Great experience purchasing tires online and getting them installed on my Jeep. Tires arrived early and I was able to schedule early morning appointment for install. They called to confirm appointment night before appointment. Levi was incredibly thorough to ensure new tires fit well, did not rub, and had correct pressure. Afterwards he helped me load up my old tires into my truck to take home. Always a good experience getting my tires here and the work from the folks at Costco.

I have purchased set of tires/installation two times from this location in last two years. Both times, I bought/scheduled online ahead of time. The first time was great and I only waited 5 mins to talk to someone. No issues with installation and balance/rotation issues so far. Yesterday, I didn't have to wait at all. Both time process was done on time as promised and the staff was friendly. I have not had to inquire warranty/defective tire related visits yet. Otherwise I have been happy so far.

Stay away! These guys are shady. They do everything in their power not to honor the manufacturer's warranty. I dealt with Tony, the assistant manager. He first tried to deny replacement because I didn't have a record of an alignment. However, the tire wear did not indicate misalignment. It took over 30 minutes of haggling to get them to agree to honor the warranty and prorate the purchase of a new set. Then he tells us that the warranty on the new set is only one year because they are a warranty replacement. Even though I'm paying over $600, I can't believe they are associated with Costco. Find another tire retailer!

Horrible experience. Purchased 4 tires and after a day went back because the tires didn t feel stable and I was worried about driving on them. Was told that they would not check the balancing that day and scheduled me an appt for 16 days later. The person at the tire center was quite rude and told me I m not use to new tires. I ended up going to my regular tire place and they said the tires were never balanced. Just put on the car and given to me that way. I had to pay the other place but there was no way I trust Costco to touch any of my cars again. To date, this is the only time I was truly disappointed in Costco service.

I have been a customer of Costco for over 20 years but I am extremely disappointed in their tire center. After 2 visits because of leaking air due to 2 nails in my tire, they refused to give me a new tire, even though my tire is supposed to be under warranty. I told them it was the 3rd time that I had had to fill the tire with air because of the nails. After making me wait for two hours, two times, they told me that thetire could be fixed. My tire kept leaking air after both repairs. I took my car to 2 other places for a second opinion and I was told that it was unsafe to drive the car with the tire in the condition that it was. I ended up giving up and taking my car to discount tire to replace the tire which was fairly new. They were professional and amazing with their service. I am so disappointed in Costco and their tire center and will never get tires there again.

I had a nail and leaking tire and ended up going to Sam s Club despite being a member of Costco for 18 years!Sam s Club Alpharetta had a very customer service friendly team who replaced my tires and had me out in 45 minutes despite a full schedule at 10 am on a Saturday. Though I ve been a member of Costco for nearly 18 years, they could not accommodate me for a week despite the emergency with my tire. And the tires were &100 lesser at Sam s club!For the first time ever, I would give Sam s a 10/10 for service, attitude and friendliness & COSTCO a big FAT Zero. I guess Google makes me give a 1/5 not a Zero.

Don't ever get your tires replaced here. They could care less about customer service. Every single time I come in, weather it's a walk in or scheduled appointment, it's always a 30min wait to talk to someone, even if I'm just dropping keys off at a scheduled appointment time.They messed up my tire order originally, and now that iv got the new tires on, one of them wont hold air. So I call and ask what there policy is. Its first come first serve, and they won't tell me the wait time over the phone. So i get there, wait in line for 30 mins, and then im told it's a 4-6 hr wait and they don't prioritize repairing there mistakes over there other regular customers.

Meh... Had a nail removed from set of tires I bought in March from them. Driving home the inflation display on my car had a different inflation reading for each tire. Rather than take it back and wait half a day, or wait to use their self serve tire inflation, I adjusted the pressure myself with a bike pump at home. Pretty basic thing they should have gotten right.

Wait time was ridiculous. I arrived early for my appointment maybe 25 mins before. I ve been waiting over 25-30 mins for someone to help me. If I have been told the membership holder had to be there I would have gotten them there. Because, I had the wait for them to acknowledge my existence, I would have missed my appointment if I got the member holder to their location in 10 mins. The guy said we can reschedule a week out or I could do a walk in! Are you kidding me? My tires were delivered 2 weeks ago and I ve been waiting for an appointment and you want me to wait more? Costco needs to fix/update their policies. Don t be rude and choose kindness.

The service in this warehouse is so terrible. Their attitude was rude. The wait time is extremely long. I am talking about at least two hours wait time. I would not recommend this store at all. They do not respect customers. You are under their mercy. Find somewhere else for better service. This warehouse is not trustworthy.Update: We went to another Costo warehouse. The service was done quickly and professionally. It is a day and night difference. Forget about this Alpharetta warehouse. Go somewhere else. It may take more time to drive to another warehouse, but you will get a much better service. Well worth doing it.

So far it has taken almost three hours to replace a flat tire I was told would be an hour to an hour and a half to replace. About an hour ago, I was told it would be 30 more minutes. I have also just now been told it will be another 30 minutes. This currently seems to be an ever expanding wait.

I am a long time Costco member and have twice got tires from them.The most recent experience was terrible. The previous tire purchase gave me a 70K Mile warranty. I just had 40K miles on them. I went back for scheduled tire rotation. I also requested new rims to be installed. The tire center was ready for rotation but as soon as I mentioned rim install they said they could not do that because the tires were worn out. They were still within warranty and I have been getting them rotated and aligned at suggested intervals.For them to honor the warranty, they needed the documentation. I did not have the documents for the alignments done. Its partially my fault that I did not have the documents but the shady behavior the tire demonstrated was not what I would expect at Costco. Bilal at the center tried to get away from addressing the warranty and tried me to get new tires without warranty by getting me $150 off on 4 tires.The next day I spent over $550 to get 4 new tires and new rims installed at the same center. after a couple of days I realized the wheel balancing was not done properly as the weights on the rims fell off in my garage. I went back to have them checked and balance again for the shoddy work that was done. I was told I have to wait because they would not accommodate me before other customers.Never in a service industry a customer is kept waiting for something the provider had done wrong. Never would I expect such a response at Costco of all. I understand that I had to wait till one of the garage bays becomes available but can't expect me to wait till all other customers are serviced.The attendants especially Anthony, at the tire center were rude when I expressed my disappointment and were dismissive and patronizing. I had taken time out to go to the center to fix something that should not have been there in first place.I finally had to meet the Center Manager Adam and expressed my disappointment to him as well. He was sympathetic and patient when I explained the situation. He walked with me to the tire center and made sure the fix to my car tires was a priority. He waited till the car was done and spoke to the attendants on how to handle customer complaints. Full marks to Adam for displaying great leadership. The whole fix took only 15 minutes which is what I had expected and had told them.Never the less. This was very poor from Costco Tire Center in not doing the job properly and then not addressing the complained first time.

Terrible service at Costco Alpharetta Tires Center. We installed new tires in 2021 at Costco. One of the tires caught the nail and has to be replaced. It has been 2 weeks since the replacement tire was ordered. Costco does not call to notify of delay, that the order has been cancelled twice. Apparently, the tires they installed initially in 2021 have been discontinued and there is not replacement tire that is the same. Whenever we call the department, the answer is always "it is coming tomorrow". Currently on the phone with the supervisor who is refusing to take responsibility or find a solution to the issue. When we asked to replace all 4 tires, their response was that we will have to pay for it. Next time Costco will not be the place to order new tires at.

Everything was fine with ordering the tires and scheduling the installation appointment.Then technicians broke off one of the wheel studs. No discount, no compensation. Spent 3 hours replacing the stud(honda crv).Contacted online support; they could not do anything for me. Interesting business model Costco.

They keep good records. Even if you misplace the receipt, the warranty and service are valid at any costco in the nation. Price is about the same.

Went in to get a simple repair on a tire for my car. I have none OEM studs and bolts to make swapping my OEM wheels and tires out for my track wheels and tires easier. I confirmed with the supervisor that the nuts needed to be torqued to 75 foot pounds and not the 103 foot pounds for the OEM nuts. Then I waited 2.5 hours to have a different person come out and tell me they can only torque the nuts to the OEM specs and the manager who wasn t there wouldn t allow it. I spend a ton of money a year on tires and will no longer use the tire center for another service.

Service time too long, they cannot help fixing small flat tire issue, instead suggest to replace tyre. No time to answer people questions, very rude.

They have a good service but they also can damage your rims. I would recommend to take some photos of your rims before the service as they damaged 3 of my 4 rims. I tried to fill a claim but they still saying that it s impossible that they did that and they went from kind to rude in a moment. The funny part is that their saying that I hit something while driving that did a perfect bend on my rims

I just returned from having one of my pickup tires replaced. I had not bought the original tire from Costco but wanted a match. This store just happened to be convenient and I knew they had my tire in stock.I walked in, explained what I needed, and walked out with the new tire in about 15 minutes. (Ok, so there were a "few" dollars traded as well.) Too bad I didn't think to note the name of the gentlemen who helped me. All I can say is THANK YOU!

The service in this warehouse is awful . Their attitude was so rude. They don t care and respect customers at all. The wait time is extremely super long. They will find an excuse to not use the warranty . DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

Terrible service, when I purchased the tires online it said they were going to be at the warehouse in 5 to 7 days, I even received an email telling me the tires where going to be there last week, so I made an appointment to have them installed, but when I went there the tires had not arrived, They assured me that as soon as they arrived they would call since they expected the tires to be in a couple of days later. It has been over a week and I have not heard anything from them

I called around to find a place that had 4 tires I needed. Asked if I could come in Sunday - needed to be sure I could manage EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS. we came up with the money- I arrived an hour before closing. Some middle aged man just said "nope" when I said I was there to get my tires and turned away and would not speak!! Offered no reason. No suggestion. Put a finger up to silence me when I tried to explain the situation. Horribly embarrassing. Now it is Sunday. Too late to go anywhere else. Even if you call ahead they will not honor their own word- maybe if I sent my husband I would have gotten the tires I needed today!!

They don't seem to have a lot of tires in stock. I drive a Toyota Camry, the most basic car of all time, and they didnt have tires in stock. Well, they did, but they weren't right for the Atlanta climate with the heat? Why keep those in stock? Plan ahead. Dont go if you have a sudden flat or need tires immediately

The customer service is not up to the Costco standards. They should improve it or stop selling the tires.Time and time again my experience is the same, friendly employees but the service itself is NOT set up for customer experience.

I am thinking about buying tires there; I am surprised that no one responded to the negative reviews - especially the one regarding improper installation.I have found the store-itself to be well managed and the service excellent. I would think those qualities would be passed along to the tire center.

I've had nothing but a good experience buying tires from Costco. Just came out from the free rotation and balance today.The only con is they can not check the alignment.

The tire guy on the front desk, his name is Mauricio, in rude and conical manner refused to answer my question about service. There ta was no line only one person stood by. Instead of answering my question, he answered mockingly: Have a good day! This Mauricio disgrace COSTCO, with hard working peopl inside company. No place for Mauricio in Costco..

I needed to replace all 4 tires on my SUV. Costco was al.ost $200 less than my dealer for the same Michelin tires. Friendly staff. I had great experience.

Terrible service...very unlike CostcoLeft me on hold for Tires ? Never picked back up? Call again got hung up on?? Went across street bought tires at Walmart. I hate leaving bad reviews but someone needs to fix issue.
