This place is the best. Stephen presented me with what I initially came in for, but then followed up with additional recommendations based on body size of my truck and what I was looking for ultimately, went with bigger tires and a leveling kit and couldn t be happier with the personal touch that satisfied my needs AND wants for now and in the future. Now I recommend all my friends and family to this shop. Pricing is fair, but hard to find a shop that truly listens to what you want and confidently / accurately recommends additional services and products that could benefit or achieve your end desire! This location has gone by many names over the years. Some managements better than others. They did honor an expired oil change coupon for my service today. So, that s good. See how future services go

I m new to Georgia and I m so happy to find a car place I can trust to take care of me. I was scared to go to Legacy Tires because I was so happy with the service with the other place. Im so glade to find out it s the same quality service. Im coming back. They do appointments and walk-ins.

This is the only place I will have our vehicles serviced. We have been using them for years and the staff is top notch, very knowledgeable and friendly. Good work at a reasonable price.

Acworth Legacy Tire & Auto is awesome! They do what they say, "Nothing more than what you need." I have coming to this location for years. Everyone can have off days. However, the last several times I have been here have been horrible. It first started when I had to purchase new tires for tires that were not very old. It was discovered that all the times I took that vehicle there, thy were not rotating the tire even when specifically asked. I rotate 4 vehicles though there for oil changes and tire rotations. The time before today s event, I marked a tire to make sure they were rotating the tires. When I picked it up , I specifically asked if it was done and they said yes. The tire I marked was in the same spot. When I went in they apologized and did it for free. Today my daughter went to have an oil change and tire rotation yet again it was not done. They are done stealing my money!!!

Legacy Tire and Auto was able to get me right in to change my battery and a few other things. They are honest and reliable guys. They will be my go to for all car repair needs. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. They Failed pre and post inspections didn t tell me that my upper arm was loose, but instead just told me what was wrong with the car which is the same details I told him but he added on a few more repairs. They finished and I payed before even driving off the lot my car drops forward and I m unable to drive yet drove the car to this establishment. I was told to either tow it away or pay for the repair that second, out of pocket I was stranded, upset and waiting for my repairs for 5 hours. I was it was going to happen anyway and it must have when the car was lifted.

Would not recommend. Had oil changed yesterday, came outside today to find this puddle of oil. They blamed it on a faulty oil filter but when I heard the employees talking they said they didn t tighten the drain plug.

Warning: Here's what happened to me at thisAcworth, GA SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service.I went in for an oil change. They were pretty quickabout it. But I'm a "trust and verify" kind of guy.Before an oil change, I always "mark" my oil filterbefore going in, since you have to take the business'sword that they actually "did" the oil change.Well, I checked my car after they rolled it outfor me to pay and leave. But --- turns out that theydid not touch my oil filter.++++Their excuse? With no apologies theyjust said that they "forgot" to do it.Guys who do this all day, every day..."forgot"to change my oil filter? I don't think so.Makes you wonder how many othercars they have "forgotten" to change the filter.And on top of that they charged mea $3.00 "parts" fee. Huh?++++You probably would do wellto look for a different place tochange your oil.(If I could, I would give them "less" than one star)Service: Oil change

These guys are a God send! All I was doing was dropping a door dash off to them, and I happened to inquire about my blinker and how I'd been trying to get it changed for 3 days, and they changed it for me out of the kindness of their hearts! I applaud this company!!
