If you need your vehicle fixed due to any kind of collision, please use the caliber collision center in Alpharetta. You will not be disappointed. Ask for Eran, she s WONDERFUL! My car is back to beautiful.

I have had negative experiences at two other body shops in Atlanta, both Tesla certified.I will tell you, that my experience this time was impeccable.Caliber, pleasant, helpful on time, they updated me, and went beyond. Travis was my contact. 180 degrees from the other shops people: he was pleasant trustworthy and helpful. Even something simple as cleaning the car was performed, Whereas the other two were the opposite.I would highly recommend Caliber for Tesla and, I promise you, this is a true review.

Couldn t be MORE satisfied. From Jennifer answering the phone to Travis who was in charge of my vehicle. I couldn t believe how they went out of their way to provide excellent service. This is compared to the other collision places I had called previously who responded to me like they were providing free service . My goodness!!! So thankful for these crew. I felt at ease after my first call and continued to be treated with respect the entire time my vehicle was at this location. I recommend them 150%.

Working with Caliber Collision was a fantastic experience. They really do care about customers and making things as convenient and hassle-free as possible. They do a fantastic job of keeping you up to date, responding to questions promptly, setting (and beating) expectations, and just taking a frustrating thing (like a damaged vehicle) and making it an surprisingly good experience. My repair even required working with some 3rd parties and they handled everything themselves.

This location is the nicest shop! I had Tesla bumper fixed last time and it looks flawless. The staff are so nice, courteous, and friendly. This time, I had a paint chip while car washing and Carlos provided courteous service to hide it. I will definitely come back to this shop for any repairs

Superb service and super friendly staff. The GM German Duran was able to work in my vehicle repairs and finish within 3 weeks, even though I wasn t previously on the schedule. He also kept me statuses. Darryl Walls was also very helpful with check out process. Appears to be excellent work quality and vehicle looks brand new. I will update if any changes

Had a great experience having my windshield replaced by Caliber. Derrick and Sharod were both very professional, on time as planned, communicated through the whole process and made the experience smooth for me. I will be highly recommend Caliber going forward!

This is one of the best places to take your Tesla in Atlanta ! They are so professional & will have your Tesla restored to new ! Carlos worked with me & he gave me some of the best customer service I have ever received ! There were many small details I was concerned about when fixing my Tesla & Carlos ensured all those small details would be fixed ! Carlos also kept me well informed with what was going on with my Tesla throughout the process ! When I got my Tesla back , it looked brand new !! Thank you so much Carlos & the caliber collision team for going above & beyond to get my Tesla back to new !

Caliber Alpharetta is the nicest Tesla shop in Atlanta staff is so warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Front desk was very patient and accommodating. My service rep Khemara was very knowledgeable with Tesla, courteous and very very above and beyond! This location is terrible. USAA has a contract with this vendor & the customer service is horrible. Jessica specifically. If you plan on getting your vehicle back in a timely manner make other plans. The work is fine, but WHEN you get you car back is another story and the customer service will NOT care. Erin is great though, so I have to add that.

got into two accidents within 2 month. Both of times I brought it here because I did not want to wait 2month for actual tesla. First time, they got it fixed pretty quickly without any major problem. After picking my car up, I had to bring my car back in couple of times because they "forgot" to reprogram my door handle(all my handles weren't working).Real problem happened after my second accident.First problem was everything took way longer. After they tolled my car into this bodyshop, nobody from here contacted me. Had to call them multiple times, just to get the estimated time for the job to be done. After picking up my car there were BUNCH of problems. First, my car had the error code+couldn t use auto pilot. Because of this, I brought it back to this shop at least 5 times. Every time I stop by, they would "fix" it within 10 mins and tell me that everything is fixed, they just had to reset the car. But nope, error code comes back on as im driving out the bodyshop. The last time, which was the 5th visit back, the manager German, we exchanged cell number so we could Text. He asked for couple of days for him to find out what is wrong with my car. We texted back and forth for about 2 days, and now, no reply. Ignores my text. After that, I called the actual Tesla Mobile service, the tech came and got my car fixed within 5 mins, and told me its always just better to get the job done at REAL teslas. So lesson learned for me.Oh yea, paint work they did on both of my driver side doors were just bad. Swirls mark all over them. My car has bunch of white paint marks(overspray) all over my car, even on passenger side, which I dont understand because all the accident damage were only on my driver side. My car is black.To summarize this, I would not come back here ever again.

Khemara and Breyonna were AMAZINGGGGG. Originally I was supposed to go in the following week until I got a notification on my Tesla that it may not re start after my accident. Immediately they said yes to allow me to turn in my Tesla early. Everyone kept me informed of my timelines, what part of the process they were in. My Tesla looks amazing and so clean! Darryl and Breyonna were fantastic. From the moment I stepped into the center I knew I was in the right place! Received immediate care and reassurance that I would be back on the road as soon as possible. This team went more than the extra mile! Received regular updates via text and phone. My Tesla looks amazing and was delivered way ahead of schedule. If you have a Tesla in need of body repair, save yourselves a lot of time and go directly to Caliber on Westside Parkway, you will be glad you did!!

I had a really bad experience at Caliber and I believe it's entirely due to management issues.I took my Tesla in for repair with minor rear damage, they gave me a 2-month completion estimate, which I thought was really long. But when I called at the estimated date to inquire about pickup, I received no answer. After multiple calls, I learned that the technician working on it had left the company, leaving my car just sitting there.After further discussions with Caliber, a new Advisor (Darryll) was assigned to work on the car. He was great and did his best to pick up the pieces and make progress, but it still took 3 more months to complete the fix.At the 5th month mark, I was told the car was ready for pickup. Upon inspection, I discovered that the main screen was bubbling/cracked. The insurance denied coverage, stating the problem wasn't present when I handed the car over for repairs and wasn't caused by the accident. Caliber's policy was to deny responsibility, even though the issue clearly occurred while the car was in their care. It was evident that the car had been left out in the sun for too long, causing the problem.I understand that regular employees can't override this policy, as it's Caliber's stance. So, I attempted to contact Jason, the Manager for this location, via email. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response or communication from Jason. There isn't even a phone number available to reach him.I felt like collateral damage stuck between the insurance company and Caliber. Ultimately, I believe this is a Caliber management issue. They're aware the issue occurred while the car was under their care, but they're unwilling to take responsibility or even discuss the possibility of doing so.

These guys are the best! When they say Lifetime Warranty, they mean it! We had some repairs done a couple of years ago, and had a little rub appeared recently between the door and fender. Turns out it wasn t their problem, but they fixed it anyway for no charge! Thanks Carlos!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. What was supposed to be a rental paid for by Caliber due to damages to my vehicle after a repair, I ended up in over $1500 bill I had to pay for in rental because it was sent to collections. This was early August and I have been fighting to get the money back over the last 2 months since I ve discovered it. The rental company ended up loaning the vehicle to others and called me asking where the car was when I dropped it off at Caliber 3 weeks earlier. I have had very poor communications with German and 0 luck in getting reimbursed. I have been patient and kind enough to hold back a negative review but there is 0 urgency in getting this resolved.

I have a Tesla model 3. Unfortunately after 6 months of being here, new to the area, a larger piece of metal fell out of the back of a truck while on the interstate with other cars around me and no where to go; So I had to run it over. I had visible damage to the right rear tire area.I have USAA as my auto insurance and they suggested Caliber because they were not only USAA certified, but also Tesla certified. My car wasn t able to be safely driven, so it was towed to Caliber. Carlos was assigned my car (thank you SOO much Carlos for dealing with me). Carlos went ABOVE and BEYOND! I would get an update at least once a week rather it be a phone call or even a quick text. Carlos even spoke to my insurance numerous times to help with some complex situations.The day I was expecting to pick my car up, there was a hiccup. After the alignment check, it was determined there unfortunately was damage to the right front of the car that was not noticeable and could not be diagnosed until the car was drivable. My husband drives over 50 miles to and from work each day and we are in different directions all day. This was definitely a huge inconvenience to our lives and also very costly since we were paying for our rental out of pocket. Carlos and the team went above and beyond to get this fixed in 1 day. They found parts locally and made it happen. NOW that s what I call customer service!When it came time to pick my car up, Carlos not only stayed after hours for me to help satisfy his customer, but he also was very understanding of my situation. This could ve easily gone south and been a bad customer review, BUT because they went above and beyond, I m giving them 5 FIVE stars! Thank you again team!

I took my Tesla to another authorized dealership and they took a month to get me an estimate. Caliber Collision provided the estimate in a few days. Ali was wonderful. She kept me informed of the status throughout the whole process. The repairs were great and I received my Tesla back sooner than I expected. I highly recommend Caliber Collision Alpharetta!

DARRYLL WALLS I DONT KNOW WHAT ACTUAL POSITION IN CALIBER HE IS OR MANAGER OR SERVICE PERSON OR WHAT BUT THIS MAN DESERVES A HUGE RAISE!!!! We had issues with Allstate, major Tesla back ordered parts that could have taken forever to get. I don t know what this man did! HE GOT MY CAR DONE! I had my Tesla rear-ended in March and my car was sent here for repairs. Initially, I was very impressed with their professionalism and communication. Khemarra was handling my case and she was very professional. She kept me updated weekly and also addressed my queries promptly.The repairs were mostly satisfactory, but a scratch that was falsely reported as pre - existing wasn't fixed. I contacted them 4 times in 3 weeks, where they assured me they will call me back soon, but no one called back.After mentioning this on the next call in mid August, they gave me an appointment for September 4th, to address the scratch issue. Naturally, the shop was closed as it's Labor Day.While Caliber Collision showed promise with their excellent service, the subsequent lack of follow-through and mismanagement of scheduling left me with mixed feelings.Service: Body & Trim
