What a blessing! I was given an estimate from another reputable automotive repair company but I went to Erickson to get a second estimate. After they had time to research the parts needed, I received a call back later that day with an estimate over $1,000. LESS than the first. Here it is, 3 days later: they got all the parts in 2 days and did all the work in half a day, including a full tuneup. Now my car drives like new! We re so very grateful for their team of mechanics.

Look here, OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE. I called and got a knowledgeable answer and reasonable quote. I dropped my truck off and had no expectations, but the mechanics and staff were very polite, helpful, and understanding of my situation. As well as the end cost is $300 cheaper than the quote.My truck is my lively hood, so believe me when I say I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Erickson Automotive LLC to solve or resolve issues you're having with your ride. I recently moved to Albany, GA and, during the drive out, lost the Air Conditioning in my Nissan. Not knowing the area, I did not know which automotive technicians I could trust and my initial choice quoted close to $3100 for a complete AC kit repair. I shopped around as this was an astounding price (3rd party kit was roughly $450 at Autozone with the hoses about $150 a piece). Erickson's was the second place I received a quote from which was much more reasonable, about $1000. After bringing the vehicle in, I received a call from the technician, Scott, who informed me the issue lie in only one spot and did not need a complete overhaul of the AC. The ultimate price tag as about 1/6th the quote I initially received. The crew at Erickson's were exceptionally professional and fair in their pricing and treatment. I will be using them for any higher level maintenance in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto A/C replacement, Air conditioning

Would recommend this shop to anyone needing ANY car work. Reasonable prices, you don't feel like you're getting price gouged. The people working there are patient and explain everything they are doing to your vehicle. If they find anything else that needs to be fixed that you didn't discuss before, they call you and tell you the cost, and how long it's going to take. I had my front end on my truck fixed and needed something done to one of the yokes, by combining all that I had done, it cost me less to do that, than paying for the work on the yoke by itself. They try to help you save money. I would send my wife up there , just because I don't feel like they would take advantage of her being a woman.

They fixed my wheel bearing they fixed my rotors and brakes and I forgot the name of the bar they replaced but I bought a cash car we know times are hard but being a woman going to a shop it s known for the place to rob women NOT THIS PLACE SCOTT AND SHELBY WAS SO KIND THEY ALWAYS DID SAME DAY SERVICES PLEASE TAKE YOUR CARE HERE I FELT SO SAFE!!! Great people Scott was awesome. Great with communication and made sure my car was sound. Even put in that extra effort to make sure everything was good. With all the work needed to be done they had it done in a day. Found my new go to mechanic. It's funny because I'm a mechanic myself so it's hard to find people to trust. But yall got my vote. My daughter is a student at Albany State University and one day her car stalled. With me being 300 miles away, I felt helpless. In the past, I ve learned not all mechanics are honest. The first garage I called quoted $400 more than what I was quoted here. Scott returned my call and said he could replace her starter for a reasonable amount and could have her ready in no time. HE DID!! He even waited around for her to get out of class and have someone drop her off to pick up her car after hours. I can t thank Scott and Brian enough. They will be my go to mechanics and I will definitely refer others to them as well. My daughter called and said her car sounds and rides better than before. I know some people might be thinking they would not go on the side of town... but rest assured that it is a safe location and fantastic service! This guy knows his stuff. He stays busy, but he gets you taken care of pretty quickly and he is good at keeping you in the loop.We send our fleet trucks to him, and I have tsken my personal vehicle to him as well. A+ work. A+ communication. A+ knowledge. Highly recommend to any of my friends and family.

Up until now ive had great service with ericsons, they fixed the water pump I believe in my old car. They fixed the oil leak in my car 2 times, charged me about 600 in total. And the oil leak was still not fixed, ty so much for wasting my time and money. And on top of that they used a cheap part and created a new problem!!!!!! Might as well hav thrown my money directly in the trash!!!!!! I did get it confirmed by another mechanic that they used a cheap part which caused another problem.

Listen when I say I m always skeptical of repair shops! believe it,but this one I totally trust that they will do the best job possible.Having a breakdown away from home this was a seamless process they do great work,highly recommend,and best of all it won t break the bank,thanks again for an awesome job! Honestly Quick. After taking ny vehicle several places Scott @Erickson diagnosed and quoted my vehicle. Absolutely a recommendation for auto repairs.
