The gentleman was very helpful with helping me find a battery for my jey fob and changed it for me. I also purchased some hub caps for my vehicle and was kind enough to put the new ones on my car. I just want to say if you are ever in need of help this is this place to go!

Grayson and Jason stood in the cold weather when it was about to close and still helped me with my car battery when they didn t have to and they were incredibly nice to me when they didn t have to. I m very grateful for their help and kindness towards me it really made my day.

The Customer service in this Auto part store with the two Guys that work in there was so awesome I ask the other customers that was leaving I ask them what was their name Jason and Grayson they was tag team with all the customers that came in the store Thank you Mr.Farley

I had the good fortune to stop in today and was greeted by Mr. Michael Davis he went on to provide his expertise to me which was greatly appreciated. He got me the part I needed which took a bit more then punching in a part number, he took his time, and taught me a few things otherwise I'd still be spinning my wheels.. lol so to speak.It's uncommon these days to find quality customer service when you really need it.. Thanks Mr.Davis you are doing it right.

Went in to test my starter. Said that thier test machine was broken. I said oh il guess ill have to go next door to auto zone. The guy standing there doing nothing said oh you may wanna go to the other orileys auto zone dosnt do that. Haha i said okay buddy. Went next door and autozone helped me out. I didnt drive 2 miles to another orileys. Overpriced for the same parts that autozone has.

Not a bad place by any means. Just wish they could keep experienced people. Every time they get someone trained, corporate loses them.

Little too pricey for me because I can get everything in this store online for way less delivered to my door. The folks in there are really awesome and helpful, while they do price match, their caveat is that the store they match has to be within so many miles and available to be purchased, which I thought was a bit goofy since even Walmart has better pricing on a lot of items in this store. Sometimes you have to pay to for the convenience of having an item immediately. What ever it is they folks up there know what they are doing and are able to help you.

I needed new bolts and Orings for turbo mounting block. They didn't have them in stock but Mart did get them in 1-1/2 hours ready for pickup at the same location...This O'Reilly store for me has always been more than sufficient. Thanks

Absolutely recommend this facility, the staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly!! !! Prices are usually cheaper than auto zone. Thank you guys

One of the best Auto parts store in a 100 mile circle not only do they know their products but know not only common issues but cures to unique problems as well. I was on my way home from work one day, my car had acted like it did not want to pull going into work, then on my way home the motor suddenly raced to top speed I had to shut the switch off to keep from having a wreck. I pulled in here the lady knew exactly what the issue was and had the part in a jiffy. I was concerned about having to drive home i traffic and the car running away again, she loaned me the tools and the part was replaced in seconds. Now the cars is as good as new!

Very good pricing and durable auto parts, I bought the air suspension spring for my GL450 Mecerdees Benz it was the cheapest I got in the market and have been using it for the past 2 years without any issues

They're always nice and helpful people what they gave me the wrong to shorts outside and if so this is the one you need doesn't really after looking at it it's not in real bad shape as I've got a few cracks in it

Bought a battery not even a month old whent bad took it to the store and manager said it was fine took it next to auto zone said battery was bad so O'Reillys just dosen't want to warranty it

As a woman i am always wary of how i will be treated in any automotive situation . i am usually correct in my assumtions. At o'reilly's autuo i have no issues .my questions are answered and alternatives are given but in the end it is my choice . i am now a l lifetime customer.
