Very disappointed with this shop. I had problems with the key of my mini cooper. very poor communication, and service. They also needs to work on their customer service skills, very poor too. I m not sure if had anything to do with and young and Latino but very disappointed in all aspects.After 2 weeks of waiting and calling they just told me that they can't do anything and suggested to take it to the dealer. Good luck if you take your vehicle to this shop.

2017 X5 and 2003 540 DINAN. Give them a shot if you re looking for quick appointment times and great service. I can recall two times where they monitored and diagnosed an issue overnight (540 electrical and X5 air suspension), did not rush to repair anything, and didn t even charge me. When repairs were needed, prices were fair. In the end, their approach is always balanced and Emil, the co-owner treats you like family.

We've been bringing our Volvos to Emil and Vlad for decades and they find ways to keep each one running safely for hundreds of thousands of miles. Now they're giving me the same great service on our Nissan. These guys are problem solvers. They give me options and priorities. They understand that not all problems are mechanical and they have never failed to offer a practical solution.

Vlad and Emil have been taking good care of my BMW E46 for nearly seven years now. I drive the 20 miles to Holcomb Auto for every oil change, tune-up, brake job, and anything else my car needs. These guys _know_ German cars and are trustworthy. They've been in business 21 years and employ superior mechanics--just ordinary guys who truly know these cars inside and out. If there is something they can't do, they tell you.Everyone there is so friendly that I enjoy my stay every time. I actually look forward to seeing them. Seriously! Other customers always come in smiling and happy--and that's the best referral you can hope for. These are genuinely good people running an honest business.

Have you ever driven up to the dealership service department and received immediate service? I m talking about someone actually fixing a problem on the spot! That is the kind of service that Vladimir and Emil provide at Holcomb Auto. I am not a thirty year customer. I was a first time customer yesterday and this is the 5 star treatment I received. These guys are hometown heroes and also offer 5% discount on cash payments. Can not more highly recommend them. They have a customer for life in me!

Our favorite auto repair shop of all time. We are retired now to Saint Simons Island, GA (love the beach), Emil and Vladimir always took great care of our cars besides being terrific people. Wish they had a shop down here. These guys are great! They have been in business for 34 years... Honest and trustworthy. And they offer a 5% discount for cash (good for big repairs). I will definitely go back! Emil, I'll be recommending you both!

Great place to get your vehicle serviced!. Fair price and issues are resolved the first time. Awesome customer service. Highly recommended for BMW, Volvo, Toyota, Honda.

My second time to visit Emil and Vladimir for my Mini- first time engine problems this time hit a curb and broke the struts. Their honesty, transparency, workmanship and customer attention is second to none. Highly recommended.

I brought my Acura TSX to inspect an engine protection shield- it was hanging on one side. They did a temporary fix - for free! - and advised to order a part from Acura dealership. Even inspected my breaks while car was lifted up. Honest work ad no push for up sale! From now on it is my go to car service!

Thanks to the people who provided reviews, I starting taking our Volvo V70 to Holcomb Auto on 2965 Holcomb Bridge Rd two years ago for repairs. The service and quality of work there have always been excellent! Thank you very much!

These guys do a great job diagnosing the problem quickly. One time i was sure I had a particular problem, they looked at it and that there was no problem and explained why the symptoms a I reported were not a problem. I can t imagine life without these guys. Not only are they fair and trustworthy, but they coached me on how to get the BMW dealer to repair for free the excessive oil burning issue with my 650ix. I looooove these guys.

Blew a spark plug which stripped the cilinder head. They said it's to complicated to fix.
