Midtown Tire is my go-to when I m having car trouble. They ve proven themselves repeatedly over the years as competent and honest. I d recommend them to anyone!

These guys were able to somehow get the tire I needed (an unconventional tire size) and install it same-day the day after Christmas. They even gave me a ride back to where I needed to be after I dropped off the car. Fast and friendly! Would definitely come back.

This is the second time I ve bought my car to them and I feel like they are looking at for my best interest.The first time they recommended me to get rid of the car because it was way too much money for the shape that the car was in. Told me it would be cheaper for me to get a new secondhand car then to invest in that one. Wouldn t even take money to do diagnostic. I told him I will always bring my car there because I feel their honest and not just trying to take advantage of someone who doesn t know about cars

We re on a road trip from Florida to Minnesota and we were about to get back on I-75 when a low tire pressure warning light appeared less than a mile from Midtown Tire. This place took excellent care of us, were willing to work with our roadside hazard policy and had us back on the road in less than an hour. Thank you Midtown!

Came in with two nails in my tire that died not actually puncture the tire proper. Pulled them out, informed my that there was no air leaking and sent me on my way with no made up failure to defraud me. An honest shop that I hope to do business with in the future.

i work here and have been in the business 25+ yrs.. apart from being able to fix everything we come across(or know how to find out) if need be. this place has something you can't teach in tech school,,,,,,,,just a bunch of good hearted , honest people! I like coming to work knowing that everyone everyday is going to not only give their all but will be more than nice to me they'll be going out of their way to be fair along with honest not just to me but to everyone.!! And all that does is make me want to give a 110% every time I come to work, and make people who's car just broke-down, feel a little better and have confidence in that knowing we are here for you and that your getting the work done ........only the work done.....that your car requires to get back on the road as quick as possible all the while getting the same effort & attention on your ride as I put into my mom's.

Couldn t ask for better service! While traveling south to Florida, we picked-up a nail, at about 6pm. Too late to get it fixed, we spent the night at a Hampton nearby, and at opening time the next morning I called to make sure I could get it fixed while waiting. I was told they could, and I showed up a few minutes later. True to their word, they immediately pulled my car into the shop, patched the nail hole, and checked the other tires as well. This was all done with smiling faces, at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Midtown to anybody in need tires, tuneups, oil changes, repairs, etc.

I had to be towed here due to a flat. They got me in and out with 2 new tires in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend. Very nice staff.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to the Fleet Manager that help me out. Had a tire going flat while doing a Pilotcar load with a yacht. Truck with yacht had to wait on HWY. She had me in and out in 15 mins. Her and the mechanic were awesome Midtown Tire service is top notch

Extremely disappointing customer service experience at Midtown Tire Acworth location. It was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling undervalued as a customer. The male at the front desk seemed disinterested and unhelpful from the moment I walked through the door to pick up my vehicle. I asked a simple question of what was repaired on my tire and his reply was "its fixed and its free" and proceeded to pass me my keys. I asked to speak to the technician that did the work and the front desk employee walked away with a attitude. Very unprofessional behavior. What's wrong with inquiring about what was repaired on your vehicle? I would strongly advise against visiting this tire shop if you value your time, money, and sanity. There are undoubtedly much better options available with a competent staff.

I take my car here frequently and my car usually only comes out with the repairs that it needs to, which is what you want. However, the front desk people always seem very annoyed and unwelcoming. They ll tell you they re too busy and understaffed but they won t suggest any other date or time to come in. To me, that s lazy customer service. Shane specifically will make you feel stupid just by the deadpan look on his face when you re talking to him. As a person who presents young and feminine, it s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic and I feel like this place is not welcoming to that demographic.

I was traveling on vacation with my family and had a flat tire in Georgia. I can't THANK Midtown Tire in Acworth for fixing my tire so we can get back on the road again. I would highly recommend MidTown Tire if you need Tires replaced since they are fast and reliable.
