Sold me a faulty caliper that destroyed my brakes and rotor. Refused to address the damage then said I had to pay again for the caliper and core to get the part warranties honored. Lost 239 dollars in this economy buying parts at Napa main st acworth. Still waiting for my core refund over a week.

Walked out of store today... I was the only customer and 2 workers behind counter. Zero acknowledgement that I was there, no offer to help. Found what I needed and went to counter. Both on computers (1 got on phone after a couple minutes). Person at register I was at continued with "his" work on computer. Never acknowledges me, never told me he would be with me in a moment, absolutely no concern for customer. Just like I was invisible. After standing there 5+ minutes with ZERO acknowledge, NO customer service - I walked out. Pick another store... These guys don't seem care about your business! Unfortunately I had to pick 1 star, but "0" stars is what I got for customer service.

Could use a cleanup crew. More employees too. They have their drivers do stock and they make them drive dirty cars. Most of the time, the cars are in need of repair. How do you work with auto repair stores and they don't help you fix your cars? Could use more respect towards all employees.

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to use, but I feel I should let someone know. Earlier today I saw someone in your company car (hatchback) on main street bullying another driver. The middle aged white male driving got so angry with the driver of the other vehicle because they yielded (at the yield sign that says "Yield to turning traffic" btw) turning right on to Nance road. He then followed her SUV dangerously close down Nance road, all of the way blaring his horn like an imbecile. I would never step foot into your business after seeing character like that. What a shame that a grown man felt the need to act like such a child, and it's also a shame that he represented your business while doing so.

Sick of this store not being open during posted hours. Google says closes at 4pm. The sign on the door says 3pm and the doors are locked and lights off at 2:45. I've had a part here for a week I can't get my hands on. Drive somewhere else if you need parts.

Asked for help with getting a battery unscrewed and the older man there responded "well I'm off in fifteen minutes"..so I got a jump and took my business to AutoZone off exit 278 coming off of interstate 75 and got the issue handled with their help in ten minutes.
