Jones is the place to get your tires.! Great customer service and they always do the right thing for the customer. Their prices are great....ya just can't go wrong!

I have used tires since 2000, I went to them needing an alignment, And I need a rotation. I also bought 4 new tires. knowing I didn t need them , just to see if they would take advantage of me, being a woman. 2020ram truck with less than 40,000 miles on those tires . I need a rotation. they sold 4 new $800, the were going to keep my old tires too . I told them I want to keep them..Approximately 2 weeks later, I need a patch. I didn t have road side warranty on the tires charged me $24. After the fact..when I was ready to leave the didn t tell me there was a charge!! .My advice go to discount tire I ve been there twice since with my other vehicle & a one was for a patch..no charge for either visit

After getting screwed over by Mavis tires. Mr. Jones and team did an excellent job rotating my worn tires to help even out the wear. They will get all my business front now on.

I was very pleased with the service and results of this shop, it s easy to locate. You can tell this is an old type of service center for vehicles that s very knowledgeable. The service i received was 4tires mounted and balanced with an alignment. On one of my Ram 1500 pickups I was scheduled, was told how long it would take and was done 15 minutes before. The truck no longer pulls and shake when breaking. I d recommend checking this place out for anyone. Great Place. The prices are excellent and will continue getting service here.

I was there earlier looking for a used tire. Before entering the office I could see the stacks of used tires and having worked at a tire shop for many years saw at least 2 that were close to the size I needed. I entered and asked the 2 women in the office if they had a 215/70/15 or anything comparable. As the one walked out to ask about this she said to the other "NO TO THAT?" and was answered with "I DONT SEE IT."Whether that was about my request I cant say,all I know is I was told with a huge smile on.her face "NO WE DONT HAVE THAT SIZE OR ANYTHING THAT WILL WORK FOR THAT!" Being in a customer service oriented business means taking care of the customer. It was well over 30 minutes before closing. And I know people lie all of the time, but dont smile in my face while doing it please.

Good and faithful tire shop. The only place you need. After my dealings with them I would trust them with any service they are willing to provide. Not enough honest people left in the world but you got 'em up here in Acworth. I love this city and I love this shop.

Honest, competitive pricing, and thorough! I had a blow out and had to get new tires last minute and they were able to fit me in quick and get me taken care of. They were honest and told me I could get by for a little bit longer on my rear tires but really needed front tires immediately. So I got the two front tires and didn't even ask about price or anything. So when I went to get my back two tires done I got their price then shopped around to see if there was a better price ( to ask them to match the price) but I didn't find a better price, even at Sam's Club! So next time I was in the area, I just went right there and had them do it and they fit me in again quickly.Update: I've been back since then and they still have always been able to fit me in quickly and check things out thoroughly. Really pleased.

Eddie who owns the shop is always great to deal with. Joe one of their mechanics is always great too. If you want a more than great price and service consider going here.

Jones' is one of those old customer service places that I wished still existed all over the place. I had such an amazing experience with Eddie, they now have a lifetime customer. I hit a pothole at 5pm on a Friday and Eddie was able to come through with a new tire by Saturday and at a reasonable price. 5 stars all the way!!

If you would like to see employees who are superbly proficient at their profession then you should visit this establishment. I had picked up a set of 4 used tires from Craigslist and by chance pulled into this local tire shop. Greeted by the owner/manager I was able to negotiate a very reasonable price to mount and balance the four but with one requirement. That was the approval of the man who's job was to do the work. I'm not sure of his name (Robbie or Ronnie?) but I'm sure of his skill. He took each of my tires and methodically checked them for any defects. Really checked them, and then opened my car door to check the plate that lists the tire size and inflation pressure. Only then did he give the owner and myself a nod of approval and then he was about his business. I had no need to observe the rest of the repair and in about 20 minutes I was back in the driver's seat a bit awed by the experience. I don't normally post reviews but there was no way to duck this one. This shop will be getting my business from now on. 5 stars and a thank you!

Great tire shop. Went in to get a new tire after a blowout. Receptionist was polite over the phone, and the owner took care of me personally when I arrived. Damaged tire was quickly replaced. They inflated all of my tires, including the spare that I drove in on. They also replaced the spare in the storage compartment and put everything back neatly and cleanly. Stellar service. Would highly recommend.4 years later, and still great service. Still highly recommended.

Very nice man Mr,Jones is a cool person he changed my oil even though it was closing time,he's been in business for years and everyone uses his business for new tires,I'd give him two thumbs up!!

I have been to Jones tire on 3 separate occasions each with a tire needing to be patched, the first time I waited 35 minutes until my tire was fixed, the second time was 1 hour and 10 minutes and my tire was fixed and the last was 2 hours and 30 minutes until my tire was fixed. Each time I received the bet customer service and the technicians that were working on the vehicles even stayed late after closing to ensure I was taken care of. I'm very please with their service and highly recommend Jones Tire whenever I can.

Bought a new F-150 recently and decided to do service at the Ford dealership so I'd have an accessible service history. In the past, had oil changes, brakes and tires done at Jones. I took my truck to the dealer and was told I needed both front and back pads which would run $360 for labor, plus parts, although they couldn't give me a price on the parts. I decided to go back to Jones Tire and have them take a look. Dropped it off and Joe gave me a call and said I could get another 20-25,000 miles with front brakes and the back brakes were borderline! I told him to go ahead with the back brakes and the cost was $100. Can you believe that? Great folks at Jones Tire. Will be returning to them for everything they can service from here on out.

Been here to have four tires repaired in last two weeks. The big boxes wouldn t do it and kept trying to sell me new tires. This place is excellent, fair, and is my new source for all tires and repairs.

Jones Tire was my go-to for tires and brakes for a number of years before I relocated. Eddie, the owner, has operated the business for decades and coordinates all the many projects seamlessly. He offers free rotate and balance when you buy your tires there. Despite picking up nails and screws through the years, not one of those Mastercraft tires ever went flat.Eddie will never try to sell you a service or product you don't need. I relied on him to guestimate how many miles I had left on my tires, and when it was time to replace them, and I could follow his recommendations without question. It was a pleasure to do business with an honest, competent shop.

I have bought tires here for the last 20 years. Yes, I price them elsewhere before I always come back to here. The service is impeccable!Whenever I come back for the free rotation, never do they ask for a receipt or check the computer...they just rotate and send me on my way.Living in south Florida now and pricing tires. Felt like I was getting fleeced. I called Eddie Jones. I liked his no BS out the door price.I had business in Atlanta and decided to drive in instead of flying just to get his treatment. I know I won't get the free rotation living in Miami, but coming here and buying is worth it to me.

Mr. Eddie Jones and his staff are professional and very efficient. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Four new tires and alignment. Reasonable prices. A wonderful experience "back in time." Hallelujah!!!!

Assistant who answers the phone is not helpful at all. Ask for pricing and got no where with her. They did not tell me what I was being charged for or how much is was going to be until my car was 'finished' and 'ready to go' with a response, "Your ticket is inside if you haven't paid already." I purchased tires less than 2 months prior and they provided NO warranty. Additionally, the owner is rude, will talk over you, and never wrong because he has been there for 48+ years. Advise going elsewhere for better prices and better service.

Great service from Joe and the business. Took calls directly, explained the process and what to expect. True to their word - the car came back in great shape. Alignment, sway bar, bushings and linksThe Mustang GT tracks and feels like brand new!

Needed a good tire for my boat trailer after a blowout. Had exactly what I needed and the service was excellent. And they were quick. You can tell its a good ole fashioned family business built on value. Im a customer for as long as I live here.

I have known and done business with Eddie for many, many years, and there is no better place to be, than at his shop if you need help from honest hard working people. You will get the honest truth about your situation with your vehicle from these guy's, I guarantee it, and so does Eddie!!! And the best deal around!!!
