The gentleman that changed my oil, air filter, and cabin air filter communicated with me about what I needed and was polite throughout the whole process. The price was reasonable and the service and exceptional. Will come back.

So my sister in law went to Precision two weeks ago and had a problem with the finished product. I went to the shop and spoke with shop foreman. Him and I got off on the wrong foot. A few days later I spoke with the manager and he assured me things would be taken care of. Fast forward a week sister in laws care was taken care of at no extra cost. I went in to speak with the manager (Jay) face to face and also the foreman (Craig). I thanked Jay for taking cate of my sister in law. I will have to speak with Craig tomorrow because he wasn't there today. I will apologize for my behavior but not for standing up for my sister in law. Things are right as rain.

fast, friendly, affordable and professional. I also get my oil changes here when I am in town. Wish the punch card program was an actual free oil change but the discount is highly appreciated.

Most shops these days are all about finding a way to get you to spend the most money. They won't let you buy your own parts knowing it could save you money. Instead they hide behind the old It's against our Insurance Policy to let customers buy their own parts clause. Yet in still they have to still order parts from the same place you possibly bought yours which makes no sense to me. They overcharge for labor. Trying to charge $100 to $200 a hour for something as simple as a Brake Pad job which is ridiculous. That's why you have a low Feedback Rating and why I will never come there or call again

Was able to get an oil change, but the advertised price did not include tax, & some sort of fees which none of the customers expected. It took a LOT longer than the advertised 10 minutes. The staff was pleasant and it was clean.

Service is always fast. Have been going here for a couple years now. There is a man here who is always snarky and seems to constantly have an attitude. Seem to always have an issue making sure they reset my oil light. Just better attitudes among employees would make this 5 starsService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Instead of look for what I originally asked they performed a full inspection, of course for more money and then trying to sell me a new oil pump , water pump etc. I noticed that with a few customers. They never told me what I originally wanted to know. If you want a oil change they might could help you there, other than that take it to a shade tree mechanic and you'll be fine...Good luckService: Vehicle Inspection

My experience here was not good. I was in town trying to get my grandmother s oil changed for her so she didn t have to worry about it before I went back home so I decided to go to Precision Auto and I blew it smh. First I was trying to get a tail light for her car at the auto zone next to it but the guy couldn t get the bulb out after we tried together so he recommended me to go over next door to them so I was like cool I needed to get a oil change anyway. So when they finish the guy come and tells us he couldn t get the bulb out but everything else is good. So I get home and notice my bulb is all broken up and wires hanging out the light and it definitely wasn t like that when I left auto-zone. To make things worst my grandmother calls me a few day later and says she has oil leaking all under her car and now she is scared to drive the car. With me being out of town now I gotta figure out how to get her car fixed simply because Precision couldn t do they job right so my advice would be to keep riding by if u need a oil change or any other car workServices: Electrical, Oil change

They have always been kind and professional to me and my family. Ask for an oil change punch out card so if you get enough oil changes, you'll receive a free oil change.

I am very pleased with the service I received. I went in to get my AC fixed in my F150. It was carefully diagnosed by a technician named Robert, who explained what he felt the problem was. It was late so I had to return the next morning for repair. I was there at 8:10 AM and Robert was at the bay door waiting just as promised the day before. My truck was fixed and is now cooling like new. Robert even explained to me how to properly maintain my AC system in the future. I definitely recommend this shop!. And also I forgot, IT WAS AFFORDABLE! Quality and Affordable!, You cant beat that! One more thing Customer service was great! Great cold and hot FREE beverages as well! Thanks Precision!

Went by to check the prices for a tuneup and oil change for my car before make a roadtrip in couple of weeks. Girl at the counter barely acknowledged us, after 5 min of waiting for help.. we chose to leave and find someone else who wants the money. Sorry, maybe next time...

This location is very small but comfortable with free drinks while you wait. Service related to oil changes are quick as advertised and mechanics here are knowledgeable and helpful. I frequent this location a lot and use it as my first choice after the dealership for my genesis. They are full service as well and are honest with repairs concerning engine work, they dont try to sell services that are not needed.

Came for oil change. Left with oil cap off. Followed up, letting employees know that this had happened. 2 days later, mysterious check engine light appears. It looks like one of my sensors isn't reading. One of the employees says it's not their fault. I had no problems before. Let's keep in mind, oil was on my hood, inside my vents, and everywhere else. I did not have any oil whatsoever in my engine. I am wondering was this my fault as well.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Jay provided wonderful customer service! He offered to price match but the prices at Precision were much cheaper than my dealership anyway. His concern about making sure I was taken care of was awesome- and he treated everyone else with the same level of respect and kindness. Thanks Jay!

I've been using this Precision Tune Auto Care for about 10 yrs, and never have I been tempted to take my vehicles elsewhere for major and minor repairs. I recently got a tune up and it was very affordable. They have always shown quality customer services, and the work is always done right; did I mention that any work I have had to get done has been completed the same day. Precision is thriving under the management of Jay, getting better each year and the staff all follow. Jay and his team rewards customer loyalty and is always looking for ways to help make repairs affordable for the everyday customer. I highly recommend you take your vehicle here.

This is only about the person working the cash register on the morning of 8/26/21. He needs to be replaced. He handled a customer so poorly he was confrontational and loud. Despite the customer calmly just saying what his experience was in the past, the cashier rebuked him repeatedly. The customer didn t once raise his voice. You don t have to agree with someone, but as the face of the company, you DO need to be able to communicate respectfully and keep your attitude in check. Especially with other customers in the waiting room listening and feeling the tension only he was creating. VERY unprofessionalServices: Brake service & repair, Oil change

I was able to get a relatively quick oil change before heading out on a trip. Was disappointed with the service. My tire pressure light was on and even though they claimed that was part of the service rendered, nothing was done about it. Had to take care of it myself. They also failed to replace the valve cap on one of my tires

I have been going here for about two years and today will be my last time. Not because of the service, but because I will no longer be living in Albany, GA after today. I've visited two other mechanics since residing here and this is the one that felt right for me. Fixed my door after a botch DIY job and while they do offer recommendations for other fixes, they let me know which are priority and which I can be fine without for awhile. Something that goes a long way in these kind of times. Good place!

They always greet me with such kindness and I've never had a problem with getting my oil changed. It doesn't take long and I like the punch card thing they got going on. I don't go anywhere else.
