Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Service could not have been better.Easily booked onlineGreeted with Chris service tech the moment I pulled up with a great attitude. Took me early.Showroom, dealership was spotless. The coffee and waiting room were super comfortable. They have 3 waiting rooms to choose from. Was done with my car before I finished my coffee. The place was so nice. I was hoping to be there a little longer. Price is very reasonable as well.I recommend this place for sure. I had to drive about 40 minutes to get here, but it was worth it.

Brenda Lee was very communicative and professional, making sure I was in the know and taken care of. She handled my warranty relationship promptly and effectively. Definitely a repeat customer!!

Reason for 2 star: I set an online appointment 3 days in advance, received notification of appointment time promptly thanking for scheduling. Day of appointment: I arrive 15 minutes early, walk in to drop the vehicle off which at that time I am informed there will be a 3 day wait for the vehicle to even be touched. I was speechless as to why this information was never mentioned. Not to mention there were no rental/loaner vehicles available.

While nobody ever wants to be sharing their experience with their truck breaking down, I felt this experience warranted recognition. Recently, my truck encountered an issue where it wouldn't crank, and thankfully, it was still under Chevrolet's warranty. From the moment I contacted Days Chevrolet, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism and customer care. They provided me with a rental vehicle, at no cost during the repair period.I want to extend special appreciation to Service Manager Brandon Coln, whose expertise and dedication to customer service truly stood out. Suffice it to say, he went the extra mile.I am genuinely grateful to the entire team at Days Chevrolet for their commitment to excellence in customer service and their prompt handling of my vehicle repair. It's reassuring to know that there are professionals like Brandon Coln and this dealership who truly prioritize customer satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Days Chevrolet in Acworth; they have certainly earned my trust and loyalty.Thank you, Days Chevrolet, for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a hassle-free and positive experience!

A weds morning drop off appt. "We'll get to it in a day or two." We inquired on Friday. "Six vehicles in front of you. " received a text the following weds that the car could be picked up. A full week! Fluid change and alignment. Seems a little excessive. No update from service dept for 5 days!

The most awful experience. This place knows their way around a warranty. They also would not give me a proper diagnosis. They claimed they would have to completely pull my car apart to determine if I had a bad pcv valve (not accurate ) So basically a $2000 diagnosis. Also I would like to add that this is the second repair shop I brought my vehicle to, the first shop determined that it was a rear main seal leak, but was not due to a clogged pcv valve. They just were not equipped to remove a transmission. So when I brought it to days I assumed it would be covered since I already knew the leak was not a result of a clogged pcv. But lo and behold days claimed it was a clogged pcv valve and would not be covered. Beyond disappointed.

Although I called I decided not to use them. Reason was they were backed up for weeks on service and I would have needed to leave my car there until they finally got around to working on it. They should accept appointments for a virtual wait list. It's unacceptable to have to be out of a car for days are possibly weeks while they finally got around to your turn.Because of this and my bad experiences at Carl Black as well I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe as my next vehicle and got rid of this Acadia

Miss Brenda in service and Red over in used car sales are the greatest. Also the overall attention and care that we were given makes me want to keep doing business there.

Great people but ridiculous wait times. On several occasions they ve kept our truck for over a week. They are not proactive and don t call to give you updates. So unless you call them, you will just sit and wait. Our truck has been in their service for 7 days waiting on a part. When I called today for an update their response was that we told you it could be a few days and sorry we forgot to call. Few to me means about 3 days, not 7. Someone should have called. My husband is a landscaper and uses that truck for work. Every day it is in their hands we are losing money. The last time we took it in for a regular service they didn t get to it that day. We had to pay for a loaner vehicle to get us through to the next day. To me, if you can t get to a regular scheduled service, a loaner vehicle should be free. I wasn t in a position to argue because I had to have a vehicle to get to work but I wasn t happy. We have a warranty and we get the sense that they don t prioritize warranty service claims. That is the only logical explanation for keeping our truck for a week at a time. We will be looking for a new Chevy service department.

Quincy at Quick-Lube is the best ever! He is very professional, honest, and always makes you feel like you're priority no matter what. He is always "zooming" around the station making sure that everyone is taken care of. It might cost a little more to get my oil changed there but his SUPERB customer service WELL makes up for it. Thanks for always taking care of the customer Quincy!!!!

I never experienced a business that turns customer away during operating hours, but that's exactly what happened to me at their quick lube. The guy in charge seemed more concerned with leaving at 4:00pm than providing service to his customer. I'm sure the owner is not aware of this practice.

Great place to do business with. Sure dealerships usual charge a little more, but it's worth it to have Certified Mechanics doing the work. Yeah some shade tree mechanics can be just good or even better, but you really have to know who you're dealing with with them, whereas you're usually safe with the new car dealerships.

The quick lube was actually quick in and out in under 30 minutes. Of course my wife had enough sense to get an appointment instead of just dropping in unbeknowingly. Enjoyed their waiting bench under the shade tree with a nice breeze while listening to the birds.

Days Chevrolet: what car buying should be. Their website inventory was accurate and detailed so I could target the vehicles I wanted to see when I was there. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I got an excellent car at a better price than I expected. Happy all around and I highly recommend them.

Quick service, friendly staff, had my obscure parts in stock for recall work being done on my car that day so I didnt have to return or leave the vehicle until days later like some other places would have you do. Overall great experience.

We bought a truck from preowned in February. Put 6000 down 1000 cash and check for 5000 that they were going to hold for 2 weeks as we were expecting our tax refund. But, no one could have foreseen the coronavirus or the effects on our government agencies including the IRS. So we told them we would pay on balance in the meantime. We paid 1000 every payday biweekly as promised. We are from Texas been here working since September. Well they first wanted us to return the truck until we paid balance of down even though it was financed through Ally with sell date of February 19. I said no you have no authority or right to repo. So I filed a complaint with Chevy Corp then Days changed their tune. We had been waiting for plates to arrive since temp tag went out on April 4 Days said they didn't turn registration papers in because the tag office in Texas was closed and they still didn't have our paperwork. This was at the end of May. So we called our local tag office they said they never closed. We called Days and were told the title, yes the original title with release of lean from Days and a check for $2100 was FedExed to our home and left on the front porch. It had been there for a month and they didn't even tell us they sent it there. I have never in my life heard of this practice of sending the title, check and registration to the buyer. They even asked us at time of purchase where our tag office was and they looked the address up. So when we went home a week ago there it was on our porch wet and dirty. We took everything up to tag office and because the paperwork wasn't turned in within 30 days of date of sale we had to pay a $272 fine. We called Days and told them what happened because they didn't get the paperwork to the TAG office in time and we wanted them to reimburse us the $272 they refused. Worst Chevy dealer ever

Ask for an oil change but instead got a lot more and had to pay for things I didn't ask for and not so sure that I needed it. Paid over $84

known transmission problem is not being taken care of. Reason is no parts because of GM's previous strike. Its been 6 weeks and no confidence given on coverage of continuing to drive vehicle (their recommendation) or any sort of customer service. Very disappointing. I am a local customer who has serviced many vehicles there also. Very hard for me to write this as I dont like to give reviews especially negative ones, but they leave me no choice.
