My original tires only had 14,000 miles on them but there was a nail in one and they were all dry rotting so it was time for some new tires. I needed them quickly since I was rapidly losing air in one and also the dry rot was dangerous for driving. I ordered my tires on Friday evening and they arrived Saturday morning! I scheduled my appointment for Saturday afternoon and within 30 minutes they were installed! The team did a great job!They took off my old tires, put the new ones on, inflated them to the correct PSI and even torqued the lug nuts to the specifications. Unlike some other tire shops that just over-tighten the lug nuts with an air wrench and you can never get them off.Impressive, seamless service. The staff was also very friendly, especially the gentleman at the desk whose name I didn t catch.I will definitely come back here.

I have purchased tires from this store two times over the past year. Both experiences have been very good. Tires and installation prices have been very reasonable. The customer service is attentive and quick. The last time I was there one of the employees actually came out and met me before I even opened the doors asking how they can help me.

Discount always takes care of the supra. They have not ever given me a reason to doubt their capabilities. They mount my track tires without damaging wheels. The employees are all beyond friendly.

Great service, very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Got a screw in my tire today and was in a rush to work. The team repaired it and did the rotation in no time.everyone was extremely nice too.Highly recommend this location.

I cannot say enough great things about the staff and the quality of service I had here. Not only were they able to get me in short notice when my tire went low on air, but they inspected all of my tires (bald af with wire showing...oops) and had the ones I needed in stock. Start to finish replacing 3 tires was <1hr, and they stayed about 10 minutes after closing to finish me up and scoot me out the door.The rep that worked with me (named Manuel) was personable, kind, and efficient! Seriously, some of the best customer service e you could ask for.*Aldo, the chairs in the waiting area were so comfy and the client area was clean, and well maintained*

I used to be a customer of Discount Tire in a different state. Recently bought tires from another tire place on a recommendation and thought I would support a locally owned business. What a mistake. The other shop sold me tires but won t rotate them for me. I called Discount Tire on Windward today and asked for an appt to come pay for a rotate since I bought them elsewhere. Jordan took great care of me. The guys had me in and out in 20 mins. Everyone was super friendly and professional. Will only be going to Discount Tire from now on for all my cars. Windward location guys are awesome!

I visited this place to fix the flat tire. I met Mr. Reggie here. He is an incredible employee. He greet all the customers with smile and energy. His dedication towards his work is at par. He gives his 100% to the customer service. Very few employees works like him.Thank you Reggie for your excellent service.

BEWARE! I took my car to the Windward Location for new tires. I paid them over $1100 for new tires and drove away with a smashed bumper and tail light. Their service rep backed my car into a truck as I sat waiting in the lobby for my tires to be installed. The one decent thing they did was admit they had an accident with my car and point out the damages. After that it became a nightmare. It almost seemed routine for them as they brushed me off onto their insurance company. Their insurance company is Sedgwick and very ruthless in saving themselves money. I am the original owner of my vehicle and it had never been in a single wreck, it was immaculate! First, it was a total haggle to get it fixed properly, then the diminished value they are agreeing to pay me is less than 10% of the Diminished Value Appraisal, it doesn't even cover what I had to pay for the certified Diminished Value report they required I needed to submit for DV. Horrible experience . . . think twice if you're thinking you're saving a little money rather than going to a reputable tire shop.

This is the first time I wasn't satisfied.I normally have great experience, which is why I am giving it 4 stars. I had to order my tires and never got a follow-up call when they came in. I called in the middle of the day and was told to come in now and they would take care of me only to be treated as a walk-in. Another customer walk-in and was offered an appointment time. When I said something about the rep, he said she had an appointment. I told him he was lying and I heard the whole conversation. The lies people tell.

They told us we had to wait for 1.5 hours, but we waited for 45 more mins then the promised time, even though we had to be somewhere. And when they were done, they said I could use my car for about one more week before I needed to change my tires. Though, they didn't do anything as I barely got to my home. They said our back two tires were in the the best shape, though our front left tire was the flat tire. AWFUL service!

Awesome experience, very impressed. Felix is great on the phone and made sure I was confident with my purchase and informed. I also feel like I got a good price with road hazard included. Austin and Reggie installed 4 Michelins for me in less than 20 minutes.I have owned a tire shop for 15 years and I can speak to a few things technically that they did correctly.First they did not miss a single step of a proper tire installation. The hubs and wheel facings were cleaned upon removal according to RIST guidelines. Tires were dismounted and mounted properly on the equipment to not damage the wheels. Each tire was road force balanced! This is huge to be included in the price of installation. Air pressure was set properly and each wheel was torqued to proper 95lbs according to TIA guidelines. The wheels and tires where cleaned and shined as well.

I had 2 tires replaced at this location. All I can say is Cole & Jordan were AWESOME! It only took them about 1hr to replace my tires. I highly recommend them!!!

I had a great experience buying new set of tires for a truck I had just purchased, and getting them installed here.Shopping online was a breeze, I set up an appointment online too after checking out, was met in the parking lot before I even walked in the store, was kept updated on the status of my vehicle the whole time, and was out of there in an hour. The sales rep at the counter was very friendly, and after overhearing multiple conversations he had on the phone and in person I was surprised with how much patience and knowledge he had.I chose discount tire because my wife had a good experience with another location installing tires in the past, and had used the free tire plug service at this location recently.The wheels and tires were slightly greasy, but I don t expect a tire shop to wash and degrees my car, and understand that bead lubricant is required for new tires so still 5 stars. Lobby and bathrooms were clean, and no one tried to upsell me on anything (although I did hear them trying to sell some windshield wipers to a lady that walked in with a flat).

Got all 4's replaced with Michelin tires on my Tesla. A big shout out to Cole & Carter who have very patiently dealt with all my questions, connected with customer care & took care of applying additional warranty credits. This store added one more loyal customer to their list. Keep up the good work!

I purchase my tires from here but my favorite part is the free drive-thru tire pressure checks. I love that there are lots of locations so I swing by from time to time when it suddenly dawns on me that it s been a while since my tires have been looked at. Or.. when my tire sensor lights come on which is exactly what happened this time. There might already be a line when you pull up so I suggest going when you re not in a hurry. They check the pressure and condition of your tires and let you know if they need to be replaced soon. I recognize that it s a loss leader but hey.. it works for me! :)

Since i purchased tires from them, they fixed my flat tire and rotated rear tire and front tires. No charge this time but it seems like next time will be charged. Wait time was too long like 2.5 hours!

These guys were awesome. I brought my truck in for a rotation and balancing. I had an appointment at 9:15. I arrived at 8:30. They greeted me and got my truck back immediately. These guys were all over my truck like a Formula 1 pit crew. They updated me verbally and with text messages every step of the way. My truck was ready and I was on my way back home before my appointment time even came up. Very friendly team. I will be back. Can't recommend them enough.

I bought 4 new tires at Costco. I was told I needed a new rim because one of the installed tires was leaking. Since Costco doesn't sell rims, I went down the street to Discount Tires on Windward Pky. They checked my rim and told me there was nothing wrong with the rim and installed the tire I had bought from Costco without charging me a dime. They couldn't have been more accomodating. I highly recommend them.

These guys were awesome. I brought my car in to have a nail removed and patched on my passenger rear tire. We have plans for later that day so I needed it done asap. Without an appointment, they took me in anyway and got it done within an hour. Great customer empathy and service. Definitely will go back to them for future business.

The only tire shop I trust with my vehicles is Discount Tire. I m so glad there is one close to my work now! Great location on Windward right next to 400.Service is always top notch, staff knowledgeable and courteous, and work is done in a timely manner. I recommend calling ahead for an appointment time if possible, as they do get busy at certain hours.

These guys are AMAZING. i got a brand new Tesla and it had a flat the very first day i drove home, Tesla offered no help on this matter other than having to pay for tire replacement at $420. One good thing they did was directing me to go to Discount Tire.After getting my car to discount tire they were very very professional with everything they did, i could see the technician work through the window and they did a great deal of work on my tire to get it patched.BEST OF ALL was that the patch works are free. I was so relieved and happy to get my car back to normal and have been enjoying it since then.Thank you all.

TOO busy even with staff and appointments. Worth going to another location / competitor.Took car in early for simple rotation, I had an appointment.Was told an hour, online system showed check-in 30+m after I checked in and still said done by 3.3:30 saw car being worked on.Could not get rep's attention to give me keys to pickup until after 4pm (there was not charge and 2m checkout once had attention)Service was friendly and work done well, but it's just rotating tires for me so...

I came into Discount Tire earlier today with no appointment and was assisted by a gentleman named Manny. He was super knowledgeable and very professional in assisting me. He showed & compared different options for the tires I needed. Also, he recommended an alignment due to uneven wearing on my previous tires. While I was waiting, I saw him go above & beyond for multiple other customers. During my wait, I saw another employee, Reggie, go out of his way to do right by a disgruntled customer. I am very pleased to say that I will be back the next time I need tires and I would recommend this place to anyone!

First time using this service. They booked me 12 appointment, and I arrived at 11:55 am and they said they send me outdoor 1:35 pm. Their message system shows the same. At 1:45 my car has not pulled in, and I was checking that they said there are a couple of cars in front of me. Apparently they messed up my queue and ask me if I have appointment or not. Later they installed wrong grade tire, I spotted the error after the car out of garage. They installed the correct one after I spotted and request. All in all, not a great experience.

Been doing business with Discount Tire for at least eight years. They have a very professional service they get to you quickly and the road hazard warranty, which they call a replacement certificate has come in handy for me about eight times. That s 8 free tires I ve gotten that were damaged on the road, no problem ever with these guys highly recommend them as an added bonus they will match competitors prices, so go online find the best price you can find and they ll match it or even beat it free air checks and free tire rotations for the life of the tires. Discount is a really good place to do business

It took me too long to write this review but the team here is beyond incredible, I wanted to make sure to leave 5 stars. Reggie at the front always provides the same high level of patience and genuine care to each customer (even the ones that can come in a little more stressed out as car troubles can cause anyone to feel angry). The team is efficient and kind. I would highly recommend this location for all services!
