They gave me a fair price and were friendly. But I ve been in 3 times now to get my tires rotated. And they are too busy. Today I called. And was told too busy again. I will not buy from them again. What good is a good price if I can t get the free servicing that is included? I would recommend elsewhere.

Needed a set of tires for my son's truck. Cody found the perfect set of Firestone tires and got them in. Was in and out within 45 minutes of arriving. Highly recommend these guys for tires!

My family has been going here for years for both repair and tires. I had a flat tire and they were able to plug it and send me on my way in 20 minutes without an appointment. The guys were very friendly and happy to help!

Spent a lot of money in the past here tried to get tires rotated for months as I had bought the tires from these guys never had time to rotate finally got an appointment and said tires are too bald in back and would not service them said buy new tires. I said if you would have serviced them when needed this wouldn t happen.Don t tell customers you do free rotations when spending money on tires when you always say your to busy.thx Steve

I had a huge spike in one of my tires, so it had to be replaced. When I called, John was so friendly and laidback on the phone. He had me come in and he had my tire replaced within 15 minutes. It was also $100 less than my dealership quoted me. No pressure, fair price, quick. John and AC were great. Highly recommend.

Got into town after a long drive and the next day realized I had a flat. I spoke with a few places and was recommended to call 9 north. Spoke with John, he gave us a great deal compared to any other place, got us in the same day and out within an hour. Would highly recommend going here everyone is highly knowledgeable and courteous!

9 North Tire in Alpharetta is in my opinion the best tire shop in the Atlanta area. I have been a customer of theirs for more than 10 years and have always received excellent service at a fair price. They are in business to create repeat customers. It s hard to find a shop that you can trust and will not take advantage of situations. These guys are great and I highly recommend them. I was getting new tires today for my truck and they noticed my carrier bearing on my drive shaft was upside down. They fixed it for free and it took care of a nagging vibration that was bothering me.Michael

John is awesome! Easy to work with, helpful, and cheerful. I really appreciated him during this Thanksgiving Holiday when it is a stressful time for a lot of folks. Will definitely be going back when necessary!

I can't recommend 9 North Tire enough. Ever since I started driving, I've taken my cars to 9 North...as has my entire family. If ever there was a place that would convince you to #shoplocal, its 9 North Tire. Just yesterday I went by there because I had a strip of tire hanging off from hitting a curb and wanted to make sure my tire wasn't compromised. Steve came right out and inspected my tire, explained what happened, and sent me on my way! Not even an hour later I ran over a screw and had to come back to get my tire patched. Steve and Caleb were wonderful and got me out of there in under 20 minutes...right as they were getting ready to close. I am so grateful. I know when I walk into 9 North Tire I don't have to be afraid I'll end up spending more money than I need to because I know I can trust their recommendations and judgement. They are always honest and upfront, have the tires I need in stock, and will get me in and out of there within an appropriate window of time. They are truly "one of the good ones". Thank you!!

These guys are great. This is the only review I have written but I appreciate the years of solid service. Prices are always fair for quality work and they have even helped me with problems and repairs not related tires or wheels. Michael is a straight shooter. They don't try to over sell you like your usual chain stores do but if you have a real issue they'll tell you.

I have been getting my vehicles served by John L. for years and when his old shop on Peachtree Parkway, I was worried about starting over with a mechanic I trusted. Thankfully, he popped up at 9 North Tire in Milton, and I have my mechanic back! Thanks John, Steve, and the gang.

9 North Tire has always been my go to tire place for all of my cars! I recommend them to everyone I know. They are extremely thorough and get it right the first time every time. They are honest and are always more than fair with their pricing. I can always count on them!!

I have used 9 North Tire several times for my tire needs, usually starting with a nail or flat tire. Each time they have been timely, communicated well, and accommodating. The customer service also far exceeds that of their nearby competition.

Super helpful and very fast service on your car! They always shop around to get the best deals on your tires. I drive 45 mins just to come to this shop. I highly recommend this shop and their crew for their excellent service.

Brought my car here for just an oil change. Fair price. Easy to drop off and pick up (I work close by) and friendly staff. A co-worker recommended them and I will definitely use them again!

This shop completely ruined my alignment while changing parts to the point my vehicle was unsafe to drive. They refused to look at it when I took it back in, first saying the guy who aligned it went on vacation and wouldn't be back for a week. Then changing the story and saying they could look at it the following Monday (3 days away), but that he already knew it was aligned correctly. They refused to offer any portion of refund for the services they failed to accurately complete, leaving my vehicle UNSAFE to drive as a result and they offered me no useful or timely help to correct their dangerously poor service. I wouldn't trust them to attempt to fix anything after they gave me 2 different stories in 2 minutes. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I bought new tires from 9 North Tire and had an alignment. After the work my car started shaking on the highway. I took it back multiple times to get fixed but they refused to make me a priority because of their first come, first serve policy. I was turned away because they were too busy to fix an issue they created. I will never use 9 North Tire again. I suggest to everyone looking for work to be done on their vehicles to go somewhere else.Fast forward to National on Hwy 9. Tell them my issue. They rotate the tires can t find anything and they suggest making 9 North fix the problem if it persists. I drive off. Seems like the problem is resolved. No more shakes. Fast forward, Get my tires rotated again, because that s the process after a few thousand miles, and the first time I get on the highway my car goes right back to shaking. 9 North Tire won t fix it because they have all the excuses and reasons and time on their side. Time and distance and problems they created and didn t make the customer the priority after the terrible work was done.

Have used them several times for brakes, mile check ups and always best price and they give you estimate of cost up front for maintenance stuff. Love that !! Keep up the good work!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE....SCAMMERS!As an independent tire dealer, they charge you the same prices as the corporate tire affiliates - BUT WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY! I (stupidly) paid extra for a "Protection Plan" they offered - with a new set of tires. The picture on their counter showed "Complete Protection" against tire punctures from nails or screws or other things on the road. BUT when my tire was punctured by a nail on the edge of the tread, 9 NORTH REFUSED TO HONOR THE PROTECTION PLAN coverage, claiming "the nail wasn't on the treads - but on the side of the tire"!!! Totally ludicrous. A nail in the tire is a nail in the tire - what I paid for and never received. Then about 6 months later the new tires I bought from them started having bubbles on the side. Again, they refused to replace the tires - claiming it was because of damage I caused!!This place ought to be ashamed of themselves for false advertising and for failing to honor their 1 year warranty on all new tires.If this review helps one person AVOID this place, then it has succeeded in saving that person some money. Buyer beware!

Tbe best tire shop in Alpharetta. Great staff, great prices, and a comfortable place to wait while they do a great and quick service to your vehicle. I wont go anywhere else. Always 5 in service and quality.

Only place I go and they've put tires on my F150, Audi A6 and '75 Bronco. Excellent prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff and they always get me in and out quick. If you go anywhere else you're a dum dum.
