Safelite was going to charge $930 and did not have my windshield when I showed up to scheduled appointment. Glass King did it for a third of the price and completed within 48 hours. Great service!!

My son s windshield was damaged in a storm; with his busy school and work schedule, I struggled trying to get an appointment with a competitor company (not to mention I couldn t get anyone on the phone!). I then reached out to Glass King and got a quick call back, as well as a prompt appointment that worked around my son s busy schedule. He was in and out in about an hour and the work looks fantastic. I highly recommend Glass King!

They were very nice and professional and worked around my insane schedule. The new windshield looks great and they also replaced a lot of the sealer around it that other companies probably would have ignored. I must've called 20 places to get a chip repair quoted. Ken called me back shortly after leaving a message with the best price. Place is easy to get to and I was able to get in and out quickly no hassles. Already told several friends save this business number for anything glass wise because Safelite is a total rip off. Super friendly and fast! Great quality service and probably the lowest price in town for a windshield repair $45. I was in and out in 25 minutes. When I finally got an actual crack in my windshield they had a new windshield in for me next day, it took about 1 hour to install and I was on my way!

I got a giant crack in my windshield during this hot daysand called Glass King if they could replace it on Saturday.For sure we can - answered Mr. Ken.Next day I came to them and Ken's son Nick replaced the windshield.He was fast, courteous, and very professional and knowledgeable.The service was amazing, price unbeatable. Ken and his son were amazing!!! They were very flexible with my scheduling which changed several times.They also had the best price i could find, and educated me about parts and prices as a consumer which was very appreciated.At the end they even went above and beyond and buffed out a few things for me!!Probably the best experience I've ever had at a car place. The best around! I was in on 04/22/2024 to have a windshield replaced and Nick was fast, courteous, and very professional and knowledgeable. Not only was the service amazing, but the honesty was refreshing. The price was $600 lower than all the other quotes I got because they were honest and told me the truth about some of the hidden things that the big commercialized companies sneak in on the job. I could not be happier about the service I received from Ken and his son at Glass King in Acworth. After my window regulator broke unexpectedly one evening, just before the holiday weekend, I found this great local shop. Ken was able to find the part for my older vehicle, and the repair was done in the shop for an excellent price, that day. I would not have been able to go anywhere since I could not lock my car, so this was a lifesaver. Enjoyed chatting with Ken and am so glad to support this local business. I enjoy supporting small local businesses, especially owned ones. Ken and his son replaced my cracked windshield today in about an hour and I was extremely impressed with their professional work, customer service skills and his pricing. I shopped around and found him to be about 25% less expensive than his competitors. Kudos to Ken and his son!

We have a fleet of work vehicles and Glass King has done such a fantastic job with our work vehicles that I took my wife's Hyundai Palisade to get a new windshield replaced. FANTASTIC experience. They came in at almost half the cost of what I was quoted from the windshield company you probably have seen on TV! So not only am I the winner because I got her windshield replaced, I'll win DOUBLE because I saved enough money that I can take her to a nice dinner out on the town as well!! DO NOT GO HERE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I typically never leave reviews due to the fact that I take things in stride and move on. But my wife brought her car to this location as we were referred by our trusted life long mechanics. Upon arrival the tone and energy was disrespectful. Every question they asked, was answered and they were not satisfied. To the point where they began to yell at my wife, while I was on the phone with her. She called our mechanics on 3 way, so they too can here the disrespect. My life long mechanics were in shock as well, apologized and stated that they will never refer any business to them again. Needless to say, we did not get anything done at this location. I came in to see why water was getting into my car, but their frustrations got the best of them and we advised my wife to leave. When she asked for the keys, they stated she can get out and leave the car will be out front. Unnecessarily rude. They called me everyday to make sure I was coming on the day we planned, it was clear they wanted and needed the business, but with this level of customer service I had to share this experience. Lastly when on the phone with my wife and mechanic listening to her experience, she stated to the owner through his yelling that this is why women, do not like to come to mechanics by themselves, because they thing they can talk to women any kind of way but if my husband was here you wouldn't talk this way......he responds with "BRING YOUR DAMN HUSBAND I DON'T CARE!" Unbelievable, as a first time customer this was her experience with us listening in. NEVER AGAIN! In my life, I don't write reviews but I do read them and determine where to go from there.Some people write negative reviews unnecessarily, so I take them with a grain of salt. HOWEVER, I had to post this, to save anyone from what we just experienced.Service: Sunroof glass replacement

Ken is honest, fair priced and fast. A true professional. He stayed late on a Saturday to get my truck finished and it came out awesome. Replaced BOTH the front windshield and the rear glass in my old super duty in less than a few hours with the best price in the ATL area. Thanks Ken!
