Honest communication is almost as important as having a shop full of skilled mechanics. I've been coming here for three years. I can always count on them to tell me what they can do, what is questionable, or what is not able to be done. Today they replaced a headlamp assembly on my Acadia. Certainly not a routine bulb replacement, and got it done ahead of schedule. Will I go back the next time the Acadia needs servicing? Absolutely!

Can't say enough about these guys! Professional, timely service. They could have sold us a couple of additional items, but because they didn't, they are now a trusted resource when the time does come.

Great experience,as always, with Carlylse and his expert service department electrical issues with my C5 Corvette which seem to be a common problem with time and patience he and his crew got it figured out picked it up and she looked and sounded better than when I brought it in a family business built on honesty, integrity and performance his wife even helped me find places I could go to for parts this isn t a 5 star operation it is a Ten star business I will always trust Carlylse and his team with my auto needs and you should as well

I like this place and will definitely return, they were honest and genuine. I received a fair price on a good pair of tires, I'm very glad to have stumbled on to them and will likely use their services from here on out.

Canada Tire Company is the real deal. They re obviously experts when it comes to tires. But after my recent experience with Carlylse and his entire team, I have no hesitation giving them five stars for their quality workmanship, pricing, and overall customer service. In the past two months, I ve had work done on two vehicles (Jeep Wrangler and Fiat 124 spider). Work included new tires, brakes, tune up, oil change, and a replaced starter. The service need was clearly explained, the pricing was fair (and below what others had quoted), and the work was finished on time. I can t say I look forward to needing more automotive service. But it s reassuring to know where to go when the time comes.

I ve used them a few times and never had any issues. However, this time I did, there was a problem with my oil change, and a human error was made. What made this experience different than all others is the way they reacted and handled the situation and acknowledged that it was an error on their side. I was warned that being a female mechanics would attempt to take advantage of the fact that I had a little knowledge of vehicles, or trying to over sell me on things. With Canada Tire company that was far from the experience that I received, they went above and beyond to correct a mistake that was made and because of the way they reacted and handle the situation. I will be going back. Because at the end of the day, we are humans we make mistakes, but it s how we handle it that makes a difference. I am extremely pleased with how Carlyle handled everything. They were very courteous and polite and took care of the situation better than I expected. You can believe them when they say they standby their work.Thank you!

Very good job , highly recommend! Very professional, fast and affordable price if compare with another shops I would tell cheap. Friendly staf , was change valve cover gasket, sparks, tube seals, coil and plugs very fast and also did miracle with my head light u can see on my pic ( attached).Thanks guys so much!!!

I've been a customer for ALMOST 30 years. While Canada Tire isn't the cheapest when it comes to repair work, I keep coming back because I can trust them not to upsell on any service or sale. My wife had squeaky brakes, brought the car in, and told Canada that she probably needed new brakes. Right there a GOLDEN opportunity for them to agree and do the service, but instead they removed a foreign object that was making the squeaking noise and said she'd be good on the brakes for another several thousand miles. That's just one example. Thanks, Carlisle, for being our go-to shop for all our cars!

Mr. Bill had great customer service . Just meeting him for the first time. Being a female not knowing to much about my car. He broke it down and made it so simple for me to understand. Great attitude need more people like him. I would refer customers here to thiscompany.Thank you

Loyal customer of over 13 years because Carlyle and team always treat me like family. I get the best price, solid work and honesty that is paramount to me and my family. Only rated it a 5-star cause Google Reviews do not allow for a sixth!

The AC went out in my car. I took it to another place and they quoted me ~$1k to replace the AC compressor so I started asking around for a second opinion. Another mechanic who doesn't work on Honda's recommended I take my car to Canada Tire Company and I'm so glad I did! Turns out my AC compressor was fine. I ended up paying $140 to replace 2 minor AC parts and a well overdue oil change. As a young female I agree w another reviewer, this is where you send your daughter so she doesn't get screwed over. Thanks Canada Tire Company!!

I've been taking my car(s) here for years. They really know their stuff and my vehicle always runs better after I take it for service and check ups. The wait isn't too long, either. I have never had a problem getting my car back by the time I needed it, and I really appreciate the advice they give me for my vehicle.

Nice guys. Quick and honest. Most places would try selling you more work and they told me I had a few thousand more miles on my breaks and tires. And their oil change, tire rotation, and inspection was cheaper than my usual oil change at other places. Would definitely recommend.

I needed quite a bit of work on my 2003 GMC 2500 HD truck. They were able to fix all 5 issues with my truck in 1 day! The main rear seal was leaking oil so bad, that the wife was about to make me get a new truck! They fixed a noise issue that turned out to be a u-joint. Oil change, tire rotation & fixed my added fog lights that I installed! My bad wiring! Opps!Plus, they waited for me to get there when they were closing. They recommend a new battery for my big old truck, 378,302 miles.They installed the new battery in 5 minutes.I was on my way a little after 6pm. Home by 7pm. Which is normal in my life!I love these guys!

I brought my car in because it was hard to put it into gear. They suggested to change tranny oil. Charged me $100 for it - the next day car wouldn't shift into any gear. Seems like too big of a coincidence for it to go out the day AFTER I visit them. They seem nice but I don't trust them.

I have been going to Canada Tire for about 25 years. Always great service and they have never taken advantage of me as a single woman. As a matter of fact, Carlysle Canada, the owner, has talked me out of work in the past saying that I didn't need it yet.

Honest and Hardworking. Excellent service, doesn't give you the run around or talk you into things you don't need. Definitely my go to shop for everything as long as I'm living in the area.

Recommended by my daughter and am so glad I took her advice .If you are a lady worried about getting ripped off by a mechanic shop it's nice to have a shop you can trust. 100% . Make this your repair and tire shop.

I was referred to this place and was told they were very honest and it turned out they are very honest and also very good people I would definitely be back here I brought my son's 93 Chevy pickup truck and they gave me a diagnosis of what was wrong with the truck unfortunately I have not got the money right now to fix the truck times are very hard for me and they did not charge me anything for diagnosis I really appreciate it that money will help my family a lot I will definitely be back in the future for any mechanic needs thank you guys God bless
