Would definitely return again! The team was very nice and I liked that they inspect the car during the oil change. They sent me the report via text with all the details and pictures. Highly recommend!

The staff were very friendly and quick to assess the problem with my car and got it sorted out by the end of the day. Sean O Connor was awesome to work with. The team there explained what was wrong with my car and went through the different options and price points I had to choose from. Totally recommend the Milton location to everyone with even the smallest car issue.

They are great to work with. They have a free service where they take you to work or home while you get your car worked on. Even in the midst of an expensive repair I felt very cared for. They gave me many options and we re not pushy. Mike, Sean , Josh, are the men who serve me and are awesome to work with!

Best service EVER !!! Joshua helped me out so much and Shawn made my right peaceful. I had almost a hour drive and they took me to my destination. Very accommodating and super kind. They were NOT trying to get money out of me but simply wanted the best for me and my vehicle. I really appreciate you guys and I will be back. I recommend them 100%!!!!

Mike, Ryan and the team took great care of me and Dan (my van). I'm new to the area but they made me feel as if I'd come home. I was quoted a fair price and when they came in under that, I was pleasantly surprised. Their thourough inspection revealed items that needed immediate as well as projected attention. I'd gladly send my mother to have her car repaired at Christian Brothers. Thanks guys!

This is absolutely the best place ever to take your car to! Very efficient! The entire staff id incredible. I absolutely trust them. Friendly and thru always take the time to explain problems with my car. I depend on them always to do full assessment and give honest recommendations. The courtesy van is a plus! I cannot say enough good things about this place! They're like family.

The owner (Mike) & the team @Christian brothers are fantastic. They are very customer focused, knowledgeable & personable. Pricing is fair & they stand behind their work. Waiting area is new & clean (easy to work from is needed). I use to stress whenever I had car problems (mechanic trust issues ) but I no longer worry that I m going to get taken advantage of. I know I can trust Christian Brothers to take care of my car (and not empty my wallet) .

It is rare that I write a review!My experience with Christian Brothers has led me to do that very thing.I have always been very sceptical of auto repair shops. It has led me to do all mechanical work on my vehicles. Recently I had a problem with my 2008 Ford Mustang that was beyond my scope of expertise . I relunctly brought my car to a repair shop.. The service that I received has changed my heart . I would recommend this shop to anyone. Sean and Ryan were very professional in every way. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Hope I never have to visit a repair shop again, but if I do, I'll come with confidence that I'll be treated right.Thank you!!Mark White

Very happy with our experience here. They gave a detailed assessment of my son s Chevrolet Silverado and repaired it accordingly with no pressure to add-on services. Ryan was very kind, professional, and transparent about costs etc. We will definitely return here in the future due to their honest and reliable work.

I recently took my Lexus to Christian Brothers for some repairs. From the moment I dropped my car off to when I picked it up I was notified with updates on my cars repairs. I was happy to know that my car was in the best hands. My family and I take our cars to Christian brothers because they are the most reliable shop in Alpharetta. Christian Brothers is professional, efficient, clean, and outstanding. Ryan who is one of the service advisers at Christian Brothers always goes above and beyond to help break down and explain any of my car issues/concerns. Thank you Christian Brothers & Ryan for being a top notch business. I would recommend anyone & everyone to go see them for any repairs!

I was very impressed with the staff at this location , everyone at the office , including the owner , were courteous, helpful and diligent with trying to find the best solutions for my car -related problem. The owner went out of his way to assist with transportation while my car was at the shop .He also took extra time to explain various repair-related options to me including money -saving ones. I definitely recommend this location and will be going back for all my car -related needs !

I needed my wheels aligned on my 2008 Mercedes in a hurry yesterday, because of a long trip I need to take this week. I d seen this shop driving by a few times, but never had the opportunity to use them. They impressed me from the moment I arrived. The place is clean, and the people are very attentive. I needed to wait and I had my dog with me. No problem, come right in. I was offered coffee and water for my pup. They performed the service and had me out exactly when they said they would. I will be using them the next time I need something done on one of my thee cars, and I recommend you give them an opportunity to win you over too. Thanks

Christian Brothers has consistently provided exceptional service to me for several repairs on my car that had to be made this year. A couple months back, I brought my car in thinking I had another issue with my AC. Shawn O'Connor diagnosed the issue and turned out it was user error. They didn't charge me a dime and sent me on my way. They are the most transparent auto shop that I've ever been to. Highly recommend.Service: Air conditioning

The guys at Christian Brothers really saved the day for my wife recently. We had a check engine light that we could not figure out and brought the car to Christian Brothers. Not only did they complete the repair quickly, but their experts spotted an issue that several other mechanics had missed entirely. If left unattended, it could have turned into a very costly, and potentially dangerous problem. Sean and the whole team pitched in to make sure the issue got fixed in record time and that we were back on the road. It is gratifying to know that there are pros working in the automotive industry who really are concerned about the welfare of others and want to help. Thanks again for excellent customer service!

I needed a pre-purchase inspection done and CBA was able to help me short notice in on a Friday, completing the service earlier than predicted. Everyone was so nice and very accommodating; always coming to check on us and offering us beverages during our wait( I was able to make a cup of hot chai tea :^} ). Ryan explained what was done during the inspection and what repairs/replacements would be needed in an friendly, easy to understand manner, not talking down to me or 'over my head'. I would happily recommend CBA-Milton/Alpharetta.

I did Synthetic oil change here for my car at the Alpharetta location. Usually, synthetic oil change lasts about 7,500 15,000 miles before you need another one. And, the synthetic Oil change I often do at the dealership lasts about the same... However, the synthetic oil change I did here at Alpharetta location in May, 2023 only lasted about 3,000 miles before my car shows remaining 10% life of oil. That means whatever they did was not honest work. I would rather pay $10-$15 more to the dealership for synthetic oil change and get honest work done.

Prior to going to Christian Brothers, I replaced 3 parts myself, based on the Service Engine Code and recommendations from the auto parts stores and online forums. The Service Engine light kept returning and the car failed the Georgia emissions test. Finally I called Christian Brothers. They correctly identified the bad part and replaced it the same day I called. I have driven the car 400 miles since then and the Service Engine light has not returned.

This place is great. I had a wheel sensor out and I got it fixed and was driving in no time. They also did a complete diagnostic and recommend other services too. I just had my tires rotated and oil changed too. Oh they also offer a shuttle service to and from the shop. Will be back for any car needs in the future! My daughter and I periodically get routine maintenance. They are polite, friendly and professional where they are always transparent with their work. The work ethic is excellent. Low to no pressure.
