We got completely ripped off by this location! We paid $2500 for repairs only for the car to start acting up again the same evening that we picked it up. We brought it back the next morning, they ran tests. They did not drive it or pay any attention to the sounds the car was making. They said to call Honda to get the transmission flushed and that everything else was fine. I could barely drive the car the following day, so we took it to another shop. The second shop said that the work that had been done was not done right and that we were way overcharged. We then took it back to Express since we had already paid them to fix it to let them know the results of our second opinion. They kept our car overnight and the next morning they called us saying our engine was bad! They were very unprofessional throughout the entire process also. We told them that this was our only means of transportation for our disabled son who s in a wheelchair. We had to use money that we were saving up for his wheelchair accessible van to fix our current van, just so we at least had something to get him around in. Now we do not have a vehicle anymore and they got $2500 from us! They told us it would run for a couple more days just long enough for us to take it to a dealership and trade it in. They told us how to manipulate a dealership instead of owning their mistake! They are crooks and they have done this to at least two other people that I know of personally. After sharing this with several people I found out about some of their experiences. I will not even go back there for an oil change! We are reporting them to BBB. Do not visit this location, it is awful!

The staff was efficient, skilled, knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented. The oil change and the checks of all of the systems was handled with precision. The staff was patient and kind. Eric was the primary technician, and he provided the best service I've ever experienced by a mechanic. Jordan provided outstanding support as together they solved an atypical issue with my vehicle. Eric then explained the issue to me , how it was fully resolved. Eric then provided detailed instructions on how to get a part from the dealership as that part would likely need to be replaced to ensure the next oil change went seamlessly, too. I highly recommended this establishment for oil changes, and system checks.

I knew immediately upon driving away that my car was running better sounding better and I wasn t price gouged! Very very reasonable and the staff was friendly patient interested and explained everything. My 11 year old Honda was well cared for. I would highly recommend.

We love this place. We bring all of our vehicles here, to include my Ford work van transit connect, though we haven t been here in a while because we got busy. Returning this morning for the first time in about a year reminded me how much I love this place and I miss it. Over the past year, we went down the street to Take 5 just because of our schedule at the time. We prefer Express Oil Change.

We called this place to have a tire fixed that was under warranty from one of their facilities in another state. We had moved to this area and was hoping to establish a repor with this facility. The guy who answered the phone said we'd have to go back to the original location (250 miles away). We called the next closest facility and they did what we needed under warranty. When we drove back past this facility we noticed how NOT busy they were, figures, guys there must NOT want to work, only draw a check!

I was told the oil change would be $110 on my truck. I brought my own fuel filter which sits directly on top of thee motor of my truck and literally is as simple of a replacement there is 5 minutes start to finish. I get my bill it's $200 They charged me $45 for 5mins and billed me at 20 mins. I walked to auto parts store and wasn't gone 20 min. I was looking for a new place to take my work trucks for maintenance and this is the last place I would ever go or recommend to anyone.

so I gave a poor review and I would like to say that I was at fault for part of the problem. I had to go back and thought the drain plug was leaking but it was a mistake and turned out to be something that had nothing to do with the oil change. Turned out to be transmission leaking and the guys pointed it out and filled my transmission for me. I apologize for the previous review and definitely will go back and recommend due to the service of the guys in shop and there customer service being so good. Thank you to the man with the beard who helped me out sorry I didn't get your name.

This place is awesome. Chad helped me with my jeep. He did excellent. Best part about going there us you get to relax in your car while they check everything. Most places try to sell you a service. Here you don't have to worry. They give you a quote let you go on your way to do it another time. I bring all my cars here. It's professional, clean and welcoming. Highly recommend

Normally go in with no problems at all. However, the last time I went in though, I Went in to get the oil changed. Service was being done by Taylor and he was about 75% finished when another guy pulled up that had a problem. So Taylor leaves my car and turns my job over to this guy who had just came in to work and didn't have a clue what had been done to my car already or what needed to be done for it to be completed. When I questioned why Taylor had pulled off my car this guy gets all mad at me and walks off. Don't start a job and not finish it or expect someone else to come in over half way thru and expect them to know your progress without No explanation.Not to mention that they're just adding water to the coolant reservoir. That's no good as we're heading into winter. Then they never did bother to do the safety inspection that's supposed to be part of their service.

If I could give them a zero I would. When Zane was there running the place the service was way better. Went in for an oil change today. Didn t do anything but change my oil and charged me $100. Didn t check tires didn t check radiator fluid didn t check air cleaner I had a turn signal out that I wanted replaced they didn t even do that. Ask the manager after watching him sit in his office the whole time I was there and do nothing while the guy working on my car had a bad attitude because he didn t know how to open the hood. Don t waste your time or money there are better places, heck I would even refer Jiffy Lube to these guys at this location. I m sure it s the management because I ve used these guys for years spent well over $25,000 here on multiple cars. The only cars they should be working on is what I shared a picture of. They did open a location near McCollum Field don t know if I should give it a shot or not the same manager set up that place what a mistake Express is making They are gonna lose money at that location too. #expressoilchange NOT!

Edit for another visit - great service as always! Much better than I expect from The typical quick auto service facilities.GREAT experience here! As a former service manager for Tires Plus, I know how auto service should be done and my expectations are high. And this place met or exceeded them all. The service was fast, professional, and very thorough. They showed me everything - my oil level, air filter (which they said was clean and good to go, so no unnecessary upselling going on), etc. After my abysmal service at a Jiffy Lube at my last oil change, this was a breath of fresh air and a welcome experience. The store manager was the person I spoke with here - I believe his name was Zane, and I couldn't have asked for or done a better job myself. GREAT job guys! I'll be back.

Horrible customer service. Very rude employee. Came here this morning to have an oil change. The employee started servicing the guy who came after me. Came up to him to give papers to fill out, then let him drive in the bay, not even acknowledging I was there still waiting. The other car pulls up and the employee goes to THAT car to talk to the driver. At this point I m asking the employee if I ll be serviced and why am I the last one since I came here first? The employee just rudely replies if you can t wait for 30 seconds basically leave. Which I did. Very unprofessional. They don t value your time or have any customer service skills.

I ve been using this business for several years. Just had my vehicle there recently and wanted to add another review. I was fortunate enough to work with the store manager, Johnny, during this visit. Yet another totally customer centric experience. Prompt, courteous, helpful and friendly. Express Oil understands and works to apply a genuine customer service model.They have many competitor s so they work hard to earn business.I m very particular about where I spend my money and they have earned my return business.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

One of my best experiences with having vehicle serviced. Stanley was my mechanic and Robert in the pit and they both went out of his way to make my experience rememberable . Great customer service, very nice, and Stanley was handing out bottles of water to all the vehicles waiting in the lane at least 10 vehicles behind me only waited about 20 mins . But didn t mind the wait because the customer service was worth the wait.

This is the only place/location I take my 4runner for oil changes! They are simply the best! I really like how quick these guys are. Price is good since you don't even get out of your vehicle for an oil change and are out in about 15/20 minutes. I'm only giving 4 stars because I have a truck that's got a couple inch lift and the woman who was doing things under the hood left a bunch of scratches in my paint (almost brand new truck) while standing on a ladder reaching for the dip stick. They could have used more care by using a fender cover to protect from buttons rubbing on paint. I'll probably still go here but ask that they protect my paint next time.

Excellent service. I had my AC fixed here and it was the estimated price. I also had 3 screws and a nail removed from my tires and patched. Everything is working great.

Wonderful people work here at 3209 Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, ga like Kris and Brian. I have all my mechanical stuff done on my 09 cx-7 Mazda with Oil Express for 10 years now wherever I live. Keeping the older car and investing in it without car payments. They keep computer records of my car service. Prices are fair when compared with others. Plus they can be trusted! They stand behind their work.
