0 stars if possible. Made an appointment online just to come in and get sassed for not calling in instead which I did 3 times in a row and no answer that lead me to making it online. Then wait 3 whole hours for a wheel balance and alignment. Paid and drove off, just to have to turn around and come back to tell them it s still not aligned. My steering wheel is literally sideways while going straight. They said that s the best they can do and immediately offered a refund without trying to help me fix the issue. Very rude front desk help. Been coming here since 2007 and it s been going down a steep hill of nasty service since 2020. Do not recommend.

This location has great staff. The new manager Toby was a pleasure to work with. Although I had a large transaction I was confident that I was getting the repairs needed, he took the time to explain the recommendations to me and answered my questions and concerns without rushing and kindly. There are more convenient Firestone locations for me to go to but this is the location where I am most comfortable.

The alignment and tire rotation was fine. The oil change is a disaster. Got home after the oil change and notice fresh oil on my driveway. Look under the truck and there s oil everywhere. Brought it back down to Firestone and they said it s not leaking oil and it s just all the oil the mechanic spilled all over my truck during the oil change. He tried to clean it some more. Today (the next day) I still have new oil drips after I whipped everything down when I got home the second time. Under my truck looks like I ve had a major oil leak. At a minimum I want my truck cleaned underneath. There is still oil dripping. Never had this issue before at other oil change places. And I paid for lifetime alignments. Not sure I even want to go back to Firestone.

Service advisor was very friendly and helped me find the best prices available. They were honest and straightforward for a simple tire replacement and balancing without trying to sell me anything unnecessary.

Taking your car to this location as a woman sometimes you never know if you can be taken advantage of there are lots of incompetent workers that work here I came here on November 8 sometime to get my brakes and rotors fixed by the time that I reached the shop mind you I have been there for two hours by the way, and still got nothing done. The incompetent workers there took my car lift it up never took a tire off and proceeded to tell me that my caliber was stuck & brake pad was completely missing these incompetent people have the nerve to think that they are that smart to be able to tell what s going on with your car without ever taking the wheel off. every time I come to this location for a simple oil change they always offer me services outside of the oil change. I made it really easy for them this time my oil filter light it s currently on it would have been easily noticed by any driver, who got behind my will to take my car up. I was never offered a Old change within those two hours that they had my car and still did nothing, I was amazed that their expertise was able to tell me so much information without ever taking a wheel off. but still 2 hours to do it does not make any sense and shows nothing but incompetent. I am making this review so others will be worn and be known to watch their car and watch these mechanics. If you are reading this and you have any political power, I suggest that you start lobbying to have cameras placed in all auto shops in the USA. I don t know what the mission statement of this company is is it to just make money whether the car is working or not I don t understand it and by the end of that visit I told them no thank you I did not come here for caliber. I came here for brakes and rotors and they were refused my service all because I was not ready for them to put the caliber on, knowing this information, I took it to my personal mechanic and told him how fire stone mentioned that the caliber was stuck in the brake pad was completely missing without ever taking my wheel off my mechanic automatically new. Somethings did not make sense. My mechanic goes on to change the caliber, the brake, as well as the rotor that have built the new groove the size of the letter O and had these incompetent workers took my wheel off they would have known. I would ve thought that too, but no because I would not allow them to change my caliber, I believe they went to head and stuck a nail in. two weeks later, because there is now a nail in my tire.Under warranty with them of course I want them to change it by the time mind you I have been here for hour at this visit and still got nothing done by the time they go to take my tire off they say they can t get it off because the lug nut strip, and proceeded to tell me they had to break the stud to get the Lugnuts off. Had these incompetent workers attempted to take the wheel off on the first time that we would ve known that. My oil change light was still on still never offered the service. They also proceeded to tell me they had no records of them checking my tire pressure the first time that I came November 8. They never even took the wheel off check the pressure checked the oil just waisting hard working people time. This is sorry also when speaking with one mechanic only speak to one and only let one touch your car it gets ugly the kore gands involved business god blessssUpdate i was able to get a friend to get the lug off with a four way. These incompetent people wanted to break my stud just to get a lug. Be careful at these mechanic shop and watch these ppl like a hawk. I guarantee u

This location really helped me out! Destiny was very kind and helped walk me through what was essential and what could wait a little longer since I'm working with a limited budget at the moment. Destiny and everyone else here helped me leave happy after what started as a stressful experience with my car. Thanks ya'll! You rock.

UPDATE FROM MY ORIGINAL POST - Ends up a real mechanic (Honest1Roswell) determined that Firestone improperly installed the terminal cable, causing it to short out the new starter AND the water pump. I called "Spencer" (don't know his last name as he refused to provide it when asked), who said he would not refund my money, nor take responsibility for the additional damage they caused. He only said if I would tow it back in they would look into it. I know there is nothing I can do about this rip off store, but hopefully when you read this, you will avoid them so you aren't out $832 + $700 for new water pump.Original post:STAY AWAY! Car wouldn't start, they told me it was a starter, they replaced it. Then still wouldn't start, they told me it was a terminal cable. They ordered wrong one, then they said they couldn't find any, then they found one, installed it. After 30 days and $865, they told me car was good to go, so I picked it up. Son took it to work today and when he got there, the car won't start again. Called Firestone - they wouldn't even come tow it back to see what they still messed up. So, they get $832 and my car sitting in their garage for 30 days, then after all done, I still have a car that won't start. This might be the shadiest repair shop ever.

Really disappointed at Firestone service. They used to be a reliable place to bring your care, for being such a large chain. Brought my car in a few weeks back to this location early in the morning to get alignment and balance. Just routine maintenance no vibration in my car just trying to be proactive since having to drive into office for meetings once a week the next few months. This past week has been a nightmare my vehicle vibrates like crazy. Awful job balancing my tires now having to spend more of my time to get a services corrected. Anytime I pay out of pocket and go other shops no issues with properly balance and aligning my tires. Firestone has yet to get this right either at location near my house or this location near my job. Honestly if it weren t for the fact I paid for the lifetime alignment and balance I d keep going elsewhere. This is exhausting!

This location is the absolute best! I live in Midtown, Atlanta and I always drive out of my way to come here for car repairs. Spencer up front is very patient (car troubles create a lot of stress for anyone and he always maintains an understanding and calm composure with each customer). The mechanics are spot on too! I am the type of person that likes to know what is wrong with my car and to be shown. The mechanic was kind enough to walk me back and explain everything to me as he pointed out the parts that were bad or needed repair. I appreciated him taking the extra 5 minutes to do that. This team has a forever customer in me. I trust them greatly with my vehicle and when they tell me certain things need to be repaired. I drive a 2009 Hyundai Sonata with nearly 200,000 miles on it. I have taken 7 cross country road trips in this car and I typically work on my car myself. With bigger jobs coming up for repairs, beyond what I can do in my garage, I only trust Spencer and his team to get my vehicle up and running. I have definitely been to other Firestone locations in Oregon or California that were horrible and scammers. This location is a prime example of a team that takes excellent care and is efficient in their craft!

The Best Service for flat tire, roadside assistance I ever had!I had a flat tire in the night before a wedding next day, with a rental car in a home away city, in Atlanta. I left it in the Hilton hotel parking lot.I was getting late for the wedding and they came on time, the Best part was, without me ever had to step out, they took care of everything. Also within the appointment/visiting cost itself.The service person Matthew was friendly and flexible over phone!

I came in for a tire balance/ rotation and alignment check. I had an appointment for 5pm and was there until 7pm. I understand if places are understaffed or busy, but if they're overbooked they need to communicate that you're going to be spending more of your life than anticipated. I'll probably not come to this location any more and might consider buying from from a different store in the future.

June 2023, I rented a vehicle from Enterprise rent -a- car, and had problems with the rental vehicle front tire while driving. I called ERAC who informed that Firestone Alpharetta,, GA is one of their contractual companies to inspect/repair ERAC rental vehicles. I went to Firestone and the employee found a small hole in the tire and did a repair. The next, I left GA to drive back to Indiana (9+ hours) and had a flat tire. The exact same tire the Firestone employee did an IMPROPER/BAD repair . Did the employee do a repair, instead of a replacement tire to save money or didn't care? I was stranded on the side of the highway for hours until able to receive service. This could have been life threatening situation driving through the Chattanooga mountains! Firestone had a chance to replace the tire and did not. They offered me $30 off my next service. 1.) it's a rental vehicle 2.) Do you think i would ever return!

What an experience with the store manager Spencer!! Small leak in the front cover of my car engine and I already knew the issue as I just came from the dealer. Spencer told me that Valve cover gasket need to be replaced and cost for this is around $2, 000 . Called the dealer and other two mechanic shops and they told me that this is absurd. Because my car does not have Valve cover gasket. Total cost Spencer wanted was around $3500 Honesty should be the best policy but I guess not here. Fixed the same issue less than $500. The employees at this location were great to work with. The Service Manager, Henry, who checked me in was very helpful and got me taken care of quickly on a Sunday afternoon. I highly recommend them.

Disappointed in service. Went there to get tiers changed. They forgot to do wheel alignment, which is a part of the service per Firestone website. Missed to change the wiper blades which was captured on work order.Do not book any appointment on weekends, mostly you will meet new technicians who will not be able to provide guidance as he is not trained well the the company.

Visited this location for an oil change on a rental car I was leasing. Witnessed the terrible treatment of an elderly customer who had been waiting 2 hrs for her car after being told the service would be 1hr. It was not until I stepped in, asked where the parts were and demanded someone give her an update. I even offered to walk next door to autozone, where the parts were coming from and retrieve them. 2 minutes later they suddenly had already replaced the part and told her she was done. They then tried to overcharge her by $90. The way this business spoke to this woman, placating her, talking to her like she was a toddler was unacceptable. I was appalled - glad I was there to ensure she was empowered and supported. The woman working the counter at this location needs a lesson on empathy!

They didn't have the tires in stock I was looking for, but they got them within a couple of hours. I really appreciated that. They did a great job and even reset one stubborn air pressure sensor for me after the new set of tires were on the vehicle. Thanks again!

Disappointed with their service. We told them for a whole checkup with the car and we explained the condition of the car. We told them that we are going for a long drive so checkup thoroughly and paid $650+ after the offer for the service they made. The third day we started our trip and after about 3 hours of travel the car couldn't be started. We jump-started the car and drove for about 1 or 2 hours. The car stopped all of a sudden and again jump-started but it didn't work. We were supposed to call some other service center for assistance and paid about $700 to them.

Had to get wheels alignment before taking off for a long trip. They were able to accommodate at us within couple of hours on a Sunday! Paid $100 and comes with 12 months of wheel alignment. Excellent service. Thank you!

I mean they get the job done and do quality service, but they take way too long and appointments here don t matter I had a 10:00 appointment to change 4 tires and they said it ll take 1 to 1.5 hours. At 12:00 I said any update? And she goes let me see if they ve started what?? I said then what is my 10:00 appointment good for? She tells me straight to my face oh honestly appointments don t matter it s just whenever we get around to it. Why would you offer appointment times then? Also I can t believe they would say this to a customer. Very unprofessional. Also don t tell me it d gonna take an hour when it took 3 hours to change 4 tires. I will not be back hereService: Tires

I knew I needed brakes coming up but needed first an oil change service. Instead of trying to upsell me on that day they had a special coming up for brakes.So they had me make a time for that and gave me a ballpark idea of what that was going to charge me which was about $400 less than what the viewers put was going to charge me. I brought my car in there this morning, and the voters were selling good shape and smooth so we just changed the brake pads. $100 versus $600... They're honest they're fair they're friendly. I can't say enough about them and the person who sent me there told me that they've always done right by them. What better recommendation can you get than this!

Last week, I was at AutoZone (same building) and had to stop by because of an undercarriage noise. I was directed to the shop or service manager who ended treating me like a 'valued human being' even though it was my first time at that location. This week I am returning to buy 4 new tires at that same shop even though I live an hour away and have always used Sam's club. I'm absolutely happy to see those guys again. I unfortunately can't remember his name, but I say "thank you" and "Happy Thanksgiving" to you and your team.

I cannot say enough positive things about this location! Spencer answered my call and listened to my concerns and took time helping me understand what could possibly be going on with my car. Upon arrival I had practically no wait time to check in and had a cost estimate for services within 20 minutes. He throughly explained each line item and patiently answered all questions and concerns I had. This is the first time I felt fully informed on what was going on and the price associated with it. I will definitely be coming here from now on for any services I will need in the further. Amazing team!
