Dirt in paint, drip mark, damage still evidentI was reared ended in my 2014 Honda Accord which damaged the rear bumper and trunk latch. I pointed out the trunk latch scraping when I dropped the vehicle off, but it wasn t addressed in the initial repair so had to leave it. They quickly fixed the latch so I returned to pick up my vehicle later in the day at closing.Next day when the sun was up I noticed a drip mark (photo), dirt in the paint (photo) and waves in the bumper where they attempted to repair it rather than replace the bumper cover.Overall I am not happy with the repair, it s very amateurish and was not done properly. Repair took 3 days and to be honest needs to be completely redone. I was flexible in the quality of the repair given the car is 9 years old, but dirt in the paint is completely unacceptable.I will not have any more repairs done at Gerber, this is the 2nd time i ve been here and the 2nd time i ve had repair problems.Staff is very nice and professional, but quality is lacking.

Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle here for collision repairs. It ll save you so much stress. They work with enterprise so getting a rental car dropped off is easy. Very quick and great customer service.

Horrible experience so disorganized and dishonest with simply submitting estimate to the right insurance company twice. And the computer system is always down so they don't know when your appointment is when you call to verify it or to make sure they submit the claim to the right insurance. I ask to speak to owner or manager still haven't heard from neither one.

Nothing but runaround, canceling appointments, blaming their estimators on doing poor jobs.. Felt like nothing but disingenuous lies. I'd never recommended these people 0 stars

Horrible body shop service. Dodge calls for weeks and when they are there they are always in a meeting with their GM. 2 months later after dropping off vehicle for estimate and repair they still have no estimate that the Insurance will agree with. Insurance said to move it to another shop be aide this place is a total nightmare to deal with. Horrible service. Glad vehicle was sent to another shop. Can only imaging the workmanship if the service is this bad. New body shop had estimate within 2 days and started work within a week. Gerbers body manager is a complete joke. He is always with the GM I. A meeting. Run from this place!

Jesus and Nev are the BIGGEST reason why I had the best experience! Not only did they take great care of my car, but they made sure to take great care of me. They kept me informed even though my insurance was terrible to deal with, they stayed down and made sure I was happy in the end. Jesus did an amazing job on my car. Again, I couldn t be more happy and please. Thank you guys so much!

Fantastic customer service. Quality repairs. You are provided daily progress reports. The repair to my Q60s Red Sport was nothing less than perfect. I highly recommend to anyone who wants quality repairs at affordable prices. Thank you for all of your hard work.

They do quality work here. My car was in a moderate Collison with some front-end damage. It did take a while to get the parts, but in the end, everything runs as if the accident never happened. The parts shortage did take several months to obtain a module for my Camry, but eventually Gerber was able to locate one. It was installed, and right now, I could not tell that the vehicle had ever been in an accident. I know I was not the easiest customer to work with, as there were a few hidden issues that did not show up until I received the vehicle back the first time, but they were patient, even though there was some frustration all around. After hitting a deer on my way to work one morning, I made an appointment to bring my car into Gerber for an estimate. Not only were they quick to get me my estimate that day but when I dropped my car off for the repairs it only took them a few days to complete it. They even washed the outside and detailed the inside of my vehicle! I was not expecting that. I highly recommend this location for any repairs, they provide quick and quality repairs and the staff was incredibly nice! 5 stars.

I took my 2014 Lexus is250 to Gerber Collision and Glass in Alpharetta after I hit a deer one night on the way home. The entire driver side was heavily damaged including both doors, driver side mirror and window, and the entire back quarter panel. The car has less than 70,000 miles on it so I really want to keep it for many more years. Steven repaired it in less than 3 weeks and made it look like new again! The car drives perfectly and feels solid and quiet. Paint job is excellent. I am thrilled with the work they did. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone needing body work on their vehicle!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Had a wonderful experience recently with Gerber Collision and them repairing my vehicle. Unfortunately this is my second time needing a collision centers service and being the fact my last experience with another collision center was not a good one I was already uneasy to deal with this again. Gerber's customer service is A1 they immediately contacted after the claim was filed and we setup drop off that day for the repairs. They continually kept me up to date with the repair process from start to finish and my car was completed on the quoted time and looks amazing. I am actually now planning on taking my second vehicle to them to have some out of pocket work done. Great work, great customer service, and amazing work & warranty on their work. Well done Gerber Collision.

This team provided the best collision repair experience from begiinning to end than any collision repair I have ever dealt with. I had work done recently at a much larger, supposedly high end, collision repair chain and these folks were so much faster with the repair that I was in disbelief at first when they promised my car back in two days for a full bumper replacement with painting. They kept their commitment even though I dropped the car off a 1/2 day later than they asked. Worked at night to get it done.Hands down the best collision service I have had!! Fast work with good communication at every step.

This was the worst experience I ever had as a customer, the management is so unexperienced and unprofessional and short of staff. They kept my car there for more than 30 days, when was originally only estimated for 7, they pushed the delivery date 3 times, but the last one was due to when my car finally getting back had a flat tire because of a nail and the computer was not working, awful experience!Services: Tires, Painting

The whole team here is amazing! I called on Monday morning inquiring about getting my trunk latch fixed and by Tuesday afternoon they called me back with the part and able to fix it as soon as I was available. I was impressed by their customer service and how fast they were with the whole process. Kristen, Dennis, and Steven (Stephen- not sure) were Beyond amazing and kept me entertained while waiting. Highly recommend!

I had my vehicle repaired at Gerber Collision in Alpharetta and everything was amazing. Update calls and text every other day from Dennis and Steven made the entire process very understanding to someone who doesn t know about cars or collision claims. I definitely recommend them for all your repair needs they really will WOW you.

Gerber Collision in Alpharetta has an amazing team! The entire staff is extremely friendly & professional, they made my whole experience super easy from start to finish. They kept me in the loop and updated every step of the way and had my vehicle done quickly for the work required. I highly recommend them!

Just had my 2018 Mustang worked on here after a minor accident, and was blown away by the customer service and quality of the repair. The body lines look as if nothing ever happened, and the color match is absolutely spot on, couldn't have had a better experience with the people here. Thanks Dennis and Steven for the work you and your team did for my car!

We came to Gerber because they were a preferred collision center for the insurance we were working with. Working with Gerber was fantastic. They gave updates twice a week, which I appreciated. We will definitely be coming back to have some glass work done on our other car. The only negative was the woman at the front, who also answers the phones. She wasn't as friendly as the other staff, so it was a bit of a turnoff. However, I wouldn't take away any stars for that. Hopefully she can just work on that.

I have called Gerber twice and left messages along with my insurance Co USAA notifying them of my repair needs. First call was over a week ago. Not sure why they do not want my or USAA's business.Problem solved... talked to Vickey... bad contact from USAA.My issue not Gerber

Everyone I worked with was so nice and professional!! I had my windshield replaced, and the quality of their work was amazing. It was so quick and easy and quick to get everything completed. It was an amazing experience and I definitely recommend them.

I took my 2012 Nissan Maxima to Gerber because part of my side, front bumper and under carriage became detached. I was worried that it would require removing the entire bumper and would cost a few dollars. Lorren Crawford took a look at it and told me that it would be an easy fix. Just a latch and a couple of strips would do the trick. She asked me to come back in a couple of days and she could fix it quickly. I went back first thing Tuesday morning and she came out and greeted me with the sweetest, warm smile and took my car back. She returned 20 minutes later and sent we on my way with no charge. I see why Gerber has 5 stars on reviews! I don't expect Gerber to repair future repairs for me for free but i certainly will be back and reccomend it to friends because of the great way i was treated. Thanks again Lorren!

These folks were available on demand to help w/our repair needs when my wife was involved in an accident last week. The quality of the work was excellent, done on time when they said it would be and for the cost they estimated. Will definitely use them again in the future.

They did an excellent job fixing my left rear door and quarter panel on my 2015 Forxd Fusion, but they forgot to plug in my left rear taillight, and left several marks on my trunk (looks like leftover gunk from painting they forgot to clean, but I can't get it off by hand). The job itself was fine, but everything else was sloppy and frustrating.

Had a great experience. Staff was very helpful. I went for body work. They kept me updated with the status of my vehicle throughout the entire process. I had some follow up issues and they took my car right in and fixed the issue and I was back on the road 10 minutes later.

This is a nearby body shop so trying to get an estimate for minor out of pocket repairs. Stopped in 3 different times over several weeks, early morning, mid morning and late afternoon for estimate to no avail. First question, is this insurance. If no, confident get kicked to end of line. Multitude of excuses, only one estimator, do you have appointment, he's in a meeting at 9:30 a.m. etc etc. If they can't get it right on the front end, sure not going to trust them with my repairs!
