Well, I'll have to do an update on this later on. We just dropped off for 2014 Ford Explorer to get some recalls done, and some work. They will keep the car probably at least a week if not 2.Update, it took two and a half weeks to get my vehicle. And I had it less than 24 hours. When we realize that the problems were not all solved. Unfortunately parts are hard to come by these days. So back to the shop we go and it looks like it's going to take up to 3 weeks to get it all fixed. The last thing? A torque converter. I only have 55,000 miles and an 8-year-old vehicle

Just had a great customer service experience @ Sunbelt Ford. Took my Escape in for oil change and service. I was met by Gary Sims (Service Advisor). He made an observation of my tires, pointing to a potential safety problem. I had 39,000 miles on the tires. Gary gave me a quote for new tires and matched the lower price of a competitor. Yes I m very happy with the service, but more importantly it was a pleasure to have Gary as my contact person at Sunbelt Ford. He went out of his way to keep me informed about the progress of my car repair.

Had my oil changed today I needed my fuse changed and Gary who works in quick lane was very helpful in changing my fuse. The service at Sunbelt A+Today had my 0il changed and Quentin was very helpful...I needed to add a oil supplement and he was helpful in getting that done. 8/10/1910/16/19Getting the works.All went well.12/11/19Had a oil change today all went well.

The technician was great! I arrived late afternoon to get my oil changed and he was happy and very friendly as if it was first thing in the morning. I described some other issues I've been experiencing and the technician listened and was ready help! Awesome service!

We had trouble with our cars air conditioning on the way home from Florida to Indiana. The service department was so nice, got the car right in and let us and our dog stay in the lounge area. It was 95 degrees! They went out of their way to help us ! Would highly recommend them We are so thankful they were willing to help us out on an unbearably hot day, thank you!

We absolutely love our experience using Quick Lane at Sunbelt Ford of Albany! The service is always spot on. We've never had a question that could not be answered immediately. If it couldn't be done immediately, the technicians worked until it could be. They put the "P" in professional and I will continue to return.

Another great experience at the quick lane! The staff was friendly and they offered top notch service. They were candid and looked out for the customer s best interest. Mr. Eddie, Mr. Gary and Mr. Mike !!! Great job!

Recently had my truck serviced at Sunbelt Ford in Albany, Ga. I spent almost $2000 on repairs which still did not fix what was wrong with my truck. If you want knowledgeable mechanics to fix your truck do not take it to Sunbelt Ford the mechanics only know what their machines point out. I will never let them TRY to repair anything else on my truck. The service department is an epic fail!!!

Y all go see Mr. Eddie and the crew with the tire/lube center. We had a problem for two weeks with a brand new set of tires. The company that put the tires on would not help us after going back multiple times. Mr. Eddie went above and beyond to get us fixed up and he did it with a smile. We will be back!

Quick service doesn't mean waiting hours or being told it only applies on certain days and times! Even worse you go at 7:15am wait half an hour to even get seen and wait even longer. Eventually just gave up because each time I get my car serviced it gets worse.

Add a oil change, waiting in the waiting room was a pleasureThey had coffee, water, and reading materials. There were others also waiting with us, which we all even talked with each other. A bathroom was also available . They came to get us when the vehicle was ready. The CASHIER was very nice.

Service was great. Cost not so much. I bring a tire in to have patched and its $32 minimum because of their fees. Find somewhere else to have a tire patched especially if you are bringing only the tire in (off the vehicle)

I got my car from Sunbelt Ford. Must tell you first time I have ever owned a Ford model. Have a Ford Fusion have had for a couple of years. 3 year old car with low mileage, and computer brain that I have never had. I do plan to get my next car from here...

Not good today. 6 standing around and the one working on my truck seems to not know what he s doing and is moving in slow motion. Been here for quite a while for an oil change and tire rotation- the only vehicle here.This is the complete opposite of previous experiences.Please somebody do something!!!

Claimed they changed the oil but I watched and they didn't. When I confronted the technician he admitted the oil wasn't changed because it looked clean to him! Haha Ver poor service since hiring Eddie and firing Brian. Eddie was the guy who ran Sears service center which was horrid. Sunbelt Ford is the new Sears beware.

They're my backup service... because my regular maintenance shop doesn't open on the weekends... don't have full confidence in this shop... I never see the same workers... seems to be constant turnover

Think twice before bringing your diesel in for servicing, not the same mechanic as previous visit had problems and service manager was NO help. We will not be back.
