Brought my truck in to do a simple tire fix on a leaky valve stem. They badly gouged the rim in the process. To his credit, Lane acknowledged that they messed up and would take care of replacing the damaged wheel, but then they completely ghosted me and would not respond to my requests for updates on when the wheel was coming in for replacement. After two months of no replies, I went by their shop and it looks to be closed down and vacant. Does anyone know where to reach them so the Sheriff can serve them papers?

Liberated 4 x 4 is a grass roots custom shop with a fun loving focus on custom builds on jeeps and pick ups... They are going to celebrate their anniversary pretty soon... What you will find is a group of individuals that love what they build and it shows

Got the Coolest steps for my '04 Jeep LJ! I got LIBERATED!!!! Set of Poison Spider, Ricochet Rockers, powder coated matte black! SWEET!Sales & Service at Liberated 4x4 is The Best!!!! They helped me find the steps that will function for getting in & out of the Jeep.... they look freaking awesome... and tough for rocker protection off road!I am super pleased with cost, service, labor & all support by the Liberated 4x4 Team! HL did amazing work and cared about the things that mattered to me. HL even located a leak in my PSC hydro assist and fixed that. The tightened up the negative battery cable that was discovered. Hands down the best off-road shop out there! I've got an absolute built 4.0 99 XJ and whenever I have an issue with it I absolutely refuse to bring it to anyone except Lane and his team. They actually talk to you from start to finish and explain everything to you, send you pictures throughout the process, and are always 100% honest with you. The level of care and personality that they provide is utterly unmatched by any other shop I've EVER been too. Not to mention, they're as knowledgeable as it gets, they can practically diagnose and fix ANYTHING!!!! Trust me, I've been to several shops throughout my "off-roading career" and HammerLane is the ONLY one I trust my rig with no matter how big or small the issue. I had my 99 TJ re geared, Super 35, Currie Antirock, tie rod, drag link and winch installed. I know it was a challenge with all the rust these guys had to deal with. Just getting out of the break in on the gears and am very happy with the work done. I get the impression that work does not leave this shop until fully tested and meets John's expectations. I am confident to recommend Liberated 4x4 to anyone.Thanks again and will be back.

Jon and the staff at Liberated 4x4 were great! Jon took the time to go over parts and made suggestions based on my feedback I gave him about how I would be using my Moab Jeep. He s been super nice and knowledgeable.I feel like I now have a good honest place to get some advice whenever I need it. I will be back for sure. Thank you Liberated 4 x 4!

I had a great experience with these guys tonight. It started last night when I stripped out one of the front body bolts trying to put on a set of rock sliders myself. I began to panic and found these guys on Google maps and was planning on leaving a message asking for a quote. It was around 7pm when I called and Jon answered the phone. I was a little surprised because it was well past closing time but Jon didn't hesitate to chat with me and get to understand my problem. He advised me that if I felt up to it, I might try to tap the hole with a larger thread diameter and put in a new bolt. He was clear it wasn't the perfect solution but it was worth a shot if I wanted to try and get it done cheap. I was grateful for the advise and the 30 minutes he spent on the phone with me. This morning I woke up with a plan and after finishing work I went to Glazes True Value Hardware (recommended by Jon) and picked up all the parts I needed. I got home and preceded to get myself into more trouble trying to do this myself. Panicked because now it's nearly 6pm and I need my Jeep in the morning. I called back and Jon picked up again. He asked how things went and I explained the situation. He then told me to go ahead and bring it in right now. I got there and sure enough, I screwed it up pretty bad. They tried to re-tap it like I was doing but it wasn't working. I offered to go ahead and leave it for a day if they really needed but they just wouldn't stop working. They had to do a little surgery on the Jeep and I got to watch the whole show. The attitude these guys have and the camaraderie is well past anything I have ever seen. Jon was there with another Jon and they both tag teamed my Jeep to get the job done. Their only concern was getting me taken care of and back on the road and trail safely. About 3 hours of hard work and they charged me the most reasonable fee. This was by far the best service experience I have ever had at any shop... ever. I can't express enough what a relief it's been knowing that not only did they fix my screw-up but they did it with smiles, laughter and the warmest of welcomes. I felt like part of the family while I was there. Jon and Jon, if you ever read this, thank you both for everything, I will be back when it's time to lift the Jeep and for any other needs I have.

Woah. I have never experienced service like I did with liberated. I saved for a year and a half to get my dream suspension little by little. With insanely competitive pricing and steller turn-around to quality rate I have never been more happy my my ol' tahoe! I'll be back for all my suspension work and off-road gear!

I took my Jeep in to have gears and lockers installed. I was so pleased with the service and installation of the parts on my Jeep. Such a great local business that I will definitely use again.

John their mechanic and chad really know there stuff. They will always do a professional job but make sure you the customer aren t paying more than they need to. Their mechanic worked on helicopters with the 82nd Airborne and always makes sure to hold his work to the high standards of the military. I was in the 82nd with him and it s great to see that hardwork and dedication outside in the civilian world.
