I went to get 2 tires mounted and balanced. Didn't think about the price as the highest price I've seen is 45$ the average is 35$ to 40$ a tire so the worst should have not been over 90$. So I go to check out and they tell me 180.00$I just was shocked they said mine was hard. Well they saw the tires before they started if they didn't have the proper machine they should have stopped and come tell me it would be and extra 100$. But they didn't and they just chuckle and said to bad. So if yours turns out to be a bit hard be prepared to get a surprise when you check out.

I had such a good experience here. They did the diagnostics on an older vehicle we needed to sell since our Mom was no longer driving. They were very honest and open and did exactly what was needed. Very grateful to the whole team.

Great place. Honest, and fair pricing. Fixed a major problem with our Mini that Alpharetta Volo tried to hide when selling us the car.

If you are looking for somewhere to bring your vehicle to be repaired or worked on, bring it here. I was referred to this shop by friends and the amount of peace they offered is unmeasurable. Tiffany took the time to listen to my concerns, she asked questions, she was patient and made the effort to help me (I was stressed and frantic). The gentlemen that worked on my car were outstanding. I regret not getting both names. One of the techs name was Kyle, I believe. They also took the time to hear why I was there. They understood my concerns with costs (I am a single mom of two) and time restraints. They gave me a full picture on all my repair options AND they set expectations with me. This is somewhere you can bring your vehicle and trust you are not being taken advantage of or nickel and dimed. They gained a lifelong customer. Amazing from start to finish. Can t say enough good things. Thank you!!

They were honest to me about what was wrong with my car when Pep Boys lied was going on and charged less. When there was a problem they fixed it for no cost because they just fixed it.

These folks are at the top of my list. After being told by 2 Kia dealers that the earliest appointment to look at my daughters car would be May I called Crabapple Automotive and they couldn t have been nicer. Told me to drop it off whenever I could. Same day they fixed her headlights, let me know the brakes were down, and that she was scuffing off front tire due to an alignment problem. Fixed it all same day and at very reasonable cost. I appreciate the service and am done with dealers. These folks have earned all my business.

I work for a family in the area and brought their van in due to what sounded like the brakes grinding. I asked if they could look at the car and give me a quote. They took the keys, test drove the car, gave me a quote then told me there was a $99 diagnostic fee. I totally understand mechanics charge diagnostic fees, however, I was not told up front that there would be a fee and it threw me off guard. When I explained this, the lady said well I need to pay my guys which I totally get, but I don t understand why I wasn t told about the fee before they looked at the car. I just hoped they would have been kind, apologized and waived the fee. Instead they got defensive and made me feel like it was my fault for not knowing about the fee and insisted I pay. This was my first experience at this mechanic so I can t speak for their work, but their customer service was far from exceptional.Service: Brakes

They destroyed my car and then shrugged their shoulders at me and won't fix it. I'm calling the police on them for vandalism.

I used to live in this area and when I returned to buy a car I was happy to see this shop was still around. They did a pre-sale inspection for me, and were able to work me into their busy day. The cost was $139, and would include up to 3 cars to be inspected. To compare, the Toyota dealer was $160 per car and it's only a visual inspection. This was a great relief to know I could look at multiple cars without paying for each one. They did a thorough inspection and talked me through the whole thing. I was super impressed with their knowledge and dedication to doing a good job. I would trust them with other needs for my vehicle.

Grey and his crew are always a pleasure to talk too. They are not like your typical chain automotive business, but instead care and listen to their customers. Highly recommend !!

I originally bought my car from CarMax and got the MaxCare warranty. When I noticed my valve cover leaking I searched for a MaxCare certified repair shop and Crabapple was nearby. Spoke to Melissa and it sounded like they could help, so dropped off my car and we agreed that they would install new spark plugs that I provided at no charge, while doing the valve job since it would be trivial.Called after 1 week, it wasn t even started yet. Called again after another week, valve cover hadn t arrived yet. Called again the next week, they said they didn t have a static mat so they had to order one to do the valve cover and spark plugs. I was thinking is that some special part, but no she just means an anti-static mat to stand on when doing the job I m thinking okay either they should probably already have that or why are they just realizing this now??Finally picked up the car after it was there nearly 4 weeks. Unfortunately had to pay an extra $200+ in totally unexpected charges (was only supposed to pay the CarMax warranty deductible). Nobody gave me a heads up that was going to happen. For example there was $94 for the engine oil (normally costs half that), and then $169 for gapping the spark plugs (they agreed to install new plugs that I purchased since it would be easy during the valve cover job, but I guess gapping them was too much to ask?).So after I started my car up to go home, was presented with a lovely new Chassis function restricted, drive moderately error message that wasn t there before. Went straight back inside, Grey says it was probably just due to lifting the car, drive it around a bit and it should clear.Reluctantly left the shop and the error message has not gone away after 2 days. Tried clearing the error with BimmerLink, no joy. It came right back.Turns out they left the sensor harness above the driver side shock unplugged. What kind of shop sends a customer home with an error like that, and doesn t even look things over?Long story short: Do not bring your car here if you care about your time, your car, or your money. Period. My assumption is people of Roswell/Alpharetta who come here have no idea about cars and don t even realize they re getting fleeced.

I mean simply amazing. It felt like 1980 when people knew your name and took care of you. They took care of me like I was family. Tiffany and the mechanics are simply a blast from the past and offer true cusotmer service - a lost art in todays world. They care and do great work. Couldn t make a stronger recommendation!Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

I took my car in for an alignment as that is what I thought was issue. They called and told me they attempted 3 times but I needed new tires so it could not be corrected. When I picked up car they still charged me for alignment and said it was in fact completed. Driving home my car was still just as bad as when I took it in. While I understand the tires where the problem, the service was not completed as stated and they didn t even bother to quote or help to get new tires. Instead, I took it somewhere else and spent $1300 on new tires and a free alignment. Instead of providing me help with what I needed they charged me for a services they knew upon inspection they could not complete properly and refused to refund. Matter of fact, the guy hung up on me after saying I disagree. So, if your in the market for a fair car repair shop that is concerned about making the necessary repairs and not taking you money avoid this place at all cost.

Please do not use these people. $800 for a spark plug replacement. After continued problems, I had to have another shop replace the plugs, only to let me know they had not been replaced in the first place. Of course I had no leg to stand on, and oddly enough, Crabapple Automotive was unable to check the part numbers to show me that they were new. These are bad human beings who I would recommend anyone to stay away from. Please do not use them. attached is a picture of what was removed and what I was told were new plugs............ *in retort to the rebuttal, I brought the car back this weekend because the car was not running correctly and was told the tires were out of balance. So I paid additionally for a tire balance... which clearly did not rectify the problem. If you would like to enjoy an interchange like the below, paying for services not rendered, being accused of running a local spark plug scam, and incorrectly diagnosing your own vehicle, this is surely the place for you. If not, I would urge caution.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My Jeep was overheating and they were the closest place but were super full and couldn t get it inside. They didn t want to send me away so they still took the time to look it over outside and spent a good 20 mins in 90 degree heat trying to see what maybe causing it. Ultimately there was an issue with my brand new radiator install and they didn t want to charge me since another place did the install so they got it running good and sent me to the place I had a warranty. Very nice, honest guys. I ll def use them next time!!

Stopped in for an oil change yesterday expecting to wait for an hour like I normally do at the dealership. My truck was completed in 20 minutes, better products (Mobile 1) and better pricing than the dealer. I will certainly be coming back from now on. The staff is friendly, professional and do a great job. Living in Woodstock, it is worth my drive!Service: Oil change
