Don, at Aatco transmission Albany Ga. I paid for a total transmission Rebuilt.He gave me a 2yr warranty. After 10 months of service the rear seal start to leak. He said the rear seal didn t need to be replaced. I paid for a total rebuilt. I felt like if you rebuilt the total transmission. The seals should have been replaced. They have bad workmanship.Make sure you have everything in writing.

Transmission went out on Ford Escape, went to Aatco and met some great people. Was about business and did an awesome job. I do believe if I have any problems, they will stand on their word. I Highly Recommend Them.

Couldn t be happier. Called around and everyone was the same price. Attco offers 2 year warranty where everyone else only offered a year for the same price. Best customer service around. My daughter suggested I take my car to Aatco since they services the City of Albany vehicles. I had my car towed there on a Monday (to rebuild transmission) and it was completed 4 days later on Thursday. A few weeks later I return my car because of a defective part and I definitely wasn't happy. Well they stood behind there work and didn't stop until the problem was correct.Am I a satisfied customer?Yes I am!!! It's been a few months and my car is running good.I will recommend them as well as and use them again.Service: Transmission

My truck has been shaking for four yrs. No one could figure it out. Then my transmission wouldn't work in reverse. I took it to them they fixed it in less then a week. It drives like a brand new truck. Thank yawl so much. I will be telling forks about yawl. GREAT JOB GUYS

Don took time out of his day to research the problem I was experiencing with my vehicle and after a few questions back and forth between us, he informed me of what the issue most likely was and to let him know if I had any more car questions in the future.

Recently had my Expedition transmission rebuilt at this location. I was extremely happy with Aatco. Very good mechanics, very fair prices, and extremely fast! I was impressed. I had never met any of these guys before but this shop came recommended to me, and I'm glad I followed the recommendation. This is the type of business I want my money going to.

They haven't been open either time I was there. Prince automotive towed my car to you They say that my warranty Master tech will pay for you to rebuild it so it is parked outside your establishment It is not blocking your gate Monday I'll bring the keys It's a white equinox

Mr. Wayne the owner and his son showed my wife and I why they have been in business so long. It is because they put the people above the prices. Meaning they really looked out for our pockets (money). The BMW company was going to charge me $2,500 to fix something that they only charge me $500! Very rude so rude that I came straight here to write a review. I called twice to inquire about a code and the owner or whoever he is just straight up told me I wasted my money at AutoZone doing the diagnostic test and he don't service the code P0741 for a 3.8L V6 not even knowing I didn't even go to AutoZone or any parts store to know what's happening lol . I didn't even want to talk to him anymore after that . He threw me off . The mechanic I talked to before was way nicer and explained very thoroughly what I knew could be possible causes wish I could of gotten his name but Thank you sir.

The employees at Aatco are knowledgeable and do excellent work on. Recently had the clutch worked on and I am very pleased. The price came in at the estimated price and the owner Don made sure that it did. Highly recommend this local business!

My transfer case failed while driving through Albany. These guys got to my truck and had it ready to go within a couple days. I can t tell you enough of how these guys showed up for me and my family.

I never went to see them but I called them and they seemed professional and was willing to look over my truck but I ended up not having to go cause I found the problem on my own at home. My EGR valve was stuck open and it felt like the trans was slipping.

Bad customer service, employees have bad attitudes. They leave grease and oil stains on you interior. I would never use this place. The owner has just as bad of an attitude. Disrespectful to customers. They messed my daughtes interior up. Not to mention that it took them two months to get the car back. #gotosatextransmissions!, Added to previous review, they also left my daughter's passenger side CV axle bolt out now it's leaking fluid and the axle is about to fall out. Now we have to find bolts to replace the ones that were not put in. If you don't know what you are doing, don't attempt to fix something you can't. Aatco Transmissions. As far as my family calling the warranty company , they said that you were responsible for calling them and letting them know what the problem was. You need to get your priorities straight. I do not appreciate you more or less calling my wife and child ( idiots ) . That just goes to show, how your bad attitude is and customer service is. ( Stern) lol. Can I at least get my passenger side CV axle bolts back that were not put back in???????????? Since the axle almost came out of the transmission on the passenger side. Plus the $9.00 a quart CVT fluid?

I had Don and his guys rebuild my transmission about a year and half ago on my 05 Ford F-150 4x4 Lariat.I was having some issues again with shuttering through the gears and also had my starter fail on me. I took back to Don and asked him to recheck transmission and diagnose the starter. Keep in mind I had no warranty remaining on transmission. Don and his guys checked things out and found starter was loose and I had a couple misfires on cylinders 1 and 5. Truck cranks again without that screaming grinding noise. I asked him what did I owe him for the work that was done to my truck, He said nothing! Lol I caught a break. I THANK YOU DON and my wallet thanks you!

I paid for a fully rebuilt transmission only for it to last 13 months. The supposedly rebuilt transmission is leaking fluid all over the place. I was told by another mechanic the transmission was not fully rebuilt but I paid $3,200 for a rebuilt transmission. Stay away!!!!!!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Have to unload in the toad via rollback but folks are nice and quick turnaround with fixing problems with vehicles
