These guys are amazing! Cyrus constantly raises the bar with his customer service and delivery. Everytime my car is in the shop I know it s in great hands. If I could give them ten stars I would!

I highly recommend Centennial Motors. They are incredibly cost-effective and customer service oriented. They've been my go-to for Mercedes repairs, and I've always been satisfied with their work.

Just got my 2014 ML350 back for it's 100,000 mile service and cannot be happier! These guys are great and know MB better than anyone else I have used! I have been going to this place me and my wife for past 10 years and they do good work on our cars generally. However, the past 3-4 times we ask them to call me/us before they do any paid car repair work to get our approval and each last 3-4 times maybe more they have not. They did the work and THEN call us pick it up and pay. We have ask them number of times to call get approval before doing work! They have not. So perhaps this will be a good reminder to follow instructions of customer. That would be good customer care/service!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Customer for life after my visit today!! Professional and caring. I see people complain about lost stuff it s a car drop off 101 when you drop your car off somewhere you have to take your personal stuff from the car and I see people complain about prices in here also, this is part of driving luxury if you think prices are high to get your Mercedes fix in here maybe you should drive a Toyota or Honda.

Ok stop going to dealerships for Mercedes service! I ve been doing business with Centenial motors for more than 20 years! Never any surprises. Best customer service on the planet! Service beyond expectations. Fair pricing! So glad I found them when I did! My 2012 E350 still runs as if I just drove it out of the dealership when it was brand new! You won t be disappointed! Yes I m a real person and a Roswell resident!

What a great organization--the father/son combination and the entire staff. I love RBM, but Centennial is my dealer and service provider of choice. They are very honest and have always done super work on my vehicle and it did not cost me a fortune. I really appreciate their work ethic and integrity. In 2016, those two descriptors have disappeared, but thanks to Cyrus and his dad, they have restored my faith in the repair industry. Thanks for being you. Keep up the great work.

Been with these guys for several years now. Cyrus and the staff there are ALWAYS extremely nice and knowledgeable. I took my car in recently and besides the work it needed they went above and beyond and wiped down the inside of my car because my window was stuck in the down position for a few days. I would highly recommend Centennial Motors.

Long time customer, enjoyable friendly place to visit, stay awhile, eat. Be Merry. They added a bar area a few years ago which increased the seating capital. Like everywhere, the pandemic had effected the number of persons but they have kept up the service level and food quality. Really good food. Quality place, visit and support a local business. I think prices are reasonable. Good VCariety if choices, feeshlny made to order.

Quick service but was definitely over charged! Paid to much for an after market starter.. I guess you live and you learn.. I appreciate you getting back to me so quickly. However, when I researched the price of Bosch Starters for my S550, the price was anywhere from $175-215 for the Bosch Starter. You charged me over $400 for the starter. I am well aware that mechanics pay wholesale for parts. Why did I get charged doubled for the price of a starter?I just think that's unfair business practice.

Awesome experience, Great customer service and honest! I have been driving back to Alabama to have my Mercedes serviced but honestly they made me feel at home. Energy in the shop was positive and I will be telling everyone I know with a Mercedes to visit this shop!!! Greatly appreciated

Horrible customer service, very aggressive owners when I got my S550 back the HDD adapter has been stolen from my glove compartment also all my chargers and aux cords that I KNOW undoubtedly I left in the vehicle upon dropping it off. I over paid for labor. But the thievery from my car took the cake, if they will steal petty things out of someone s vehicle what kind of people are you guys really THIEVES!!Stay away from people like this and mom and pops shops who don t value your hard earned dollar..stealing broke the integrity of even calling your selves a official Mercedes Benz dealer scumbags!

Great guys that know what they are doing with anything related to Mercedes vehicles, Outstanding service.Charlie, Cyrus and Max these guys go the extra mile and they know what they are doing.I've been a customer for 7 years. Seriously I've gone to RBM, Mercedes of Bucheead and the other independent of Peachtree industrial and those guys are not knowledgeable when it comes to fixing ABC issues.Centennial knows their stuff.

I had just bought a used 09 E350 and I had a gas leak that I didn t know was common until I called Centennial Motors. They emailed me a letter from Mercedes Benz which explained the extended warranty details. I took the letter to RBM and got the gas tank replaced w/o paying a dime! Centennial Motors saved me close to 3k!!! Thank you guys so much!!!
