I was very impressed by the exceptional friendliness and excellent communications from this company. When dropping off my car, I met a few of the folks on the staff, and they were happy and authentic and informative. Throughout the repair process, there was great communication and care to provide the best solution for our issue with our car. I love that they are not pushy at all. They just give options and let folks make their own decisions. A great place to go if you have a Volvo. Robert worked on our Volvo and solved our problem quickly. The shop was recommended to me from a friend and I will carry on that tradition. Highly recommended!

I went to kams for the first time for a basic oil change and had a wonderful encounter with the lady at the front she was extremely helpful in getting my car in quickly. (Sorry I can't remember your name) but you were amazing.Allen order the oil change and even went as far as to get a new filter for my car since it was dirty. I appreciate the work y'all did. Its was done quickly and professionally. Will definitely recommend to my friends and be back for future work.

My car went down and needed a diagnosis. Robert along with the skilled team at Kams diagnosed my car perfectly replaced my starter. I also had an oil leak that was repaired as well at this time of service. My car was quickly put into service , repaired and back on the road very quickly. I appreciate the work effort they put in to get my car fixed. The courtesy of this office is outstanding. Have always and will continue to service my vehicle with Kams Auto Service Center.

Had an amazing experience with the entire team at Kams Auto! I have family members who use them and I send all our work vehicles to them too! Great service, great price! I will continue to use them again and again Allen the manager is also top-notch and keeps a great line of communication with you the entire time.

Requested oil/oil filter change and brake inspection. They promptly complied with my request and subsequently informed me that my rear brakes needed to be replaced which they completely quickly after ordering the required parts. I have used Kams automotive numerous times for my car as well as my wife s vehicle and have always been very pleased with their service.

Robert was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful talking me through the options for maintenance and repair on my 02 Miata. They even accommodated taking the vehicle in at night since the soft top has a tendency to leak when raining. Drop off is super easy and the turn around is usually less than 24 hours. Can t recommend KAMS enough!

This place will take you for a ride then try to educate you on capitalism. Owner told me to do us all a favor and keel over from a heart attack after he approached when I was trying to leave in the parking lot. Grade A lot operating kams

I highly recommend KAMS Auto service center. I called and talked to Allan for a estimate and even though I didnt get the work done here, He was super helpful in helping me find the issue. I was under warranty with the dealer and they called me back quickly. I appreciate Allan working with me. Very polite as well.

Everyone I deal with here is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I feel really grateful that I have such a great shop that I can trust so close to my home. KAMS has kept my old Saturn alive way past my expected expiration date. Thank you KAMS team!!!

I hesitate to write this review because I have used KAMS before and the experience has always been great. However, my experience with them today has left me very frustrated. I took my car in for an extremely intermittent issue and eventually paid $850.00 for repairs that didn't even fix my issue.What really frustrates me is their lack of empathy. Neither the receptionist, service lead nor shop manager showed any empathy towards my frustration about paying a $120.00 diagnostic charge when they didn't diagnose the issue for which I brought the car in. Their attitude was that they spent the time and did diagnose other issues, and, they have to pay their techs. I get that its probably been a long day for them, so I'll give them the benefit of doubt that they don't treat every customer this way.One last thing, they recommended a battery replacement because the one in my car was not good. But I just had AutoZone test it and it seems perfectly fine to them. Hmmm. Doubtful I will give KAMS any future business.

I took my vehicle in for wheel bearing repair at KAMS after visiting another repair shop. They provided timely feedback, gave me a quote and promptly returned my vehicle repaired at the price they quoted. I am happy with the results and will make KAMS my first stop for any future vehicle repairs.

My battery died down the street from the shop. Ken was so kind to jump my car off so I wanted to give them my business. I drove up and was out the door within 15 minutes with a new battery! Quick and easy! Thanks again Ken for your kindness! Merry Christmas!

Dropped my car off for several needed repairs. Allen called to let me know what the tech found. All as suspected. One issue with obtaining a part ordered, took an extra day but that could have happened anywhere. Very satisfied with all they did. Thanks Allen and KAMS techs for great first time experience.

Had a very negative experience with Kam s auto repair shop. It is concerning that they claimed to have changed the transmission fluid line on my vehicle and assured me that my vehicle had forward gears but no reverse, only for the vehicle to break down shortly after leaving their premises. (less than a min away) The fact that they let me drive off despite the issue and then claimed that they never told me the vehicle was drivable is indeed alarming. That could have resulted in bodily harm to me. Their lack of transparency and accountability as evidenced by the discrepancy between what they said and what was documented on the paperwork is highly unprofessional. I have decided to take my business elsewhere for the transmission replacement. I love my truck, It wasn t a matter of if I was going to pay for the transmission replacement, but I m a mother of young children, two being medically fragile, I have to make it happen, but it might take me a moment to do so. I did try to reach out to the establishment and I understand they have no desire to try and make this right, but I had honestly planned on using them to replace my transmission, but I did not want to pay the housing fees for the next two weeks while I got the thousands of dollars needed for that repair together. According to the statement no repairs were made but I was charged 346.97 for the labor of your tech adding transmission fluid to my vehicle and not replacing the damaged line. Such a shame, and I hate to do this to a local business but Its important that we share these experiences with the community to alert others about the questionable practices of this establishment. Quick friendly knowledgeable. Long story short, they were going to help me with an issue, but once they got in and saw that the issue was better suited for a body shop, because of history of my vehicle, they referred me out and didn t charge me a dime.

Kams takes very good care of all of my trucks. I own a small plumbing company and they pay attention to my needs and work around any issues that come up. I highly recommend them. These guys have great customer service even post Covid, when everyone else s customer service stopped, Kams still has great service.

I would like to take a moment and say that if you need anything ask for Allen. I have been to many places and have never been treated the way I was with this gentleman. Polite, courteous, very professional and most of all friendly. I highly recommend Allen to any and all. You won t be disappointed.

Kams to the rescue! My car barely made it home from atrip to the store. I thought sure it was going to stall out in themiddle of a very busy intersection! I was able to make it home and called Kams the next day. I contactedAllatoona Towing, the company they use. My car was loaded onto the truck by Tim and taken to Kams. Two days later, I was picked up and driven back to Kams by Dave,a service I really appreciate!Fortunately, the problem was taken care of by Robert, who has worked on my car before.Kams deserves all 5 stars, (I'd give them a few more) and I would definitely recommend them. Good people!

I had a very expensive repair to my 2017 Ram and was overwhelmed at what I was facing in repair cost. I took my Truck to Kams and they were all wonderful to work with. I'm an older lady so it's good to feel confident and trust where I do business. I was contacted by the service writer who went over all parts and cost. They also told me about their website where you can find a link for help with cost. I got my truck repaired and was only without it one day. It runs like a new one. They are my go to for anything vehicle related.

It's hard now adays to find a local owned shop that cares like we do!The guy's at Kams put a new transmission in my 2002 chevy 1500 and did a KILLER job!Truck drives great, no leaks, and I'm 150% satisfied with them.If you need a great mechanic shop. Kam's replaced front coil springs on my 1972 Chevy Nova SS. They did a professional job, and I trust them to do anything on my classic muscle car. Not a professional mechanic shop, parts changers. They may have good mechanics but that is not what they are there for. I would not trust what David the service advisor tells you to be correct. This is a "ASE certified" parts changing shop only. Ken said his ASE certification gave him more experience and therefore what I wanted to do (a full rebuild)was not the correct way to repair my truck. Not what I was intially told by David that they could do a professional rebuild of the heads or entire engine.They may be fine for anyone that just needs a basic repair and doesn't ask questions. This is just my assessment based on the following. I came here for Blair, by referrals for an experienced GM diesel mechanic to get his advice and rebuild my 6.6 duramax. Spoke with Blair the mechanic and David the service advisor 3 times, in person in advance to firmly understand what needed to be done and that I did not want to swap it out for another engine. I did this in preparation to spend $10-20k in repairs. After I took the truck and dropped it off everything changed and was told by Ken the owner that "a rebuild would take too long...6 months" and the "only proper way to do this was with a GM new engine". He said that anything less than what he advised was a "cheap patch job". Ken I disagree...your mechanic has the ability to do fine work but your actions show that is not what you want your shop to do. I never spoke to you in 3 trips to your shop prior...where were you? I also do not appreciate that i took care to bring the truck on a trailer and not crank the engine to prevent further damage. It was obvious that you (someone in your shop) cranked up the engine and drove it into the shop to make the assessment. You further drove it out and parked it in a double row of vehicles where it could not be easily removed. I asked for it to be pulled out so I could load it and you refused. I had no choice but to block the drive to load it. I apologized to your customers (for you) that were trying to leave and were delayed. Yes, I was upset...and so were you. Im just the person wanting to spend 20k to fix a truck at your shop...a nobody. In your assessment a poor person not worthy of your ASE ceritified parts swapping ability.Thanks Ken for your courtesy.
