I recently had my car repaired at Classic Collision after a minor fender bender, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was courteous and professional. They provided a detailed explanation of the repair process and kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of the workmanship was top-notch, and my car looks as good as new. I highly recommend Classic Collision to anyone in need of auto body repair. Five stars!

I have to say the repairing experience in the Classic Collision alpharetta is so wonderful!! Steven really toke a great care of my Mazda in a great time manner. They changed a totally new undercarriage plate above the left-front wheel, and even repainted the sratched car body. Also, they helped me fix the "keyless system malfunction" warning issue showing on the board as after-sales service, which saved me hundres of dollors. Cannot appreciate more. Highly recommend this body shop!

I was very pleased with the level of customer service I received at Classic Collision. Mike and Doyle really took care in repairing my vehicle. They went above and beyond by repairing a ding on the hood and replacing my windshield wiper brackets which was not part of the original claim. I highly recommend Classic Collision!

Do not have your car repaired here. The agent never returns a phone call, too 30 days to replace a bumper, two tires, and two wheels, must call every hour every day to talk to an agent, delayed finish date 5 times, and had to wait an hour to pick up the car. The best was when they hammered a damaged side of the door instead of replacing it and buffed the paint. It's a $170k car. You and your car will be treated like a something they will never see again.

We got the best service ever from any collision shop. We came without setting appointment - the receptionist and the estimator Chad Ratlifft take our car immediately. I got constant updates about my car status and Chad was available for any question that I had. The car fix is exceptional and we have warranty for the work done. I recommend this place for anyone who need car fix.

My car was fixed for the most part. I got my car back and the sensors area for one side is chipped. I opened the trunk and the base was missing. When I asked them about it, they said we can fix it but dodged my calls for 2 months. They lost the trunk base and had to reorder it for me. Every time I asked for an update they wouldn t answer and if they did they just say I haven t seen the part yet I asked what the estimated delivery was and I didn't get any answer. Now going onto 2 weeks for the part being here and there s still no communication. I live over an hour away so just dropping by isn t an option. I did stop by once because I wasn t getting a call back for 2 months. Not sure when they plan on resolving this issue.

People were pleasent and communicated well, I am also very happy with the overall repair, however i had to only give 3 stars because I had to wait an entire month for my car to be repaired. Keep in mind, the only part in need of repair was my rear bumper thankfully I had my partners car to drive around with in the mean time, but if I had to spend tons of money on rental cars for a month my review would have probably been much much worse. Jeff was fantastic to work with along with the other staff, but the shop definitely needs to find a way to make repairs faster.Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience getting my truck repaired. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I arrived after they closed to pick up my vehicle and they were very nice about helping me check out. Jeff was very communicative and alway let me know what was going on. They had my rental car picked up for me so I did not have to drive back and get it. I could not have had a better experience.

Scheduled an appointment to have some damage priced. We wanted to pay for it out-of-pocket. Once we arrived, they couldn't find our appointment in the system. They had us fill out some paperwork and rescheduled us for another day. We arrive for our new appointment and they didn't have the paperwork we filled out. They said they must have thrown it away. They were persistent that we go through our insurance, but we still wanted to pay for it ourselves. We re-filled out everything and finally got someone to give us an estimate after waiting about 40 minutes after our appointment time. The person looking over our car was short with us and rushed. Everyone we dealt with was pretty rude throughout the whole process.

My jeep needed a ton of repairs after an accident. The whole team was really helpful and had everything done very quickly. My car was taken to Classic Collision Alpharetta location after an accident. Although it was a total loss and no repairs were done, I was really satisfied with their customer service. Hands down one of the best body shops you can find. Been working with several of their locations for YEARS while I was reconditioning cars for multiple used car dealers. They always do excellent work THE FIRST TIME. Today I hit a chunk of truck tire on the highway and it broke the lip on the bottom of my front bumper. By the time I got stopped it was shredded and wrapped up under the front axle so I Very slowly I got the car here to the shop and I was DRAGGING PART OF THE BUMPER. within 2 minutes Jeff was laying in the parking lot cutting off broken pieces and securing what was left just so I can get the vehicle home which is a good hour away. Talk about fast service. I think the whole ordeal took all of 10 minutes. I m so grateful and really appreciate his cheerful attitude and willingness to help. Thank you 100 times over!!

I passed my Camry to repair back quarter but this collision 431 S Main Street hurt my receiver Navigation that it s price is 7300 bucks I don t recommend to repair your car by this collision

I just picked up my car from Classic Collision and am so blown away by the amazing job they did! Michael was my adjuster and he was so helpful and on top of the car of my car.. Someone backed into my car and Michael took care of everything. He even was able to put the trim that was not made by Toyota on the door back on and made it look even better than before. I had an appointment to bring my mother's vehicle for repairs, been that I had to picked up the vehicle from a different location, I arrived late than the original appointment (12:00 noon instead of 10:00am). When I arrived, they indicated that I needed to reschedule my appointment and that they cannot do anything for me. I can understand this since it was me who arrived late. However, my problem is the unprofessional way that they treat customers, not wanted to answer any question, the only words out of their mouth is "you need to call your insurance". I should have read the red flag, since while I was waiting at the lobby, they theated the same way to another customer on the phone. In summary, if you don't want to be treated disrespectfully get your business some where else.Jean Pierre

They've had my Genesis for 2 months now. Delay after delay after delay. I just want it back. If I finally get it back next week and the work is top notch I'll update my review with a higher rating. Otherwise I don't recommend taking your car here.

Each person I encountered at Classic Collision worked diligently to make my experience with them seamless from initial estimate to finished product.They worked quickly with my insurance company and communicated well with me during each step of the process. They matched my paint color very well - and the body work done is perfect.Most of the employees were wearing masks - and also we did a lot of the initial consult outside. They disinfected my car prior to pickup.I would definitely recommend them for any repair work you need done and I would use them again.

I ve had three cars worked on here in the last year for my family. Each time was the perfect customer experience paired with superb work. Their entire staff was very polite and helpful but especially my representative Melissa. They are lucky to have a true professional on staff like her. If I am unlucky enough to need more collision work soon I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work guys!

Did a poor job on my front end. I didn't know I could take it back until I spoke with an insurance adjuster who recommended them for a new claim. On the mere suggestion of using Classic Collision was very upsetting and I asked for someone else. In the meantime, the adjuster suggested I take my car back for them to fix their shabby work and it turned into an argument. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE choose another body shop and avoid the frustration!

I cannot urge people enough to go elsewhere...anywhere else. I took my car here in June, they had it for a month...totally fine. I knew that was how long it would take. They didn't fix all of the issues that I told them about. Melissa tried to tell me that I never told her, but I am sure I brought it up when going over my car...as I knew it was not something visible. They said they will fix, but it did require me to come back up to the shop.I have had to bring my car back multiple times and it is still not fixed. Every time I have taken it in it comes back not fixed or something else broken. I have to chase them down (Melissa) to even get a response (when she even responds). They sent a mobile electronic company to my house and he said he could fix this final issue if they would order the new antenna needed. Melissa has not responded to my multiple emails regarding this, and she is not responding to the electronic guy either. He has even reached out to her and he offered that he would fix it so I don't have to deal with this place and going up there...again. It is 30 minutes from my house, but I picked this location over others due to good reviews.I really hope this is a one off experience. But I genuinely wish I had taken my car elsewhere. It is now November and my car is still not back to where it was prior to my accident in June.Service: Body & Trim

This is by far the best body shop experience I have ever had. They worked within my budget and did an amazing job repainting two of my door handles who's top coat and paint had begun flaking off. They were also able to turn it around in under 24 hours. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond the call of duty. My car looks brand new again! I highly recommend this company!

I had a great experience with this company. The customer service is out of this world. My car came in almost completely totalled, its taken about 3 weeks to fix. I've been kept up to date on the progress of my car the whole time it was in the shop. Marco was amazing, very kind and extremely friendly...they answered every question and handled any issues with my insurance and car rental place. I truly appreciate Marco and his amazing work ethics and skill...thanks to all the people who worked on my car!!!

Classic Collision exceeded my expectations. I was given three companies to choose from and decided to go with CC, based on their reviews. When I arrived the front desk specialist greeted me with a warm smile. Her and the consultant took my information and gave me a realistic date of completion. I loved receiving daily text messages regarding the status of Christina (my car). There was a one day delay, because I lock the glove compartment . Insurance company recommended this place to me. To sum up my experience, I had to return my car more than once to get my car window seal fixed, and to correct runs in the paint I discovered on their work area. Had $10 in change stolen from my car although they do advise to remove property/valuables out the car. I was compensated $50, just received it after 2 months of waiting. All in all just because of the compensation this place earns 2 stars.

Had a good size dent on the rear quarter panel of my Tesla. The metal was stretched and needed a good amount of work. Jeff and team did a great job communicating and getting the car in and out in impressive time and the car was returned to me in better than new condition (fixed a paint blemish that came from the factory).Highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning for any future needs.

FYI : I have no affiliation with this company other than as a customer.No one at this company solicited this response.I took my car to Classic Collision to have the front bumper replaced. I met with the service rep. named Joel Green. Mr. Green was courteous, knowledgeable and provided an estimate for the repair after looking over the car.He brought out a paint crew to check the paint match. These people did an excellent job of installation and paint matching. The job was completed ahead of schedule and for a fair price.In addition to this, the car was washed and the interior was thoroughly cleaned .There was a part of the interior roof liner fabric that had come loose and was hanging down. They fixed it without me mentioning it,without charge, and without them mentioning it.Why did I give these people 5 Stars ? Very simple : They earned it fair and square.

The staff at Classic Collision of Alpharetta is the most professional and customer oriented you will find in the industry. They make every attempt to get the job done right the first time, on time, and with outstanding workmanship. I have used them twice this year and they always make me feel that I picked the right repair company. If you have an issue or complaint they are so eager to make you happy that you almost feel guilty. I recently had a bumper repair and after a couple of days noticed a rattle. I called the customer service manager and she asked that I bring the car by and they would take a look. I went to their facility and the general manager actually crawled under my car to find the rattle. He had it fixed it 5 minutes. You can't beat an attitude like that.By the way, the workmanship is perfect. You will never be able to spot the repairs they do to your car.
