguar F Pace in and he was Honestly with repairs, Honestly in resolving the repairs. Highly recommend if you need your vehicle repaired. Oh!!! Great customer service as well.
