I've been visiting this branch for my car services since they opened, even though I have another branch a block away from me. They're friendly, courteous, and honest. They take their time checking everything and advising me of any issues and the solutions. From oil changes to new brakes, you can't go wrong with them. For them, it's not just a job, they take great pride in their work. Their smiles and honesty in their service makes me come back. I recommend them 100%.

My father brought the car to have an oil change done today, because I over filled the oil on accident, and he asked them to drain and change the oil. What I got back was a car still overfilled with new oil, a changed cabin filter that makes it sound like I m in a World War 2 bomber, oil stains on my engine cover, and oil stains on my paint. They texted me saying to leave a 5 star review. They aren t even worth 1 star.

Phenomenal experience! Solid customer service, no pressure to do things I didn t need done immediately, just fair heads up (even on several things they re not equipped to service for me). I had Chris and Josh and they were phenomenal! Will definitely be coming back. Used to go to the Jiffy Lube off Wade Green/92 and I won t be going back. Thanks, guys!!!

Was passing through Woodstock and saw Emissions testing. The 2 employees were so friendly and professional. Will definitely come back next year and I live in Marietta. Highly recommend!

I would like to thank the crew at 6271 hwy 92 for the latest service I received the guys were very happy to make me feel like a valued customer. While the service was great and they were quick, I was taken aback by the price. Granted, my truck requires full synthetic, and it s an 8 cylinder, but $170 for an oil change and air filter is just ridiculous. My last oil change at Walmart was $70, sans the air filter. I ll go back to Walmart from now on, or I ll do it myself at home. I will NEVER again use Grease Monkey.

Christopher Ramos and the guys at Grease Monkey on 92 are fantastic. Impeccable customer service and trustworthy advice. I can't say this for every quick-service car shop but the guys at Grease Monkey truly want to save you money and give you the highest quality for the price. I would highly recommend them for emissions testing, oil changes, windshield wiper replacement, etc. I will be returning.

They told me one price and charged me another. Said an air filter was 25.00. Charged me 30.99. Said an oil change was 49.99 but charged me 57.99. They lied. Will not go back.

Very efficient and fast service. Associate's are friendly. All of the fluids are topped off as part of the oil change service. The same oil change with synthetic oil is $50 higher at my Hyundai dealership.

I have been here on two occasions. Both for emissions. Haven't gotten an oil change here just yet. The price of an emission is 10 bucks. Can't beat that price anywhere. The wait was minimal. Has a decent waiting area with restroom and water. They have magazines and t.v. if you don't have your phone to keep you occupied. Employees were nice and helpful. Greeted me immediately upon arrival. I would definitely come here again and try the oil change.

The manager & men who work with him at Grease Monkey changed my oil, a filter & the transmission fluid. I moved here over 4 years ago. My 2016 Buick Enclave was serviced by Carl Black Buick. Carl Black is too far from me & I am glad to use Grease Monkey, who is not far away. These men were thorough & I did not realize it was time to have the transmission fluid changed!! The staff there was very friendly! They completed my oil change in under 40 mins. It wasn't expensive like some other places. The guy who did my oil change was upbeat and seemed like he wanted to be there! He gave me some good advice about my car. He didnt try to get me to spend more money. Overall, it was a great experience! I'll definitely be back!

I went in for a quick oil change. I was offered an oil cleaning product which I agreed to. After I agreed, I looked it up online and read it was mostly a money grab but didn t say anything since I had already agreed and it was $25.00. After I agreed, the employee helping me, who I only know as initials JB and who I believe to be a manager, went over to one of the other employees and began laughing (as if he had gotten someone with the oil cleaner gig). After this, JB started to speak to me in a very rude and condescending tone. He was talking to me as if I knew nothing about my car and was very rudely telling things that needed to get fixed. I had someone I was speaking to on the phone who could overhear the way JB was talking to me and they agreed he was out of line. JB pulled out my air filter which barely had any dirt or dust on it at all and said it was very dirty and needed to be changed, I declined and his attitude just got worse from there. I will never come back here and will make sure to let everyone know to avoid this place. I know for a fact had a man been with me, I would not have been spoken to the way I was. Looking at previous reviews, this is not the first time this has happened here. Disgusting place with disgusting employees.

I went for an oil change (11/27/23 @ 12:19pm) and Manager Joshua said my engine must be flushed before he would do an oil change. I went home after spending $200. The this morning (11/28/23 at 6 am) the check engine light came on. I called at 8am and informed Manager Joshua what happen and brought my car back. Long story short Joshua refuse to take accountability for damaging my engine. Per Joshua, "it is a coincidence that my check engine light came on less than 24 hours after being serviced, he is positive they didn't damage my engine or it would have blown up, and I need to take my car to get fixed else where." One of the other technicians offered several solutions such as reset the sensor and see if it turn back on and other suggestions to which Joshua waved him off and walked away to tinker with another car. Joshua is very kind while upselling services but instantly becomes dismissive and snarky when asked to fix a problem.

Excellent work. Oil change replaced two filters and added antifreeze. Work was done quickly with care.
