Great customer service. I just needed to borrow or rent a tool to pull a scooter clutch drive apart. With no hesitation they brought the tool over to the counter and helped me pull clutch right there (I had the clutch with me for reference) The one guy even held the clutch basket down while I cranked the hub apart. I asked what I owed them, he s like We re good. Have a good rest of your day, glad it worked out. Definitely made my day..

John was great! When I first walked in, the attendant said their computer system recommended for them not to replace the battery in our minivan. It would require a professional installation . John stepped out of the back and said, let me take a look at it . He quickly said, that s no big deal , and promptly swapped out the battery. Thank you, John, for taking care of the situation, and thank you, O Reilly for hiring great folks like John!

John went above and beyond to offer me help in a tight situation. his dsire tomhelp.his fellow man was outstanding, and im personally more than beyond grateful. My family has been using this auto part company fornyears and its clear to see why. Great job my brother!

These guys know cars and car parts. They had the exact fan belts I needed in less than a minute. I bought 2 extra ones and returned them the next day with my receipt and they happily gave me a refund. I used to go to a different auto parts store but now I'll go here.

Good selection of products at this location and the store is well maintained. Every time I have gone in, the staff has been helpful and give really food advice. I only shop at o'Reilly auto parts and it is easy to get in and out of. They are cost conscience of the customer and not just in it for the sales. Great store to go into and get your vehicles parts. They even help with putting in your windshield wipers and testing your battery for FREE! This is a really great service to provide.

Generally this has been a good auto parts store until yesterday, 6 July. Store manager was rude and unfriendly. At checkout I showed him my military ID since they give a 10% discount which is greatly appreciated. The manager grabbed my ID and said yah, I guess the picture looks like you . He then flipped the receipt to me not saying another word. This is not the response I usually receive when I show my military ID. I have lots of choices when it comes to auto parts stores and this one is off the list as long as that store manager works there.

They have a pretty good parts selection on hand, both on the floor and behind the counter.Staff is generally friendly and most are knowledgable.Store brand parts are variable in quality. Most have worked correctly but some I have had to bring back, either for exchange or credit.A plus is that they are still open till 9 most days, where Advance down the street now closes at 8.

I always come here to get parts for my 1998 dodge ram 1500. The reason why I gave them 5 star is because they know about vehicles. Great service every time. Very friendly Great Manager's I highly recommend this store!

I have several vehicles that are let's say not new. I have had bad dealing with Auto zone that is the reason I started doing business with o Reilly's. I have not had second thoughts about my change. The only regret I have is that I didn't change earlier. The counter help knows me by name and is always willing to help even with some of the off the wall ideas I have for inventions I build. If O'Reilly's management reads this , I hope they continue to hire the same caliber personnel in the future. Greatly appreciated on my part. Thanks

Went to exchange an air filter that another o reilly sold me incorrectly but there was no employee to help me. I stood there 10 min listening to phones ring before I walked out and went to PepBoys! A female employee was outside helping a customer but said absolutely nothing to me and I didn t even realize she was an employee until I was pulling out of the parking lot! POOR customer service!

I bounced around all of the auto parts store until about two years ago when I found expertise and parts. In the rare circumstance that they don't have something, they get it really quickly. They are really helpful and friendly too!

I put a new battery in at another vendor that an A and a Z in it because that s were the old came from. It blew fuses to the radio so I took it back for help and they said the could help me... We only sell fuses nor diagnose the . BS. Drove across street to Oreilly in Acworth GA and TJ on Mars Hill is the man. He laughed ... looked at it... took time to analyze and suggested a simple fix for $4.95. Never again to AZ... TJ and Oreilly now in my speed dial. Thx

Kinda looks sketchy from the outside but it's my go-to parts spot. Couple of the guys really know their stuff and help diagnose whatever weird stuff my truck is doing at the time.
