I was looking for a diesel shop in the area and I Spoke to woody on the phone this morning for 30 min before I even became a customer. Very friendly, peoples person to say the least.I feel confident that my brothers trucks will be in good hands with Woody. sometimes all it takes is a phone call to know if someone is honest or not and after speaking with him i can say for sure he is a stand up guy.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Hello everyoneWe had done business with a customer that needed a 3406b Caterpillar engine first of all the customer came on my premises without any authorization in the early a.m. no employees were there and he had loaded a engine he had ordered from my company and brought it to AMT fleet service to install I specifically told this customer I need the old engine back upon arrival and I believe he had told this to Woody and the customer did not do what they were told they were told when their engine gets to our facility to take their old engine out of the truck and bring the old engine back with them when they come to pick up the new engine please keep in mind I had added a $3,000 discount on the invoice of the 3406b and we had actually lost money on the whole deal just because they did not bring the old engine back when they were told to I'm simply saying that the customer that ordered the 3406b Caterpillar engine that came on my premises without authorization and did not return the old engine 3406b Caterpillar engine in my opinion Woody had a week to take the old one out to load it on the customer's trailer to bring it to our facility so we can make it even swap these are the problems we have with a lot of mechanic shops all engine dealers please BEWARE my disappointment in Woody is I simply can tell he does not care about anybody else's time but his own time this should let everybody know the way Woody operates with vendors and customers really know how to take advantage of other companies we are missing a $3,000 CORE 3406B CAT ENGINEWOODY DID TELL ME HE'S GOING TO HAVE THE ENGINE OUT IN THE NEXT TWO WEEKS WHICH WOULD BE 30 DAYS AFTER THEY RECEIVED OUR ENGINE THAT THE CUSTOMER PAID FOR THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT WE'RE LOSING MONEY EVERY DAY WE DON'T HAVE THAT ENGINE BECAUSE WE ADDED A $3,000 DISCOUNT ON THE CUSTOMERS INVOICE IF ANYBODY HAS ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS ISSUE PLEASE CONTACT ME THANKS
