The best service ever! Jean was incredible, - knowledgeable, capable, emphatic, and kind. The older car needed attention in multiple areas - an oil change, troubleshooting of multiple tire issues, and emissions help. Jean and James solved it all with affordable solutions and warm and professional service. Couldn t recommend them more!

The customer service at this location is unmatched. The team, including James and Jesse, is knowledgeable, trustworthy and incredibly efficient. I recently moved an hour away and gladly make the drive for any automotive needs. This location has a customer for life!

I love this location of express oil change. I work next door at Image Studios, so it's so easy to pop over and ask questions and get my oil changed. Everyone that ive worked with so far has been so kind and responsive.Today was no different. I stopped by to get my emissions test and KYLE was such a pleasure. He was efficient and kind. He checked everything and made the process so easy and smooth. I will definitely recommend this location!

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers always do a fantastic job on my vehicle. The Alpharetta location off highway 9 and Windward have the best team that treat me like family. Kyle made my experience stellar!! I pulled in for a state inspection, and was received with a very friendly, professional greeting. The location is great, easy to get into. Kyle explained everything he was doing, reassured me, and was very professional, and kind. I had never been to this business before, but will both return for future service, and recommend it to others.

This Staff is absolutely amazing, they are all knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasantly polite people. Jesse has been servicing my families vehicles for years. In the last few oil changes and tire checks , I have met Kyle, who is one of the most kind people I ve ever met , Andrew was awesome when he assisted me with topping off my fluids last week. I have been coming here for years. Jesse and her team are always on point. The service is quick and efficient and they all go a great job. I also have taken my cars to the workshop next door and James has always been ready to help. Very honest and reliable team!

My experience was excellent. The manager, James, is knowledgeable and thorough while being fair. The pricing is extremely reasonable. I will be back again for every oil change and any service they can perform.

I always make a point to come to this location for oil changes and new tires because of the great service I've received over the years. The staff here are always friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. For example I just had my car in for an oil change. Jesse was wonderful and also checked the lights, horn, airfilters, tires, break fluid, washer fluid etc... I'll be back in a few months for new tires.

Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers always does a fantastic job working on my car. They always get the job done right and always make sure everything is done to the customer's satisfaction. I recently bought a 2018 Subaru Forrester and I have never had a single complaint taking it there for repairs. They do such a good job I would rather drive 40 minutes from my home in Canton than take it to some of the shops around here. I had to finance my current car with a personal loan. The payments are expensive for what I own and the interest rate is a whopping 22%. My car is my livelihood and my biggest investment. Without it I would have no easy access to employment, no social life, and no freedom. I am incredibly thankful for all of that for the honest work they've put into keeping my vehicle running like new. They are mechanics you can trust.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my Ford Escape here after another place tried to over charge me to fix an oil leak. They were friendly and quick about getting my car in. James, who helped me, explained what was wrong with my vehicle in a way I actually understood and since it wasn't as big of a job as I originally thought he only charged me for an hour of labor, which I greatly appreciate. He asked me to bring my car back in a week or so to make sure they had fixed the issue which shows me that they truly care about their customers and the work they do. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs any kind of work done to their car.

I originally found this place by doing my personal research and from what I gathered this place was amazing, and they always lookout for you, as well as their prices being very fair, and from my personal experience it s that plus more, Mr James and the rest of the crew are beyond amazing and I will recommend even more people come and show them some love and get your whips fixed, because they will get you right and also because it s well deserved. The experience with the staff from the oil bays to mechanical department was both easy and extraordinary reliable. Kyle was helpful over the phone looking for an oil additive before coming in and Jesse and James was helpful with finding a part for a battery due to infrequent starting. Overall this is a very great location with a knowledgeable and reliable crew that works there!Services: Auto battery maintenance, Oil change

We drive an old mdx and it's been trucking along due to the fine care of James from express oil change here in Alpharetta. We have tried different locations nearby but it hasn't been the same and had issues; however, James was able to correct it. We really appreciate his honesty and professionalism as he understands that we are struggling in this economy and recommends what he would do with if he were to service his own family. I have been coming to this location for several years now. They are usually very quick getting you in and out yet thorough with their service.The people there are friendly and seems knowledgeable and well trained. I never felt like I was charged overly or they never seemed pushy to sell additional services.Also conveniently located in Alpharetta where you have Lowe s next door and many other stores and restaurants off Windward Parkway and Alpharetta Highway.

Quick diagnosis, friendly service, in and out in half a day. I brought in an old Subaru with a busted oil pressure/relay switch and the guys fixed it with patient explanation of the problem and phone calls to update me on the progress. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Pulled in for an Oil Change and had excellent and expeditious service, they also got me in for a quick tire rotation and did a thorough review of my vehicle (it had been a little longer than it need be for my service visit). Great customer care with a vibrant team that is knowledgable.

Such friendly and knowledgeable staff from front desk to the garage. They are quick and get you in and out. Jessie and Colin are so helpful on the oil side and Austin on the tire side squeezed me in to repair my headlight and was so quick, helpful and courteous. I will definitely continue to consult them for their honesty, work ethic, and amazing customer service.
