Amazing customer service; walked in to make an appointment to get my tire checked for slow leak and to get an oil change. Service personnel said they could see me right away. We were finished within the hour with tire fixed (had a nail it in) and a complete oil change with tire rotation! We won't go anywhere else for service to our vehicles. Great team and great place!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The customer service here is awful. No matter what time I bring my vehicle, they always say that I will have to bring it back another day. I reported them to corporate one day because they refused to service my car even though I came 2.5 hours before closing. When I tool my car yesterday, the manager tried to do the same thing, even though I arrived an hour before closing. If I had other options, I would ever bring my vehicle to this location. The customer service is horrible and I wouldn't recommend the Albany, GA location to anyone.

They got new tires on my sister-in-law's car pretty fast. She had an appointment, so I would recommend making one before going in there for service. The staff was very friendly and the entire experience was a pleasant one.

I always use Firestone and I have never had a problem. They have been great! They always speak when I walk in and make me feel welcome.

We dropped our car off for an alignment and the next evening we called because we hadn't heard from them. They said our car had been ready for pick up. Not sure why they wouldn't have called to let us know. Frustrating!

Another bunch of crooks. They hide behind a Insurance Clause to not allow you to save money on your parts to fix your car and the crazy part is you will probably buy them from the same store they will. Think about it how many part stores are in Albany? They charge high prices for something that wouldn't take less than an hour like a brake pads change. It's usually four to six bolts that holds a brake caliper on. Plus you take off the tire that's it. $200 for six bolts come on Man

08Feb23 appt @ 10:00, arrived around 0915 to a full shop (except alignment machine ) and parking lot mostly full). Service Adviser inquired about visit, around 10:30 or so was on my way. ( both axles got new brakes and brake fluid exchanged ) All employees knew there part (were not on phones, not bitchin about personnel issues so the whole block can hear, and actually seemed to want to be there) and this place is awesome in my opinion. I will be a repeat customer to this location. ( I drove a hour to get there).Service: Brake service & repair

This was one of my go to places for years for quick auto repairs. NEVER again. I m so disappointed in recent work done then only to take my auto somewhere else for it to be fixed CORRECTLY .

Made an appointment for 9am for Wednesday. They changed it to noon on Friday without consulting me. I rebooked for following Wednesday at 8am. They changed it to 9am, but I figured that was close enough. I show up at 8:45am and check in. It hits 9:30 and they haven t touched my car. I am informed that appointments just put you ahead of walk ins that come after your set appointment time. It is usually a 90-120 minute wait before the touch your vehicle. Are you kidding me? Manager needs to be replaced immediately. I have never seen such incompetence. If they don t know what an appointment is I sure as hell wouldn t trust them to work on a car!

I ve been using this Firestone for several years now. They ve proven themselves trustworthy and are honest with their recommendations.Yes, during one of my 8-10 visits to this location, the work took longer than expected, but generally they have been pretty accurate in their time estimates and didn t promise things or time frames they could not deliver.I definitely recommend this service provider.

I m not sure what has happened at this place but I haven t had good experiences the past few times I ve been here. Today I made an appointment online and received an email stating the date and time were confirmed. The appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. I showed up at the set date and time and was told I did not have an appointment and my name could not be found. I showed the employee the email and the employee told me I couldn t use the online appointment feature and I needed to call to make an appointment but she could work the car in if I dropped it off. Said they were booked with appointments until Monday. WHY have a feature to make an online appointment if that is not the preferred method at this store. So dropped off the car and almost 6 hours later it was finally ready. I don t know if it s a manning issue or what but the top-notch service I use to receive is not there anymore.

The tech stated my truck was too wide to fit in the shop and was very rude. Even though it has never had an issue with going in before and is not anywhere close to being to wide to go in the shop. If you re too lazy to rotate some tires just say so.

Consistently provides quality work that is very timely when dealing with sudden needs/issues. Besides going to the dealership for very specific things, this is my goto for most car repairs and car maintenance services.

This place is amazing!!! Jason and Darren are the BEST!! I came in and thought I needed a new tire, and even told them that s what I needed, because I had a screw that caused it to go flat. Without hesitation they said they would patch, which I didn t realize would be possible. Needless to say patching the tire was SIGNIFICANTLY LESS money than a new tire!! They could have taken the $185 to do the new tire, and I wouldn t have even known. Instead I only paid $20, all because they were thinking of ME (the customer), instead of charging me the most possible! I can t stress enough how nice it is to get that kind of service! I had even gone to a different tire shop earlier in the day, where they not only were going to charge me $200+ for a new tire, but also couldn t have it done until two days later, something they didn t tell me until hours after I dropped it off, and I had to call them. If you re in Albany, FIRESTONE, Jason, and Darren are who you should go to PERIOD.

Jason & Tristal (hope I spell it correctly) thank you so much for the diagnosis of my Mercedes Benz C250. Even though the repairs wasn t completed due to the parts. They still were able to tell me what s wrong with the car and referred me to an import specialist that can assist with the serpentine belt and water pump issue. You guys are the heroes of the day.
