Nomads was awesome! Ray came out in the late afternoon to get our heater working when the temps were going to be below freezing. He showed me how to remove it and what I needed to clean it next time it freezes up.His prices were reasonable, he was super friendly and answered all our questions.Go with Nomads, you ll be glad you did!

I contacted Nomads Mobile RV service this past Friday. Ray took his time listening to the problem with my refrigerator. We discussed what I had tried and my observations. He took the time to discuss my insurance and what I could expect. He walked me through all of the various options that I had and various pricing for those options. He was willing to come to me but advised that I most likely would be wasting money for him to come out. He gave me advice to go get an all electric fridge that will fit in place of the original fridge. I will have him come make the change soon. He also took the time to offer advice for another issue that I needed help with. It's not often that a service company truly wants to help a customer. I could have been out of a bunch of money if Ray was not honest with me. Thank you Ray! I will see you soon for the installation. And anyone questioning all electric, I am 99% permanent in my camper. If I do travel it's usually less than 3/4 hours. I also have a generator for longer travel. Plus the all electric has a lot more room. Thanks again Nomad and Ray. My husband, Rahim Cook, had the experience of needing mobile service while traveling for work in Albany Georgia. We were very fortunate to come across Ray with Nomads. Although we live 5 hours away, we will definitely make the drive just to be able to deal with such a knowledge, fair and honest man. Not only did he identify that it was just the switch on the water pump he also identified some small leaks and he fixed that too. He very well could have said we needed a whole new pump which would have been a lot more money for him, he took the time to locate the switch locally which from what I understand is not an easy thing.If you re checking reviews for a great Rv service, look no further.

Awesome service! Ray was very thorough and did great work. Even though a storm rolled in while he was working he kept going and got our trailer all fixed up. I d highly recommend him!

Ron was very friendly and professional. Got our slide-out working again and showed us what to do if it gets stuck again! Plus very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!
