These guys always do a great job. We have had major issues and minor issues over the past 11 years with our Mercedes sprinter and the cost compared to taking it to a dealership for Mercedes is a substantial savings. Not only do they save us money on the parts and labor, but they are very keen to, work on our vehicles with the mentality that we need to be on the road for a long

European Service Center in Alpharetta and Patrick the Manager are outstanding. I've been taking my MBs there for about 8 years.I've gone 2 other shops to save a few bucks...huge mistake!Patrick leads a high integrity shop and is an excellent manager. Very responsive, gets jobs done on-time & as quoted. I just can't say enough.Highest integrity auto shop I've ever used. BETTER than Mercedes Benz dealership.

They were amazing!! Brought my car in because the stereo speakers were not working on one side. The tested everything and found no issues. Turns out it was an issue with my iPhone. Returned my car with no charge!!

I usually go to the Duluth location. However, I had to visit the Alpharetta location which was closer to my job. I was a little concerned about having the same great service. Patrick, was assume! He was polite and professionally assessed my issue and got me in and out in 1.5 hrs. I was pleased with the service as usual. Thanks for being consistent with the quality of service I expect and appreciate! Ladies, if you own a foreign pull up to European Service Center for great service!

To start off with let it be known I am a competent mechanic. I am not easily misled, and I can judge the quality of work by the cleanliness and organization within a shop.Last fall I was on my way to the Rennsport Dragon Rally an event in the smoky mountains exclusively for Porsches. This 2700 mile trip that started in South Florida was cut short by a rear wheel bearing that started to make a noise I knew I could not complete my trip and started to look for a service facility that could replace my wheel bearing in the greater Atlanta area. Even with my extensive Porsche contacts in Atlanta, I was unable to source a repair facility that could service my car on a timely basis Until I called European Service Center of Alpharetta.Patrick Cato told me to bring it by to see if they could help me out. I'm sure he just wanted to basically see if the car looked like it was 34 years old or if it was an actual clean example that was worth repairing. He saw it and smiled and said they could start right away. The new bearing was delivered the next morning and installed before noon.That was much quicker than I thought it would be. It was reassuring to see the shop was fully equipped with proper bearing puller and a mechanic that recognized all the special modifications on this 1990 944 S2.I'm giving this review months later to indicate everything went very well. I 100% recommend this shop good work, no excuses, Super competent mechanics, Worked it's done right the first time.Thank You Patrick & crew at European service Alpharetta! Very thorough, honest, and quick. The on/off battery for my LR4 came in slightly damaged. They advised that they would not install the battery but would order another right away! Won t go anywhere else with my Landrover!

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. Diagnosed my issue- also had a replacement on hand. Very smooth experience. I waited and watched TV- tons of streaming services and shows to choose from. Would recommend to anyone!

I had several services done on my 2016 X3 a few weeks ago and I am very pleased with the outcome. The overall cost was lower than what I would ve paid had I gone BMW. Patrick and his team was very honest detailed. I m happy I now have a trusted service center to service my vehicle. I've been a customer of European Service Center in Alpharetta for the past few years, relying on them for routine oil changes and a recent brake rotor/pad replacement. Their knowledgeable staff consistently provide exceptional service while maintaining very reasonable prices.Each visit, they take the time to explain the work being done and happily answer any questions, making me feel confident in their expertise. It was an amazing experience with Patrick and his team. My audi a6 brakes were started crying and steering was shaky when I applied brakes. I told them that i would be there in the store in 10 min and Patrick was polite and sat in my car to see the braking system and he found immediately that it was an issue with rotors and brake pads. He gave me a reasonable quote and I got loaner car during this service. It was an amazing experience. Before this service I used to go to dealer for every small thing and they charged me heavily. Overall nice experience. I can go for oil change or any other service in the future.Services: Auto brake repair, Brake service & repair

The guys here are great! Honest, straight to the point, and FAST! I went in two different times (one was for tire replacements and other a body issue) and they didn t try to up sale me into other services or products. The guy up front, Patrick is great and doesn t speak to me any differently than he speaks to my husband. If I don t understand something he explains and is so responsive if I ask questions. Did a beautiful job on my 1994 Jaguar XJ6. Only place I could find to do a diagnostic read on car that old and found hard to find parts. Service completed on time as promised. It's great to finally find a local shop that genuinely cares about their customers. I made the mistake of going to the dealership first. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged, they didn't take time to understand my complaint, they never followed up, and ultimately lost my key.Not the case with European Service Center. They make you feel comfortable, take time to understand the nature of the issue, and keep you informed throughout the course of the repair. They made it easy! Patrick is personable, knowledgeable, sincere and is an honest guy. I saved $$$$ vs. the dealer quote and there is NO difference in the quality of parts or service on my Jag F-type. I received a clean loaner car and my car was completely ready in the stated time frame. They have a very clean shop and waiting area. I ve found my service center moving forward and my wife s car will be coming here as well.Just had another service. Patrick and his team are terrific. I came here when I originally purchased my Maserati & only trust them with it ever since. You can tell when a company genuinely cares about you & your vehicle. High praise for this shop. Patrick the manager is honest, helpful, and fair. They didn't try to oversell any part of the service. The technicians are knowledgeable and fast - they turned around a job in 24 hrs, that the Audi dealership said would take three days. Ditch the dealership and come here for honest, excellent, work.

After having my BMW evaluated at United BMW and being presented with a $5000 bill I decided to try European Service Center. They were able to get me in quickly and the repairs were done at a much more reasonable cost.
